START (for STrategic Arms Reduction Treaty) was a bilateral treaty between the United States of America and the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR) on the Reduction and Limitation of Strategic Offensive Arms. The treaty was signed on 31 July 1991 and entered into force on 5 December 1994. The treaty barred its signatories from deploying more than 6,000 nuclear warheads atop a total of 1,600 ICBMs, submarine-launched ballistic missiles, and bombers. START negotiated the largest and most complex arms control treaty in history, and its final implementation in late 2001 resulted in the removal of about 80 percent of all strategic nuclear weapons then in existence. Proposed by United States President Ronald Reagan, it was renamed START I after negotiations began on the second START treaty.
The START I treaty expired 5 December 2009. On 8 April 2010, the replacement New START treaty was signed in Prague by U.S. President Obama and Russian President Medvedev. Following ratification by the U.S. Senate and the Federal Assembly of Russia, it went into force on 26 January 2011.

It was the first music video produced by Wang and, although he did not actively promote it, the video was quickly circulated among other fellow college students. The video was circulated in its original computer file format because it was released prior to the advent of the video sharing website YouTube.

Things they have created is not for you little ears no no
Nyabinghi dey chant now Jamaican youth yo
Ears will hear them sing
Names gracefully ring
Far places, the overthrown traces
And stray away
Further on we go
More beggars with bowls
Small vessels to hold the whole world
Of the strayed away
Letters of home from here
Tell fortune and cheer
How can they believe it
From someone who strays away?
Strangers by the door
Camp-tired and sore
Come counting on kindness
For those who have strayed away
Every mile you roam
Ten thousand from home
And long reasons for grieving
I still get lost, caught in a daze,
Tongue tied, just like the very first day...
I saw you and I'm so amazed
Cause the look that got me twisted still hasn't changed
Your sexy eyes never lie,
Baby, I lose myself (when they open)
Girl, forget about goin' out
Baby, I'd rather melt. (So, I'm hoping)
Chorus:
I can just stare at you forever (Oh, baby)
I can be here with you doing whatever (My lady)
It's not the way you look that brings me to my knees,
It's the way you look at me
I could just stare at you forever
If forever you were staring at me
What do you see? I can't figure it out
You're talking to my heart without making a sound
I can't lose when I'm caught in your eyes
(I feel like superman) Got me up in the sky
Your sexy eyes never lie
Baby, I lose my ground... (You're so gorgeous, oh...)
Girl, forget about goin' out
Baby, I want you now...
Chorus
Baby, keep the lights on
I'm gonna stare at you all night long
And we'll keep rocking 'til the sun shines
I've been acting, high and mighty
It's just the liar here inside me
it's complicated but so sincere
I'm saturated from living in here
I never wanted anything but a record and a band
I never wanted anything I didn't understand
I should've known better
I should've broke free
I should've known better
There aint no guarantees
It shattered slowly
It's broken through
I should've known better
Than to let myself fall for you
I've been paying less attention
It's hard to have the best intention
It's complicated but so sincere
I'm saturated from living in here
I never wanted anything but a house to call a home
This moment right here is one we can't suspend
Your breathe and mine tells me just where I have been
You know the song of long lost cause
We're running in circles and coming back again
Now could I go the long way
Taking the easy way down?
If I was wrong would you show me
Where all that I lost can be found?
'Cause you can shoot me straight
Straight to the heart 'cause you already have it
Say what you wanna say, we're coming out of the gray
What goes around now is coming back down today
You can shoot me straight away
Don't wanna fight and you don't wanna lose control
We're losing light and the night is getting cold
Everyone wants to hear their story told
We're not the only ones, we're not the only ones
And now could I go the long way
Taking the easy way down?
If I was wrong, would you show me
Where all that I lost can be found?
'Cause you can shoot me straight
Straight to the heart 'cause you already have it
Say what you wanna say, we're coming out of the gray
What goes around now is coming back down today
You can shoot me straight away
And you wanted to fly and leave it behind
But you know it's gonna come back one day
'Cause you can shoot me straight
Straight to the heart 'cause you already have it
Say what you wanna say, we're coming out of the gray
What goes around now is coming back down today
I will sail until the ocean brings me closer to a land that welcomes me.
Soon the tide will rise and wash away the island where I'll die a cast away.
Meet me down by the water.
Don't believe in the calm before the storm.
My mind is saturated by the rain that keeps leaking indoors.
The flood will fill the atmosphere; I'll stay onboard until the coast is clear.
Meet me down in the water.
Don't believe in the calm before the storm.
My mind is saturated by the rain that keeps leaking indoors.
Hurricanes seem to stare me down while drowning me.
Now the air evaporates into water everyday.
All the clouds gather rain as they drift toward me insisting that they wonÃt quit till IÃm washed away.
Meet me down underwater.
Don't believe in the calm before the storm.
So fragile, a young mind being molded
Impressionable as they decipher the world
A living portrait of what you've painted
Don't underestimate the mind of a child
Cause it's amazing just how they soak it up
Oh resentment in a young man's mind
Well he didn't just fall out of a rain cloud
Coarse vigor preceeding a landslide
A rigid walk by way of his wounds
It's amazing just how we soak it up
Oh it's amazing just how we soak it up
Eyes now closing as the fists come crashing down
The young child in the corner sits wondering
Oh What have I done?
Oh what have I done?
It's amazing just how we soak it up
Oh it's amazing just how we soak it up
Is life a lesson of learning
Is life a lesson we've been taught
Is life a lesson of learning
Is life a lesson we've been taught
It's amazing just how we soak it up
Oh it's amazing just how we soak it up
Oh it's amazing...
Just how...
We soak it up...
We soak it up...
(Let's stay up all night)
(Let's stay up all night)
(Let's stay up all night)
The rain is seepin' through these skins
Drinkin' deep while the pale light thins
We're sinkin' deeper into our shoes
Into the ones we once tried
To lose, lose, lose, lose
[Chorus]
I know we're gettin' saturated
But we'll be alright
I know that it's cold when the half-light is fadin'
So let's stay up all night
Invisible auras drift over
She pulls us out of the black into the deep sea
Her warm body comes to comfort my need
When our love is swimmin'
Upstream, upstream, upstream, upstream, yeah
I know we're gettin' saturated, baby (baby, baby)
I know that it's cold when the half-light's fadin'
So let's stay up all night
Come on, let's stay up all night
Come on, let's stay up all night
[Instrumental]
We're under the moon
(Let's stay up all night)
We'll crash through the waves
Come swimmin' back
(Come on, let's stay up all night)
Come swimmin' back
Come on, swim back, swim back, swim back
(Come on, let's stay up all night)
Oh tonight
Vivo i miei giorni senza te
Dentro di me segreti non ho
Se tu mi vuoi non lo so baby
Vieni con me vola su quanto vuoi
Io lo voglio sai, insieme oramai
Io credo che
Stretto a te dimmi addio
Tu sarai quello che mancher
Tu saprai che ogni mio pensiero sei tu
Forse un errore stare qui
Scopri anche tu cosa ho dentro di me
Baby forse un giorno potrai
Credere in quello che siamo e che sei
Vivo di te insieme tra noi
Io lo voglio sai
Tu che sei mia, tu che sei mia
Stretto a te dimmi addio
Tu sarai quello che mancher
Tu saprai che ogni mio pensiero sei tu
Io lo voglio sai, insieme oramai
Io credo che
Stretto a te dimmi addio
Tu sarai quello che mancher
Tu saprai che ogni mio pensiero sei tu
Stretto a te dimmi addio
Tu sarai quello che mancher
