Moselle (French pronunciation: [mɔ.zɛl]) is a department in the east of France named after the river Moselle.
Moselle is one of the original 83 departments created during the French Revolution on March 4, 1790. It was created from the former province of Lorraine.
In 1793, the foreign enclaves of Manderen, Lixing-lès-Rouhling, Momerstroff, and Créhange (Kriechingen), all possessions of princes of the German Holy Roman Empire, were annexed by France and incorporated into the Moselle département.
By the Treaty of Paris of 1814 following the first defeat and abdication of Napoleon, France had to surrender almost all its conquests since 1792. On the northeastern border, France was not restored to its 1792 borders, but a new border was established to put an end to the convoluted nature of the border, with all its enclaves and exclaves. As a result, the French exclave of Tholey (now in Saarland, Germany) as well as a few communes near Sierck-les-Bains (both territories until then part of the Moselle département) were ceded to Austria. On the other hand, the French annexations of 1793 were confirmed, and furthermore, the south of the Napoleonic département of Sarre was ceded to France, including the town of Lebach, the city of Saarbrücken, and the rich coal basin nearby. France was thus a net beneficiary of the Treaty of Paris, all the new territories ceded to her being far larger and more strategic than the few territories ceded to Austria. All these new territories were incorporated into the Moselle department, and so Moselle had now a larger territory than ever since 1790.
David Goffin (French pronunciation: [da.vid ɡɔ.fɛ̃] ; born 7 December 1990) is a Belgian tennis player. He was born in Rocourt, Belgium, and currently resides in Liège, Belgium.
On April 30, 2012, he reached his highest ATP singles ranking of 108, whilst his highest doubles ranking of 612 was reached on 11 October 2010. His favorite surface is hard. He won his first match on the ATP tour at the 2011 Chennai open, defeating India's number 1, Somdev Devvarman by a score of 6–2, 6–4. He lost in the second round to Stanislas Wawrinka, 6–7, 6–7.
In 2012, he reached the quarter finals of an ATP World Tour tournament for the first time at the 2012 Chennai open, after defeating top 50 countryman Xavier Malisse and Andreas Beck. At the French Open 2012, though he did not win in the last qualifying round of the qualifications, he entered the tournament's main draw as a lucky loser thanks to the withdrawal of Gaël Monfils. In his first round, he faced world no. 27 and no. 23 seed for men's singles Radek Stepanek and beat him 6-2, 4-6, 2-6, 6-4 and 6-2.. The second round saw Goffin take on French veteran player Arnaud Clément (who was playing his last French Open) whom he beat by a score of 3-6, 7-6 (2), 0-6, 6-2, 6-1 in a match postponed due to rain at a score of 5-1 the previous day. Goffin then beat Lukasz Kubot 7-6, 7-5, 6-1 in the third round to become the first lucky loser to reach the last 16 of a Grand Slam since compatriot Dick Norman at Wimbledon 1995, and set up a fourth-round meeting with Roger Federer.

Richard Ripley: Are those my suits?::Maurice "Snoopy" Miller: Nah, these are MY suits!
Karen Sisco: You wanted to tussle. We tussled.
Glenn Michaels: Oh, man, if I wasn't stoned there is no way you would have talked me into this!
Maurice "Snoopy" Miller: [realizing his gun is empty, as Foley points one at him] You don't have an extra clip I can use, do you?::Jack Foley: No, I don't.::Maurice "Snoopy" Miller: You ain't never shot a gun before, have you?::Jack Foley: Not until recently, no.::Maurice "Snoopy" Miller: You nervous?::Jack Foley: A little, yeah.::Maurice "Snoopy" Miller: You know, in a situation like this, there's a high potentiality for the common motherfucker to bitch out.::Jack Foley: So I figure, why take a chance?::[pulls the trigger]
Maurice "Snoopy" Miller: Well, the man don't just have to die, Foley. I mean, he could accidentally hurt himself falling down on something real hard, you know? Like a shiv, or my dick?
Jack Foley: It's like seeing someone for the first time, and you look at each other for a few seconds, and there's this kind of recognition like you both know something. Next moment the person's gone, and it's too late to do anything about it.
[Opening a birthday gift from dad]::Karen Sisco: Oh my God, it's beautiful.::Marshall Sisco: It's a um...::Karen Sisco: Sig-Sauer 380.::Marshall Sisco: Right.::Karen Sisco: I love it, thanks Dad.
Jack Foley: Is this your first time being robbed? [Loretta nods] You're doing great.
[with Karen's heel on his back]::Chino: Wow! You are mean!
Jack Foley: I know a guy who walks into a bank with a little glass bottle. He tells everyone it's nitroglycerine. He scores some money off the teller, walks out. On his way out, the bottle breaks, he slips on it and knocks himself out. The "nitro" was Canola oil. I know more fucked-up bank robbers than ones who know what they're doing. I doubt if one in twenty could tell you where the dye pack is. Most bank robbers are fucking morons.
Plot
Pool hustler Fast Eddie Felson finds the young, promising pool player Vincent in a local bar and he sees in him a younger version of himself. To try and make it as in the old days, Eddie offers to teach Vincent how to be a hustler. After some hesitations Vincent accepts and Eddie takes him and Vincent's girlfriend Carmen on a tour through the country to work the pool halls. However, Vincent's tendency to show off his talent and by doing so warning off the players and losing money, soon leads to a confrontation with Eddie.

The Hustler isn't what he used to be, but he has the next best thing. A kid who is.
Eddie Felson: Vincent, get in the car, this is embarrassing. You're acting like some girl who got felt up at the drive-in.
Vincent Lauria: I think maybe the money's what's throwing you off here today.
Eddie Felson: I'm not your daddy, I'm not your boyfriend, so don't be playing games with me. I'm your partner.
Eddie Felson: It's even, but it ain't settled. Let's settle it.
Eddie Felson: Money won is twice as sweet as money earned.
Eddie Felson: You gotta have two things to win. You gotta have brains and you gotta have balls. Now, you got too much of one and not enough of the other.
Opening Voiceover: Nine-ball is rotation pool, the balls are pocketed in numbered order. The only ball that means anything, that wins it, is the 9. Now, the player can shoot eight trick shots in a row, blow the 9, and lose. On the other hand, the player can get the 9 in on the break, if the balls spread right, and win. Which is to say, that luck plays a part in nine-ball. But for some players, luck itself is an art.
Eddie Felson: Do you smell that?::Vincent Lauria: What, smoke?::Carmen: No, Money...
Eddie Felson: I can always go back to whiskey, it's been very good to me.
Vincent Lauria: Hey Grady. Up your ass with the spot. Is that OK with you?::Grady Seasons: [laughs] That's fine by me.
