Plot
Set against the backdrop of Bush's War on Terror and Barack Obama's rise to presidency, Crosstown follows the story of 14-year-old Angel, an undocumented Latino teen, who struggles to find his place in an increasingly violent world. With the promise of naturalization papers, the US Military presents Angel's family with the opportunity for a brighter future if they send his older brother into the US Army. With his eldest brother gone, Angel is left to the designs of a local street gang, and the family left to deal with the consequences of the choices they have made.
Plot
Half Pint is the dramatic story of a young boy named Jim who cares nothing about history who is on a rainy day trip to a WW2 museum with his Mother and sister. Sneaking off to be on his own and play his video game, he suddenly finds himself thrown back in time to Normandy in the early morning hours of the 6th of June 1944. This young Half Pint is picked up by four Airborne soldiers (Ace, Sarge, Sparks & Joker) who take him along on their mission as forward observers hiding in a windmill near Carentan, France. When Jim gets back to the present, he wants to talk with grandpa to learn about the contributions of our greatest generation. The goal of this film is not to teach children history but instead to motivate them to talk to the generations that made it. The producers hope to give them an understanding that history is not a famous date when a famous person made a famous speech and the world changed. History is made of the contributions of every person that chooses to make a difference (and those that choose not to). History is the sum of the many millions of choices made by individuals. If our youngest generation can realize that they are making history every day in some small way, and that all those small ways can add up to something big. If they can understand that as they grow into adulthood, they will be able to make a contribution to both history and our democracy in those many millions of small ways that add up to something big. Every positive choice and action has an impact.

Plot
Little Daniel sleeps soundly in his room. Light and movement comes from the closet door as it slowly opens up to reveal an unthinkable image of a Troll. The closet Troll passes Daniel's little soldiers, as they briefly come alive to fight the Troll. Victorious, the Troll reaches Daniel's bed, uncovering his little feet and tickles him making Daniel wet the bed. Next morning, Daniel's Military Dad (Tony), shows up from a long night of work and discovers a mess in the room, and that his son has once again wet the bed. Frustrated, he locks up Daniel's little soldiers before leaving. Daniel is able to sneak one little soldier, his favorite one, CAP, which looks like his father. At Night, Tony walks in to warn Daniel to not wet the bed again or he's taking him to the doctor. Desperate, Daniel checks the closet before bed, and grabs his favorite little soldier, Cap, and begs Cap to come alive and defeat the Troll. Same night, Daniel is sound asleep, at ground level, we find Cap, who is played by Tony, alive and breaking open the toy box for his fellow little soldiers to help him. They prepare for battle and set explosives, trip wires made from a slinky, and barricades made of giant dominoes. Later that night, the closet door opens revealing the invincible one-eyed Troll that is made up from items found in the closet. The little soldiers fire their guns, and set the explosives off, sending the Troll over the tripwire and making him fall. Victory is snatched away, as the Troll comes back alive, swats Cap and others, and starts stomping on the little soldier. Cap wakes up from being knocked out, struggles to his feat, and grabs the giant butter-knife. Seconds away from the Troll, Cap ties the metallic slinky to the end of the butter-knife and sticks it into the light socket, sending electricity through the slinky that is wrapped around the Troll. Next morning, Tony walks into a terrible disaster and a deflated Troll. Furious, Tony checks to see if his son has wet the bed, only to find that he hasn't. Overjoyed, Tony hugs his son, and apologizes for being upset as he playfully tickles Daniel. At ground level, we find Cap face down, but looks up with a smile at Tony and Daniel happy again.

what do you believe?
A tormented man's reluctant search for greater meaning in his life.
[first lines]::[Deputy Lura looks around the dark house with his flashlight]::Deputy Lura: Miss Deaver? It's Deputy Lura, ma'am. Got a phone call from this house. Somebody hung up. Everything all right? Miss Deaver?::[He hears a sound]::Deputy Lura: Is somebody in there? I can hear you, you know. Miss Deaver, is that you?::[His flashlight finds Dead Miss Deaver, who appears to have died of fright]::Deputy Lura: Jesus!
[Bryan has just learned that his aunt is dead]::Robin Becket: God, that's awful.::Bryan Becket: Look at the bright side. We get the house.::Robin Becket: What is the matter with you?::Bryan Becket: Come on, Robin, don't suddenly act like we were all close. That woman was cold as hell to us.::Robin Becket: That's not the point.::Bryan Becket: What is the point, Robin?::Robin Becket: The point is that when someone just dies is not a time to bad-mouth them. It's a time to say a prayer and count your own blessings.::Bryan Becket: I am counting my blessings. I get the house.
Sully: You want to know what I think your problem with death is?::Bryan Becket: Not really.::Sully: You don't believe in anything. You know? You don't believe in a higher power, you don't believe in the afterlife, nothing.::Bryan Becket: You're right. Life would be easier if I were gullible.::Sully: You think I'm gullible, Beckett?::Bryan Becket: Sully, you believe in everything.::Sully: I don't believe in everything!::Bryan Becket: Yes, you do.::Sully: No.::Bryan Becket: Okay. Didn't you once tell me you believed in the Loch Ness monster?::Sully: Oh, they're gonna catch that sucker! You'll see.
Bryan Becket: I don't know what the military was covering up at Roswell. Does that make it aliens?::Sully: No! But alien bodies on the ground made it aliens!
[Beckett and Sully drive up to the house]::Sully: Oh my God, it's a monster. She lived there alone? I wouldn't be caught dead alone in there. It would creep me out.::Bryan Becket: I can't wait to get in there. I hear there's all kinds of antiques, even a wine cellar.::Sully: You hear? Oh, that's right. This is the aunt that didn't like you, so she never invited you over.::Bryan Becket: I don't care if she didn't like me. She's dead now. I'm inviting myself over.::Sully: Yeah, but why didn't she like you?::Bryan Becket: Don't know.::Sully: You know, I gotta admit I find this all very, very intriguing.::Bryan Becket: Well, you also find astrology intriguing, and it's not.
[Beckett and Sully tour the house]::Sully: Yeah, but, you know, something still doesn't add up, you know? You got your classic mystery here. Don't you see that?::Bryan Becket: Yeah, it's right up there with crop circles.::Sully: Okay. You know what? I don't care how high your IQ test scores were. You lack common curiosity, and that's a flaw. It is. And I've got it. You know, I'm curious all day long, I'm like a two-year-old.::[Beckett smiles]
Bryan Becket: You want to hear my theory on my aunt?::Sully: [excitedly] You have a theory?::Bryan Becket: I don't think she was the saint that everybody thought she was. I think she was hiding something, about herself or about her past. And she feared being around someone like me: someone who was smart and shared her blood, I just might figure it out. It's a pretty juicy theory. It's right up your alley. What do you think, Sull?::[Sully suddenly gasps; his eyes roll up in his head, and he staggers]::Bryan Becket: Sully! Sully!::[Sully collapses against a table, sending a silver tea set crashing to the floor]::Bryan Becket: Hey! [Beckett runs to him] Sully? Sully? Where's your juice? [He begins looking through the pockets of Sully's suit] Where's your juice? Where's your - oh, okay. I got it. All right, just hang on, pal, you're gonna be fine. Let's just get some juice in you.::Sully: [whispers] There's something upstairs in the closet. Behind the crucifix.
Bryan Becket: [to Sully] You're a crisis addict, you know that?
[Bryan has just learned that his aunt had written up a will, and that he does not inherit the house]::Bryan Becket: Then who the hell did she leave the house to?::Sully: The Delano Institute.::Bryan Becket: Why would she...::Sully: I don't know why, but she left it to a particular department there, run by one Dr. Warren Koven.::Bryan Becket: Okay. What do we know about this Koven guy?::Sully: He runs a sleep lab.::Bryan Becket: Which is what, exactly?::Sully: I don't know. I assume it's a lab where people sleep. And now they've got your house, I'm sure they're gonna sleep a lot easier.
Dr. Warren Koven: Did something happen?::Bryan Becket: Let's just say that I now understand how my aunt could have become confused and thought her place was haunted. [chuckles] I thought I heard something there myself, last night. I'm staying there until the estate is settled.::Dr. Warren Koven: What did you hear?::Bryan Becket: Whispering. Outside my door. I do not believe in ghosts, and I got the sense that you don't, either.::Dr. Warren Koven: I don't. I don't believe in anything supernatural.::Bryan Becket: Then we're kindred spirits. But that still leaves me short of an answer.

In fact, I once invented a new pudding during the meat course.::Alice: In time to have it cooked for the next course, hmmm? That was quick work!::White Knight: Well, not the next course. In fact, I don't believe that pudding even was cooked.::Alice: What did you mean it to be made of?::White Knight: Well it began with blotting paper.::Alice: That wouldn't be very nice, I'm afraid.::White Knight: Not very nice alone, but imagine how good it would be mixed with other things such as gunpowder and sealing wax. [He sighs]
Alice: I've often seen a cat without a grin - but a grin without a cat!

Heath Andrew Ledger (4 April 1979 – 22 January 2008) was an Australian television and film actor. After performing roles in Australian television and film during the 1990s, Ledger left his homeland for the United States in 1998 to develop his film career. His work comprised nineteen films, including 10 Things I Hate About You (1999), The Patriot (2000), A Knight's Tale (2001), Brokeback Mountain (2005), and The Dark Knight (2008). In addition to acting, he produced and directed music videos and aspired to be a film director.
For his portrayal of Ennis Del Mar in Brokeback Mountain, Ledger won the 2005 New York Film Critics Circle Award for Best Actor and the 2006 "Best Actor" award from the Australian Film Institute and was nominated for the 2005 Academy Award for Best Actor as well as the 2006 BAFTA Award for Best Actor in a Leading Role. Posthumously he shared the 2007 Independent Spirit Robert Altman Award with the rest of the ensemble cast, the director, and the casting director for the film I'm Not There, which was inspired by the life and songs of American singer-songwriter Bob Dylan. In the film, Ledger portrayed a fictional actor named Robbie Clark, one of six characters embodying aspects of Dylan's life and persona. Ledger received numerous accolades for his critically acclaimed portrayal of the Joker in The Dark Knight, including the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor, a Best Actor International Award at the 2008 Australian Film Institute Awards, for which he became the first actor to win an award posthumously, the 2008 Los Angeles Film Critics Association Award for Best Supporting Actor, the 2009 Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actor and the 2009 BAFTA Award for Best Supporting Actor.

He also won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor for the 1983 film Terms of Endearment. He is tied with Walter Brennan for most acting wins by a male actor (three). Nicholson is one of only two actors who have been nominated for an Academy Award for acting in every decade from the 1960s to 2000s; the other is Michael Caine. He has won seven Golden Globe Awards, and received a Kennedy Center Honor in 2001. In 1994, he became one of the youngest actors to be awarded the American Film Institute's Life Achievement Award. Notable films in which he has starred include Easy Rider, Five Easy Pieces, Chinatown, One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, The Passenger, The Shining, Reds, Terms of Endearment, Batman, A Few Good Men, As Good as It Gets, About Schmidt, The Departed and Anger Management .

I just want everything

Would they show me if I couldn't run
Could they know me if I didn't come
Would they try to put me down because
I disobeyed

Round and Round I see Mike Elephant,
There he goes to pick some elements,
He's no use to you or me,
Infact he's an endangered species.
Round and round to see our useless friend,
He's got technology to send you round the bend,
He's no use to you or me,
Infact he's an endangered species,
(Chorus)
Mike Elephant, he knows where you live,
Mike Elephant, He doesn't give a toss
About you, he's a big discrace
Nobody can see his face.
Round and Round yes here we go again
Mikee and Chums are working hard again
He's no use to you or me,
Infact he's an endangered species.
(Chorus)
Guitar solo
(Chorus)
(Chorus)
Picture This we're in a house
There's no one about
Then he said let's go for a fly
Up in the sky above.
Step outside see what's waiting there
It's all for us,
climb aboard and take a seat,
Get ready to fly with us, Tell Me.
(Chorus)
What are you doing with your life?
what are you doing with your life?
What are you doing with your life?
I can see the birds flying in the sky so
What are you doing with your life?
We're going up, we're coming down,
We're just fooling around
We're wooshing left, we're swooping right
We're almost crashing into the ground, so..
(Chorus)
There we were, the swine and me
We turned the corner,
what do we see?
Picture this,
We're on a mountain.
Then I heard the sweetest words
That Plane is off to Figi>
(Guitar Solo)
(Piano Solo)
(Chorus)
(Chorus)
I know it's bad to say "I Love You"
When you don't really understand.
Well you and I both know that
We're not made for each other.
I think it's time we said that
We should be good friends.
It's not that I'm in love with another,
It wouldn't matter if I were.
It's just we can't see eye to eye
On anything.
We haven't a chance to bring it back
Now we should say "Goodbye".
(Chorus)
Say Goodbye, [Bye, I can't see]
Now I can't see the good things anymore.
Say Goodbye, [Bye, I can't bring]
Now I can't bring my body to your door.
(Guitar solo)
It's just we can't see eye to eye
On Anything,
We haven't a chance to bring it back,
Now we should say goodbye,
(Chorus)
I hope our friend ship can stay true,
allthough I'm not in love with you,
I feel it's time we said that,
I think it's time we said that,
I know it's time we said goodbye,
(Chorus)
I know it's bad to say "I love you",
When you don't really understand.
Well you and I both know that,
We're not made for each other.
I think it's time we said that
We should say goodbye
(Chorus)
Say goodbye,
Say goodbye,
Say goodbye,
say goodbye.
We all want to see the world from a distance,
Can you trust our existance
When your there,
Where there's no air?
Can you really see what I'm saying?
There's no gauranteeing
You will learn,
When you return.
I can see what you wanna be
Another You, Another Me,
Something there when you're gone.
I can see there's life beyond the stars.
(Chorus)
Woh Yeah! I'll see that you are on that same road again.
Yeah! And I'll see that road will take you back home again.
we all want to see you do something
With your life
Something Good, Something new
With what you wanna do
I can see what you wanna be
Another You, Another Me
Something there when you're gone,
I can see there's life beyond the stars.
(Chorus)
I'll go with you,
I'll let you see,
There's nothing there for eternity.
There we will find,
It's in your mind,
All this talk of what you believe.
(Chorus)
(Chorus)
To Fade.......
It's a sunny day when you say you love me
Even when it rains from the sky,
You and I
Go together.
When I look at you and I know you love me,
even this old life can't bring me down
Feeling like a clown
On a day dream
(Chorus)
Sunny Day (clap, clap)
Sunny Day (clap, clap)
Sunny Day (clap, clap)
Sunny Day
Wooh!
(Guitar Solo)
(Chorus)
Rainy Days that seemed so far away
When you can't wait to find a brighter day
You've lived your life with nothing left to say
Now you can't wait for a ...
(Chorus)
It's a sunny day when love is around me
You can see it shine from the sky
You and I
Belong together
(Chorus)
Rainy days that seemed so far away
When you can't wait to find a brighter day
You live your life with nothing else to say
Now you can't wait for a ...

I'm gonna say I'd give it all up for you Yeah! Yeah!
(Chorus)
I could take you out
Let me take you out
I could take you out of here
Let me take you out of here
There is the window, there is the door
Here in my hand is a piece of the wall
You're so tied up on the killing floor
You don't consider a world outside at all
Here come the lights
Watch how they gleam
Here come the machines
And the blood in streams
But I could take you out
Let me take you out
I could take you out of here
Let me take you out of here
All the moves like honey-bees
One day disappears out of the trees
You can fold your hands and intercept the stings
You can hang around and see what the hook brings
Here come the lights
Watch how they gleam
Here come the machines
And the blood in streams
But I could take you out
Let me take you out
I could take you out of here
Let me take you out of here
You wonder what goes on behind the silver door
They could awake your heartache and break open your jaw
They wrap you up in plastic and ship you to the store
But deep in your bones you know you were made for something more
I could take you out
Let me take you out
I could take you out of here
Let me take you out of here

Feat Jessie Ware & Freddie Gibbs
Come down, keep confusing me, can't you see, can't you see
You are not alone
You the throne, cryptic ... who we choose
The one to choose who is who
What's wrong?
If I wanna talk big, that big I can play it on my own
Let go, so complicate little game you created
Can you crack the code?
Can't be without you, see without you, breathe without you, feel without you
Just let me breathe X 4
Gotta be a thing, gotta be a thing, gotta be a thing
I'm like last dragon, who's Leroy with
... I got a lot of cash...
Girl get up in this...
Baby girl let me ... I can handle that
Now put it down, welcome to the bed
Press ... when I hit your town
... butter brown, papers candy red
... all in my face
When I step up...all in my name
... have a little fun...
Gotta get my passport back...
I just wanna live for the moment
Car wash top down... your best friend looking on me
Better hurry up and get upon it
Just let me breathe
Good time come down would you let me breathe
Just let me breathe
... time come down, would you let me breathe
Just let me breathe
... down, would you let me breathe
Just let me breathe
Shall we begin? it's showtime
The invitation is for the beautiful you
How does one game sound?
Please allow me some of your time
Do you consent to the rule book
Compassion is a useless affection
You want a favor from me?
Penalties are inevitable
You can't turn back the hands of the clock
I've already put my cards into play
Joker!
A girl on the verge of tears
Joker!
A sign of the shaken world
Joker!
Pleasant circumesatnces have risen
Joker!
Two girls have dissapeared
This is a new world for you
The darkness dissolves amongst a sea of trees
I'm alreay having critical expectons
Well what are you feeling now?
I gave you unbreakable love, asking nothing in return
The cards have already been put into play
Joker!
Joker!
Joker!
Joker!
The light dimmed into a glow
Joker!
Recovering from an agitated anger
Joker!
Restraning the limbs it's effected
Joker!
The two people keep still expressions
Joker!
A girl on the verge of tears
Joker!
A morning star of the dead was visible
Joker!
Pleasant circumesatnces have risen
Joker!
This inferiority complex holds me down
I draw the joker
Can we forgive each other?
Is it a dead end???
I get stood up by love
"Ugh, I'm sick of this!"
None of the roads go my direction
Instinct leads me down the lit road
You keep! Don't mark!!
Give me, give me, give and take
No one gave me
Give me, give me, give and take
The joker's trick
This inferiority complex holds me down
I draw the joker
Can we forgive each other?
Is it a dead end???
Why!? Why!?
I get stood up by love
"Ugh, I'm sick of this!"
None of the roads go my direction
Instinct leads me down the lit road
You keep! Don't mark!!
The joker beckons
The joker hangs back
The joker goes on and on
You keep! Don't mark!!
I get stood up by love
"Ugh, I'm sick of this!"
None of the roads go my direction
Instinct leads me down the lit road
You keep! Don't mark!!
I get stood up by love
"Ugh, I'm sick of this!"
None of the roads go my direction
Instinct leads me down the lit road
