Darren Kenneth Matthews (born 10 May 1968) is an English professional wrestler, author and color commentator currently signed to WWE and competing on the SmackDown brand under the ring name William Regal. He is also known for his time in World Championship Wrestling under the ring name Steven Regal. Having started his career wrestling on the carnival circuit in England, Matthews moved on to wrestle around the world in countries such as Germany and South Africa, before being called up to World Championship Wrestling in 1993. In 2000, after leaving WCW, Matthews joined the World Wrestling Federation (later World Wrestling Entertainment and now just WWE), where he became commissioner. More recently he has been General Manager of Raw, the 2008 King of the Ring and is currently the Official Match Coordinator for NXT Redemption.
Never a world champion, Matthews has, nonetheless, achieved considerable championship success in professional wrestling. Throughout his career, he has won more than 60 titles worldwide, including four in WCW and 13 in WWE. He has overcome multiple drug problems as well as a major heart defect during his career, and he has written an autobiography, Walking a Golden Mile.
Bryan Danielson (born May 22, 1981) is an American professional wrestler signed to WWE and appearing on its SmackDown brand. Danielson works with WWE under the name Daniel Bryan. He has also been known by the ring name, and later nickname, the American Dragon.
In professional wrestling, Danielson is former Ring of Honor World champion, a two-time Pro Wrestling Guerrilla World champion, a one-time Westside Xtreme Wrestling Heavyweight champion, a one-time FIP Heavyweight Champion and a one-time World Heavyweight Champion in WWE.
As well as these World Championships, Danielson also won the GHC Junior Heavyweight Championship once in Pro Wrestling Noah and is officially recognized as the final ROH Pure Champion, as he unified the Pure Title with the ROH World title in 2006. He also won the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Championship in New Japan Pro Wrestling with Curry Man.
Until 2009, Danielson primarily competed on the independent circuit. ROH was generally regarded as his home promotion[citation needed], but he also worked in FIP, PWG, and the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA). He has also worked internationally, most notably in Pro Wrestling Noah through ROH's involvement in the Global Professional Wrestling Alliance, a global organization of cooperative promotions that allow their competitors to travel abroad to other companies. He also competed in a handful of matches in WWE before signing an actual contract with the company in 2009.
Plot
There is a definite balance to the forces of good and evil in the universe. The quite backwoods town of Angel Falls is home to this great equalizer! Enter two unsuspecting lost souls trying to find their way back to the highway, and become stranded on an old farm. The owners, Pa and Nan are quite hospitable, to the right type of guests, but if you're a sinner, you wind up on their chopping block and fed to the voracious creatures known as The Evil Offspring. The game just gets started when a seasoned hitchhiker begins to weave a tapestry of deception to confuse all the weary road travelers. A group of motley criminals soon find out, there is no escaping the terror in the woods of Angel Falls, they are merely pawns in the game being played by forces beyond their comprehension. With a life or death struggle unfolding in the cursed woods and farmland, they take their chances holding up in the very barn that houses the Offspring. With a rising body count, the evil woods impregnating young women who then birth full sized demons tearing through their bellies, and a "who can you trust" edge of your seat pace... there is NO escaping The Evil Offspring.
The Town of Angel Falls is Quite Hospitable to the Right Kind of People
I fall down, can't stand up
I stay down, won't stand up
I humanize everything
Everything is me
I fall down, can't stand up
Life that was not life that meant not life that was not meant to be
Life that was not life that meant not life that was not meant to be
Life that was not life that meant not life that was not meant to be
Hangman, twenty three, you got the magic, twenty three
King man, seventeen, you got the secret, seventeen
Hangman, twenty three, departure with the number, twenty three
Coat of scarlet, guard of angels, armed with silence to be regal
What's become the common type to be above
What's become the current shape, a life that was not meant to be
That's denied of highs, a quantity of lows
A life that was not meant to be, abundance of nice without any foes
Mind of violet, show the armor, holy numbers to be regal
Hanged man on his knees, you got the magic, twenty three
King man, seventeen, entrance with the number seventeen
To be above what's become the common type
To be above what's become the current shape
A life that was not meant to be that's denied of highs, a quantity of lows
A life that was not meant to be, abundance of nice without any foes, aah
Life that was not life that meant not life that was not meant to be
Life that was not life that meant not life that was not meant to be
You are perfect as you are
Your eyes are the brightest
As you dance in the slowest
That motion can become.
To be near you
I resign
And underneath the radiant smiles
Of perkiness that leave me
Defenseless as I stare
Refrain:
I might need a little more courage
I'm just waiting
For the universe to show me
How to steal you from the sky
Chorus:
You can be the most regal
And towering in this room
I'll still be the luckiest guy
Here with you
And you could come
Through a room
With your delicate grace
Take these hands and guide
This embrace
Oh...
You are luminescent always
Your heels are the highest
As you brighten this night is
Like a spectacle of light.
(Repeat Refrain and Chorus)
Oh...
Bridge:
There's a fine line
Between pauses and delays
In everything we say
I'll take it everyday, I know I can.
And if the night sky
Should hide the light I see
I'll make my way beyond the dark
I'll be fine.
(Repeat Chorus 2x)
And if in case
The most abstract
Of color fades away
I'll still be thankful for you each day.
Oh, oh.
I'll still be thankful for you each day.
Oh, oh.
