al-Baḥrayn), officially the Kingdom of Bahrain (Arabic: مملكة البحرين Mamlakat al-Baḥrayn), is a small island country situated near the western shores of the Persian Gulf in the Middle East. It is an archipelago with Bahrain Island, the largest land mass, at 55 km (34 mi) long by 18 km (11 mi) wide. Saudi Arabia lies to the west and is connected to Bahrain by the King Fahd Causeway while Iran lies 200 km (124 mi) to the north across the Persian Gulf. The peninsula of Qatar is to the southeast across the Gulf of Bahrain. The population in 2010 stood at 1,234,571, including 666,172 non-nationals.
Bahrain is the site of the ancient Dilmun civilisation. It has been famed since antiquity for its pearl fisheries, which were considered the best in the world into the 19th century. Bahrain was one of the earliest areas to convert to Islam (AD 628). Following a period of Arab rule, Bahrain was occupied by the Portuguese in 1521, who in turn were expelled in 1602 by Shah Abbas I of the Safavid dynasty under the Persian Empire. In 1783, the Bani Utbah clan captured Bahrain from Nasr Al-Madhkur and has since been ruled by the Al Khalifa royal family, with Ahmed al Fateh as Bahrain's first hakim. In the late 1800s, following successive treaties with the British, Bahrain became a protectorate of the United Kingdom. In 1971, Bahrain declared independence. Formerly a state, Bahrain was declared a Kingdom in 2002. Since early 2011, the country has experienced sustained protests and unrest inspired by the regional Arab Spring, particularly by the majority Shia population.

Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty
An Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) is an area of countryside in England, Wales or Northern Ireland which has been designated for conservation due to its significant landscape value. Areas are designated in recognition of their national importance, by the relevant public body: Natural England, Natural Resources Wales, or the Northern Ireland Environment Agency. In place of AONB, Scotland uses the similar national scenic area designation. Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty enjoy levels of protection from development similar to those of UK national parks, but unlike national parks do not have their own independent governing authorities or planning powers. They also differ from national parks in their more limited opportunities for extensive outdoor recreation.
Overview
The primary purpose of the AONB designation is to conserve and enhance the natural beauty of the landscape, with two secondary aims: meeting the need for quiet enjoyment of the countryside and having regard for the interests of those who live and work there. To achieve these aims, AONBs rely on planning controls and practical countryside management.

Bahrain (Torwali/Pashto: بحرین; also spelled Behrain) is a hill station located in Swat District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan, 60 km North of Mingora at an elevation of 4700 ft on the right bank of Swat river. It is named Bahrain (lit. "two rivers") due to its location at the confluence of the Daral and Swat rivers. It is known for its riverside tourist resorts, local handicrafts, and its view of the merging of the Daral and Swat Rivers. It also serves as a base camp for the trail that leads to the Daral & Saidgai lakes.
The average temperature in Bahrain is 16.6 °C (61.88 °F), while the annual precipitation averages 866 mm (34.1 in). November is the driest month with 21 mm (0.8 in) of precipitation, while March, the wettest month, has an average precipitation of 120 mm (4.7 in).
July is the hottest month of the year with an average temperature of 27.0 °C (80.6 °F). The coldest month January has an average temperature of 4.8 °C (40.64 °F).

النائب الأول لرئيس مجلس الشورى البحريني جمال فخرو في برنامج حديث الخليج مع سليمان الهتلان، يطالب بحل الجمعيات التي تأسست في البحرين على أساس ديني او طائفي، معتبرا أن أجندتها موجهة للتيار الديني قبل الوطن. كما يتحدث عن مؤشرات كثيرة تؤكد تدخل إيران في الشؤون الداخلية للبحرين. ويبيّن أن فصل بعض الموظفين لم يكن بسبب المذهبية وإنما لأسباب أمنية أو مهنية، ويرى أن دوار اللؤلؤة كان يجب إزالته منذ عامين، ومن اتخذ قرار الإزالة كان على حق كي لا يصبح المكان مزارا.
First Deputy Chairman of the Shura Council of Bahrain's Jamal Fakhro in Gulf talk with demanding the dissolution of associations which was established in Bahrain on the basis of religious or sectarian, considering that the agenda addressed by the current religious home. It also talks about the many indicators confirm Iran's interference in the internal affairs of Bahrain. Shows that the separation of some of the staff was not due to religious, but for reasons of security or professional, believe that the Pearl roundabout had to be eliminated two years ago, and the removal decision was made was right not to become a place of pilgrimage.
