International mostly means something (a company, language or organization) that involves more than one country. The term international as a word means involvement of, interaction between or encompassing more than one nation, or generally beyond national boundaries. For example, international law, which is applied by more than one country over the world, and international language which is a language spoken by residents of more than one country.

In American English, "International" is also commonly used as a euphemism for "foreign" or even "foreigner."

The term international was coined by the utilitarian philosopher Jeremy Bentham in his Introduction to Principles of Morals and Legislation, which was printed for publication in 1780 and published in 1789. Bentham wrote: "The word international, it must be acknowledged, is a new one; though, it is hoped, sufficiently analogous and intelligible. It is calculated to express, in a more significant way, the branch of law which goes commonly under the name of the law of nations. The word was adopted in French in 1801.Thomas Erskine Holland noted in his article on Bentham in the 11th edition of the Encyclopedia Britannica that "Many of Bentham's phrases, such as 'international,' 'utilitarian,' 'codification,' are valuable additions to our language; but the majority of them, especially those of Greek derivation, have taken no root in it."

Keller Williams (born February 4, 1970) is an American musician from Fredericksburg, Virginia, who began performing in the early 1990s. He is also known by the names K-Dub or just Keller, when performing. Williams' music combines elements of bluegrass, folk, alternative rock, reggae, electronica/dance, jazz, funk, and other assorted genres. He is often described as a 'one-man jam-band' due to his frequent use of live phrase looping with multiple instruments.

Though primarily a solo artist, Williams has toured with several bands that include Yonder Mountain String Band, The String Cheese Incident, Umphrey's McGee and Ratdog, and has frequently performed at The Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival, the AllGood Music Festival, Summer Camp Music Festival, and the The Rothbury Festival. Williams has an audio taping policy of his performances, and for non-commercial trading of the recordings but use of video or flash photography, or any recordings for profit are prohibited.

Keller Williams Incident is a collaborative performance between Williams and The String Cheese Incident. They have performed together, and Williams' 1999 album Breathe was released collaboratively as the Keller Williams Incident. Williams and SCI began collaborating after Williams saw the band perform in Colorado; offering to play with the band in exchange for free ski passes.

Chantal Janzen (born 15 February 1979 in Tegelen) is a Dutch actress and musical star. She starred in The Preacher, Full Moon Party and Deuce Bigalow: European Gigolo and presented Idols. She also played Belle in the Dutch Musical version of Beauty and the Beast and Jane in the Dutch Musical version of Tarzan. She also sang a song against cancer, called "Vecht Mee" (English: Fight With Us) with Dutch rapper Yes-R. From late 2011, she stars as Glinda in the Dutch premiere production of Wicked.

Janzen studied at the Amsterdamse Hogeschool voor de Kunsten. She was taught in classical-, modern-, jazz- and tapdance, acting, singing and musical repertoire. She played in several musicals, including Crazy For You, Kunt u mij de weg naar Hamelen vertellen, mijnheer?, Saturday Night Fever, 42nd Street, Beauty and the Beast, Tarzan and the current production of Petticoat (http://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Petticoat_(musical), in Dutch).

She played several guest roles in TV shows like Baantjer, Intensive Care, De Band, Meiden van De Wit and Kinderen Geen Bezwaar. She also hosted Staatsloterij Live and the Dutch version of Popidol, Idols. Janzen played several parts in movies:De Dominee, Feestje, Deuce Bigalow II, Volle Maan, Alles is Liefde, Kicks and the made for TV film Loverboy. In December 2002 her single Achter De Sterren, the title song from the movie Science Fiction was released.

Johannes Gerrit (Johan) Derksen (born January 31, 1949 in Heteren, Gelderland) is a Dutch sports journalist and former football player. He played professional football between 1966 and 1978 for five clubs: Go Ahead Eagles, Cambuur Leeuwarden, BV Veendam, HFC Haarlem and MVV Maastricht. During and after his active career he became well-known as a sports journalist, specialising in football (soccer). He is the current editor-in-chief of Voetbal International, the country's most prominent football magazine. He is also a television football pundit on RTL7's Voetbal International.

He was born in Heteren, Gelderland was born into a right wing Protestant Christian family. Derksen describes his father as a very strict policeman both professionally and at home. Ever since he was he child he wanted to become a drummer. Derksen, who was an only child, stated his father wanted him to become a footballer instead of choosing the uncertain life of a musician. He played at the local team SDOO Heteren at the time. His family moved to Drenthe when he was a teenager. There he played for amateur soccer clubs Nieuw-Buinen and Rolder Boys before moving to Deventer to join the youth academy of Go Ahead Eagles.
