Live Well Network is a home, health and lifestyle high definition digital subchannel network owned by Disney-ABC Television Group, a subsidiary of The Walt Disney Company and is operated by the ABC Owned Television Stations. The network launched as Live Well HD Network on April 27, 2009, and is currently available on digital subchannels of all ABC owned and operated stations and Belo stations, with additional stations adding the channel in the near future. The channel airs home, health and lifestyle programming and is similar to ION Life, which launched in 2007.

Live Well Network airs programming dedicated to home decorating, fashion and beauty, food, health, travel and finance, either contributed by the ABC-owned stations (mainly KGO-TV), or syndicated acquisitions. Programming includes Mirror/Mirror, On the Money, Mary Talks Money, Steven and Chris, Let's Dish, and Mexico: One Plate at a Time, among others.

Live Well Network also allows affiliates to air local programming from their schedules, which usually include replays of local news broadcasts, local sporting events (such as Philadelphia Union soccer on WPVI-TV), and/or local programming from affiliates such as KGO-TV's View from the Bay KTNV-TV's Morning Blend, and WCNC-TV's Charlotte Today.

A livewell is a tank found on many fishing boats that is used to keep bait and caught fish alive. They work by pumping fresh water from the surrounding body into the tank, as well as keeping the water aerated. A rule of thumb for determining the necessitated size of a livewell is that every one inch of fish needs a gallon of water, if it is desired to keep the fish alive for a prolonged period of time.

Besides size and water circulation, two other key factors of the functionality of a livewell are maintaining proper temperature and removing metabolic waste. Water temperatures should be below 75 °F (24 °C); ice can be used as a coolant.

It is very important to maintain adequate oxygen levels in the livewell. It should be above 5 parts per million. Electric aeration systems are often used to do this. These often work by creating a spray that increases the surface area of the water, or by passing it through a Venturi.

Ali Vincent is the winner of the fifth United States season of the fitness reality television show The Biggest Loser, which aired in early 2008. Vincent's in-competition weight loss of 112 pounds earned her a $250,000 prize, and the first win by a female of a United States The Biggest Loser season. Vincent is to be featured as a spokeswoman in print and television advertisements for fitness center chain 24 Hour Fitness, Biggest Loser ProteinG manufactured by Designer Whey and Infinity Insurance.

In September 2011, Ali Vincent began hosting her own show, "Live Big with Ali Vincent," a half-hour series on the Live Well Network. The new series follows Ali Vincent on her current personal journey around the country to help others discover their true selves. Highlights will include poignant before-and-after segments, showing how Ms. Vincent and other lifestyle experts motivate people to take control of their futures. Additional segments will offer viewers advice on shopping, cooking, working out, relaxing and other ways to live happier and healthier. "Live Big with Ali Vincent" is produced at ABC-owned KABC-TV in Los Angeles.

Joseph Anthony "Joey" Fatone, Jr. (last name pronounced fuh-tone; born January 28, 1977) is a U.S. singer, dancer, actor and television personality. He is best known as a member of the boyband N'Sync, in which he sang baritone. In 2007, he came in second place on the A.B.C. reality show Dancing with the Stars. He was also the host of the U.S. and Australian versions of The Singing Bee and aired on National Broadcasting Company in the United States of America. Currently Fatone is the announcer on Family Feud and is also guest host of The Price Is Right Live! at Bally's Las Vegas.

Fatone was born in Brooklyn to an Italian family and lived in Bensonhurst. He attended Joseph B. Cavallaro J.H.S. (I.S. 281) located at 8787 24th Avenue, Brooklyn. He's the son of Phyllis and Joseph Anthony Fatone, Sr., the latter of whom is an actor and musician. He has two older siblings, Janine and Steven. At thirteen years, Fatone and his family moved to Orlando, Florida. There, Fatone attended and graduated from Dr. Phillips High School. Reportedly, at his graduation, Fatone sang a rendition of "The Star Spangled Banner", celebrated as a precursor to his future success.
