Photography is the art, science and practice of creating durable images by recording light or other electromagnetic radiation, either chemically by means of a light-sensitive material such as photographic film, or electronically by means of an image sensor. Typically, a lens is used to focus the light reflected or emitted from objects into a real image on the light-sensitive surface inside a camera during a timed exposure. The result in an electronic image sensor is an electrical charge at each pixel, which is electronically processed and stored in a digital image file for subsequent display or processing. The result in a photographic emulsion is an invisible latent image, which is later chemically developed into a visible image, either negative or positive depending on the purpose of the photographic material and the method of processing. A negative image on film is traditionally used to photographically create a positive image on a paper base, known as a print, either by using an enlarger or by contact printing.

Edward Christopher "Ed" Sheeran (born 17 February 1991) is an English singer-songwriter who is currently signed to Asylum / Atlantic Records. Sheeran broke through commercially in June 2011, when his debut single "The A Team" debuted at number 3 on the UK chart.
Sheeran was born in Halifax, West Yorkshire to Irish and English parents, before moving to Framlingham, Suffolk; he is a cousin of TV journalist and presenter Gordon Burns. He learned guitar at a very young age, and began writing songs during his time at Thomas Mills High School in Framlingham. His early childhood memories, referred to in a interview on the Zane Lowe show, included listening to Van Morrison on his countless trips to London with his parents and going to an intimate gig with Damien Rice in Ireland when he was 11. He also opened for Nizlopi in Norwich in April 2008 after being one of their guitar technicians. Sheeran began recording in 2005, which led to the release of his first EP, The Orange Room EP. Sheeran also released 2 albums, a self-titled one in 2006 and Want Some? in 2007. He moved to London in 2008 to play gigs, starting off in very small venues, playing every day, to as little as five people. In 2008, he auditioned for the ITV series Britannia High.

Mark D. Wallace is an American businessman, former diplomat and lawyer who has served in a variety of government, political and private sector posts. He served in several positions during the administration of President George W. Bush, including as the United States Ambassador to the United Nations, Representative for UN Management and Reform.
He is currently the CEO of Tigris Financial and CEO of United Against Nuclear Iran (UANI).
Prior to government service, Wallace was a practicing commercial litigation attorney in Miami, Florida. He began his political career under Florida Governor Jeb Bush and was active in his election campaigns in 1994, 1998 and 2002.
In 2000 Wallace played a key role working for then Governor George W. Bush’s legal team in the decisive Florida recount in 2000 where he served as counsel to the campaign in Florida and was a spokesman for the legal team in various national media outlets. Wallace was portrayed in the HBO movie Recount for his role in the disputed presidential contest.

Robert Anthony Rodríguez (born June 20, 1968) is an American film director, screenwriter, producer, cinematographer, editor and musician. He shoots and produces many of his films in his native Texas and Mexico. He has directed such films as Desperado, From Dusk Till Dawn, The Faculty, Spy Kids, Sin City, Planet Terror, and Machete. He is a friend and frequent collaborator of filmmaker Quentin Tarantino.
Rodríguez was born in San Antonio, Texas, the son of Mexican-American parents Rebecca (née Villegas), a nurse, and Cecilio G. Rodríguez, a salesman. He began his interest in film at age 11 when his father bought one of the first VCRs, which came with a camera.
While attending St. Anthony High School, he was commissioned to videotape the school's football games. According to his sister he was fired soon after for shooting them with a cinematic style, getting shots of parents' reactions and the ball traveling through the air instead of shooting the whole play. There he met Carlos Gallardo; they both shot films on video throughout high school and college. After graduating Rodriguez went to the College of Communication at the University of Texas where he also developed a love of cartooning. His grades were not high enough to get into the school's film program, so he invented a daily comic strip entitled Los Hooligans with many of the characters based on his siblings – in particular, one of his sisters, Maricarmen. The comic proved to be quite successful, running for three years in the student newspaper The Daily Texan while Rodríguez continued to make short films.[citation needed]

Bruce Gilden (born 1946) is a noted street photographer, known for his work in New York City.
While studying sociology at Penn State, he saw Michelangelo Antonioni's film Blowup in 1968. Influenced by the film, he purchased his first camera and began taking night classes in photography at the School of Visual Arts of New York. Fascinated with normal people on the street and the idea of visual spontaneity, Gilden turned to a career in photography. He routinely uses a flash, alerting his subjects to his presence, unlike most street photographers. His first major project was documenting the sensuality of the bodies of the people at Coney Island.
A member of Magnum Photos since 1998, he shot images of Japan's Yakuza mobsters, the homeless, prostitutes, and members of bike gangs between 1995 and 2000. According to Gilden, he was fascinated by the duality and double lives of the individuals he photographed. Gilden is also the subject of Misery Loves Company: The Life and Death of Bruce Gilden, a documentary produced in 2007. He has also photographed rural Ireland and horseracing there, as well as voodoo rituals in Haiti.

8 Travel Photography Hacks for More Budget and Versatile Photography Gear

As a travel photographer, quite often you have to find ways to save both space and money. Thus, we have to make use of a bunch of travel photography hacks. These photography hacks sometimes hurt us, or are at the very least a minor compromise. However, they allow us to shoot more different scenarios and situations than without them without spending a fortune or requiring a lot of extra space in our travel gear.
These travel photography hacks that I've listed in this video include things like the EyeFi Cards, TriggerTrap, 2x Extenders, and many other things. Of course, just because the item isn't listed in this video doesn't mean that it's not a useful photography hack. In fact, there are far more than the obvious 8 hacks that I've shown you in this video.
Since this is such a popular thing, I'm actually going to be starting a new playlist here called "Travel Photography Hacks" and in that playlist I'll be adding some reviews of the gear you see in this video as well as some on location stuff where I put that specific photography hack into action. I'll do things like take the 2x extender out into the field and see if I can get sharp enough images with it, I'll show you how to use macro tubes, and I'll play around with some welding glass.

Photography Tips: How to find photos when the location's 'boring'.
Photography Tips: How to find photos when the location's 'boring'.
When us photographers can't find something interesting to photograph it's not the location that's boring - it's our imagination letting us down. I find it hard to get excited about where I live because I've seen it all thousands of times before. But in truth it's a beautiful place and I'm lucky to live here. So I forced myself to go out shooting and film it so you can see how I got on. The trick is to get out there and start taking photos instead of complaining how dull the place is. Really look around you, look at the light and imagine what someone else would think of the place. As you begin shooting you'll start to see more images and the whole creative process snowballs. Just because somewhere is 'boring' to us, doesn't mean it's a boring place to photograph.
