Twitter @juangangel Carica papaya, es una especie de planta de la familia de las caricáceas. Su fruto se conoce comúnmente como papaya o papayón, papayón, mamón, melón papaya, lechosa, melón de árbol o fruta bomba. La planta posee un tronco sin ramas (por lo general, sólo ramifica si su tronco es herido), de una altura entre 1,8 y 2,5 m, coronado por follaje en forma circular, provisto de largos pecíolos. El mismo conserva aún en los especímenes maduros una textura suculenta y turgente, escasamente blandosa, y presenta numerosas cicatrices características, producto del crecimiento y caída consecutivas del follaje superior. La savia es de consistencia lechosa (de aquí su nombre de lechosa), y tóxica en estado natural para el ser humano, pudiendo producir irritaciones alérgicas con el contacto con la piel. Esta savia lechosa contiene una enzima muy útil, la papaína, empleada como ablandador de carnes: en las parrillas o barbacoas se emplea el jugo que fluye al cortar la corteza de la lechosa verde para rociarlo sobre la carne a la cual deja sumamente tierna y jugosa. Las hojas de tipo palmeadas poseen largos pedúnculos y lóbulos, midiendo las hojas hasta 24 cm de diámetro y los tallos alrededor de 61 cm. de largo.Alternas, aglomeradas en el ápice del tronco y ramas, de pecíolo largo; ampliamente patentes, de 25-75 cm de diámetro, lisas, más o menos profundamente palmeadas con venas medias robustas, irradiantes; la base es profundamente cordada con lóbulos sobrepuestos; hay de 7-11 lóbulos grandes, cada uno con la base ancha o un tanto constreñido y acuminado, ápice agudo, pinatinervado e irregularmente pinatilobado. El haz de la hoja es de color verde oscuro o verde amarillo, brillante, marcado en forma visible por las nervaduras hundidas de color blanco amarillento y las venas reticuladas; por debajo es de color verde amarillento pálido y opaco con nervaduras y venas prominentes y visibles; el pecíolo es redondeado de color verde amarillento, teñido con morado claro o violeta, fistular, frágil, de 25-100 cm de largo y 0,5-1.5 cm. de grueso. Flores del papayo. Los arbustos de papayo tienen tres clases de pies diferentes; unos con flores femeninas, otros con flores hermafroditas y otros con flores masculinas. Las flores femeninas tienen un cáliz formado por una corona o estrella de cinco puntas muy pronunciada y fácil de distinguir. Encima de éste se encuentra el ovario, cubierto por los sépalos; éstos son cinco, de color blanco amarillo, y cuando muy tiernos, ligeramente tocados de violeta en la punta; no están soldados. Los estigmas son cinco, de color amarillo, y tienen forma de abanico. Los frutos de este pie son grandes y globosos. Las flores hermafroditas tienen los dos sexos y el árbol que las posee tiene a su vez tres clases de flores diferentes. Una llamada pentandria, parecida a la flor femenina, pero al separar los pétalos se aprecian cinco estambres y el ovario es lobulado. Los frutos de esta flor son globosos y lobulados. Otro tipo de flor es la llamada elongata y tiene diez estambres, colocados en dos tandas; la flor es alargada y de forma cilíndrica, al igual que el ovario, dando frutos alargados. El último tipo de flor es la intermedia o irregular, no es una flor bien constituida, formando frutos deformes. Las flores masculinas crecen en largos pedúnculos de más de medio metro de longitud y en cuyos extremos se encuentran racimos constituidos por 15 - 20 florecillas. Las flores están formadas por un largo tubo constituido por los pétalos soldados, en cuyo interior se encuentran 10 estambres, colocados en dos tandas de a cinco cada una. La flor tiene un pequeño pistilo rudimentario y carece de estigmas. Estas flores no dan frutos, pero si lo hacen son alargados y de poca calidad.Los frutos y las [[fl123456798onga, y pueden ser de color verde, amarillo, naranja o rosa. Pudiendo pesar hasta 9 kg, en la mayoría de los casos no suelen pesar más de 500 o 600 g, especialmente en una variedad de cultivo de plantas enanas, muy productivas y destinadas generalmente a la exportación, por su mayor duración después de la cosecha y antes de su consumo. La talla de los frutos disminuye en función de la edad de la planta. Baya ovoide-oblonga, piriforme o casi cilíndrica, grande, carnosa, jugosa, ranurada longitudinalmente en su parte superior, de color verde amarillento, amarillo o anaranjado amarillo cuando madura, de una celda, de color anaranjado o rojizo por dentro con numerosas semillas parietales y de 10 - 25 cm o más de largo y 7-15 cm o más de diámetro. Las semillas son de color negro, redondeadas u ovoides y encerradas en un arilo transparente, subácido; los cotiledones son ovoide-oblongos, aplanados y de color blanco. Dieta de la papaya de 10 días para aplanar el vientre y desinflamar el abdomen: ¿Quieres hacer una dieta muy efectiva para lucir un abdomen elegante estas fiestas? Pues has de saber que la papaya es una de las frutas con más propiedades que hay para bajar el abdomen, perder grasa del vientre, desinflamar intestinos y reducir cintura. Además, es tan efectiva la papaya que puede realizar esto de forma rápida pues tiene cualidades potentes si la sabes aprovechar y comer de forma apropiada. Si tienes tu abdomen abultado, flácido, inflamado no esperes más. Esta dieta será tu mejor amiga para este fin de año. ¿Cómo hacer la dieta de la papaya para bajar abdomen? Busca una papaya fresca y no muy madura, es importante que no esté golpeada y luzca tersa de la `piel, de preferencia busca papaya orgánica. Compra aceite de oliva extra-virgen pues con esto iniciaras la dieta. Ten listo cada día dos litros de agua pura para que las toxinas se remuevan y eliminen adecuadamente. Empieza hoy mismo o mañana de ser posible pues entre más pronto empieces más rápido veras resultados. La dieta inicia con uno o dos días de mono-ayuno, es decir, comiendo un solo alimento durante todo el día, en este caso, papaya. SI tienes tu abdomen muy abultado o inflamado te recomendamos sean dos días. Toma en ayunas dos cucharadas de aceite de oliva extra-virgen y un vaso de agua tibia con el jugo de un limón. Durante el día, deberás comer tan solo papaya. SI te da mucha hambre… más papaya! Es importante que no comas nada más que esta fruta durante los días indicados. La papaya limpiara tu cuerpo, removerá toxinas e incluso parásitos, desinflamara tu vientre y ayudara a formar tejidos más firmes por su alto contenido en betacarotenos. Bebe en estos días dos litros de agua dosificada. Si durante esta dieta te da diarrea o te estriñes, incluso si ves que te duele un poco el estómago o la cabeza es normal, pues tu cuerpo está en lo que se llama una crisis curativa, es decir, está removiendo y eliminando toxinas, desechos y demás. Una vez que termines el día o los dos días de ayuno con papaya, entonces inicia para el día que sigue tomando tu vaso de agua tibia con limón y desayuna un plato de papaya. No comas nada hasta que pase media hora y luego comienza introduciendo alimentos suaves como arroz al vapor, yogurt o algún probiotico, cereales integrales, leches vegetales, etc. Esto es importante para darle seguimiento a la dieta. Evita durante estos 10 días de dieta todo producto procesado como las harinas o los azúcares, tu dieta debe basarse en verduras, cereales y leches vegetales, esto es importante pues así la papaya se encargara de remover lo que esta acumulado en tu cuerpo y descansaran tus intestinos y estómago de digestiones difíciles que causan inflamación del vientre y acumulación de grasas y tóxicos en el cuerpo. Para la comida, prueba ya sea caldos de vegetales, pescado, verduras al vapor, ejotes, legumbres, etc. Si conforme haces la dieta realizas abdominales o te sales a correr 10 minutos, estimularas a los músculos para quemar grasa extra removida por la papaya, y activaras los intestinos perezosos para desalojar el vientre de materia estancada y acumulada en ellos que provoca hinchazón, gases, parásitos y gordura. Notas importantes a tomar en cuenta: Esta dieta, además de poner tu abdomen a puno para las fiestas, ayudara a sanar tu hígado, y si el hígado está sano reducirás grasa de forma sorprendente. No te vayas con la idea de que comer frutas sube de peso, eso es una idea falsa, las frutas bien combinadas son la mejor opción para bajar de peso. Toma la fruta siempre con el estómago vacío, no combines la papaya con otros alimentos pues esto no es bueno ya que el azúcar de la papaya puede fermentar rápidamente los alimentos causando alcohol y toxinas, así como una digestión pesada. Puedes elaborar jugos con papaya cuando te toque comer papaya, a este licuado le puedes agregar avena, chía, tres almendras y miel de abeja al gusto. ¿Por qué en el abdomen se acumulan tantas grasas, toxinas y gases? Una de las causas más comunes de la obesidad y el abdomen inflamado, además de la dieta descuidada y alta en azucares refinados, es la preocupación o la ansiedad, la cual genera muchos gases que se quedan atrapados en el estómago e intestinos debido a la tensión que se guarda en esta zona. Si hay ansiedad o preocupación en tu vida toma te de manzanilla para apoyar la dieta y expulsar gases, trata de tranquilizarte pensando cosas positivas pues recuerda que no hay nada que no puedas solucionar si tienes una actitud contenta y dispuesta ante la vida.
