issues, events and above all news from right around the Wairarapa
region.

With a history that can be traced back 100 years the Wairarapa News
has become the definitive source of local information that the
population relies upon to make their decisions. 20,673 copies are
distributed every Wednesday to all homes from Pahiatua to Cape Palliser
served by rural delivery; also delivered to every home in every borough
including Pahiatua, Eketahuna, Masterton, Carterton, Greytown,
Featherston and Martinborough.
Nielsen CMI Survey (Q2 2012 - Q1 2013) found that the Wairarapa News had an average issue readership 15+ of 33,000.
Newspaper Display Advertising
Display advertising is located
throughout the publication and utilises size, colour, illustration and
typography to attract the reader's attention. Display advertising is
primarily found in the editorial sections but can also be placed within
classified sections if deemed appropriate and relevant.
You can
request a preferred position within the newspaper for a fee or choose
"run of paper" whereby the advertisement is placed in any position in
the paper at our discretion. Opting for run of paper generally results
in a reduced charge to an advertiser.
