A drink, or beverage, is a liquid which is specifically prepared for human consumption. In addition to fulfilling a basic need, drinks form part of the culture of human society.
Despite the fact that all beverages contain water, water itself is not classed as a beverage. The word beverage has always been defined as not referring to water.[citation needed]
An alcoholic beverage is a drink that contains ethanol, commonly known as alcohol (although in chemistry the definition of "alcohol" includes many other compounds). Beer has been a part of human culture for 8,000 years. In many countries, drinking alcoholic beverages in a local bar or pub is a cultural tradition. Asian countries produce several varieties of alcoholic beverages (e.g. rice wine, palm wine, Tongba a millet brew).
A non-alcoholic drink is one that contains little or no alcohol. This category includes low-alcohol beer, non-alcoholic wine, and apple cider if they contain less than 0.5% alcohol by volume.
The term "soft drink" specifies the absence of alcohol in contrast to "hard drink" and "drink". The term "drink" is neutral but often denotes alcoholic content. Beverages such as soda pop, sparkling water, iced tea, lemonade, root beer, and fruit punch are the most common soft drinks. Milk, hot chocolate, tea, coffee, milkshakes, and tap water are not considered to be soft drinks. Some carbonated soft drinks are available in versions that are sweetened with a sugar substitute.

After signing with Capitol Records Nashville in 2007, he released the album I'll Stay Me, which included the singles "All My Friends Say", "We Rode in Trucks" and "Country Man". Bryan was born and raised in Leesburg, Georgia. At age fourteen, his parents bought him his first guitar, and after learning to play it, he joined various local bands and began to play in local clubs. After graduating Lee County High School, Bryan planned to move to Nashville, Tennessee; however, this move was delayed, due to the death of his brother, Chris, on the same day he planned to leave. Luke attended Georgia Southern University, and is a member of the Eta Zeta chapter of the Sigma Chi Fraternity. After graduation Luke went to work for his dad, despite everyone encouraging him to move to Tennessee. His dad encouraged him to relocate and he arrived in Nashville in 2001, signing a record deal only two months later.

I'll take back my pinata it's wasted on you
Just spinning that pool cue all over the room
And give back the blindfold that's under your shoe
Let's drink, drink this town is so great
Drink, drink 'cause it's never too late
To drink, drink to no big surprise
But what words rhyme with "buried alive"?
What words rhyme with "buried alive"?
You could be a float for the 4th of July
Based on your theme of wallflowers grown wild
Look through your peephole, you've won every prize
Let's drink, drink this town is so great
Drink, drink 'cause it's never too late
To drink, drink to no big surprise
But what words rhyme with "buried alive"?
What words rhyme with "buried alive"?
In your monkey suit on a cigarette break
The lunchtime crowd, they won't even blink
But you'd be sad if they did but you'll be sad
Let's drink, drink this town is so great
Drink, drink 'cause it's never too late
To drink, drink to no big surprise
But what words rhyme with "buried alive"?
You make me laugh you make me sing
You light the room with what you bring
Raise the glass let's take a drink
Feel the joy before we sink!
You make a joke, you start a script
Create a mood until we're tripped
Raise the glass let's take a drink
We can agree without the ink
Some might say "not the way, at least not every day"
Know yourself my friend
Have the same my friend?
Let the fun begin to flow
Let's have one before the show
Raise the glass, let's take a drink!
Make mine double Mister Pink
Some might say "not the way, at least not every day"
Or else we'll have to count the cost
In the end my friend
Have the same my friend?
Raise the flask, take the slug!
I might need another drug
Some might say "not the way, at least not every day"
Know yourself my friend
And have the same my friend
Raise the spirit, start to heal
I don't give a fuck what you think,
'cause what I want is another drink
Gimme a shot of whiskey and a Guinness Stout,
'cause that's what drinking is all about
I'm a drunk that's my claim to fame,
Most bartenders know my name,
Gimme a shot of Jager and a black and tan,
Can't shut me off don't you understand
This ones goes to the Boston Drunx, Skinheads, Longhairs, and all the punx.
Homebrew crew, cider up punx here's to me and you
[Chorus:]
Drink, Drink, Drink, Drink some more
Drink, Drink, Drink, 'Till I'm on the floor
Drink, Drink, Drink, Drink some more
No drinks, no drugs, no cigarettes, no loose women because I'm weak
And that's all fine for you to say,
but I'm to shy to even speak
I can't go out in the world without a little fire in my soul
That puts the fight into me
You push me and I just can't let it roll
Roll
I don't know if I should drink or stay at home alone keeping out of trouble never learning nothing but I don't know I'm alive
Give me fire
I don't know whether to drink or stay at home alone keeping out of trouble never learning nothing but I don't know I'm alive
There was a time
don't you forget
when I was green
and you were red
All boastful lies
no great surprise
what shit comes outta my drunken head
I met a woman that night
she loved me for the stories that I told
But when the booze ran out
my silence left her ring hand feeling cold
Cold
I don't know if I should drink or stay at home alone keeping out of trouble never learning nothing but I don't know I'm alive
Give me fire
I don't know whether to drink or stay at home alone keeping out of trouble never learning nothing but I don't know I'm alive
Give me fire
No drinks, no drugs, no cigarettes, nothing but silence
caused by doubt
There was a good boy inside me
but the landlord tried to kick that good boy out
That good boy out
I don't know if I should drink or stay at home alone keeping out of trouble never learning nothing but I don't know I'm alive
Give me fire
I don't know whether to drink or stay at home alone keeping out of trouble never learning nothing but I don't know I'm alive
Give me fire
You give me fire
You give me fire
You give me fire
You give me fire
You give me fire
You give me fire
You give me fire
You give me fire
Ooohhhh
I don't know if I should drink or stay at home alone keeping out of trouble never learning nothing but I don't know I'm alive
Give me fire
I don't know whether to drink or stay at home alone keeping out of trouble never learning nothing but I don't know I'm alive
All I see is
I'm much good for me
So much riches
I'm much rich for me
Why can't they see?
There's no use thinking
And all it leads to
Is just more drinking
oh oh oh
I think I'm thinking
not much left to do
All those moments
They're still all on you
Whyt can't they see?
There's no use thinking
And all it leads to
Is just more drinking
I'm broken hearted with all that this entails
It takes some concentrated drinking to keep me on the rails
I have to hide my face, I have to hide my shame
I don't wait til I'm sober til I get drunk again
I drink at home, I drink out
I drink in cocktail bars
Falling down, seeing stars
It suits me, it suits me
Falling apart in Mars
I like to suffer for my art
Just one more before we part
My oh my, we can't compete
It's only heavy drinking
That keeps us on our feet
And my oh my, we can't complain
If it weren't for heavy drinking
We'd never play Sweet Jane
And my my my my, the days go by
I'll never quite forget her
But goodness how I try
Believe me
Believe me
Going astray
When all the bars from here to Mandelay
They never close, we never pay
Don't like to think about how much I drink
It's a habit that's out of control
Oh yeah, hope I never get dry before I get old
Well my oh my, we can't compete
It's only heavy drinking
That keeps us on our feet
And my oh my, we can't complain
If it weren't for heavy drinking
We'd never play Sweet Jane
My my my my, the days go by
I'll never quite forget her
But goodness how I try
Believe me, believe me
Falling apart in Mars
I like to suffer for my art
Just one more before we part
Don't like to think about how much I drink
It's a habit that's out of control
Oh yeah, hope I never get dry
Hope I never get dry now
(Frantz/McGee)
Diamonds and rubies
And unpolished jewels
Thieves and liars
A lover's lost tools
A joke's in the ceiling
A tear's in the floor
I'll go through your window
But never the door
The joke's on me
I'm laughing
I'm all wet
It must be raining
I'm really sorry
I must not have been looking
Seeing and hearing
My eyes meet your ears
Blindly and deafly
I can't hear your fears
I'm jumping to heaven
I'm falling to hell
But grace is my savior
My desert's last well
The joke's on me
I'm laughing
I'm all wet
I must be raining
I'm really sorry
I must not have been looking
Ride the rainbow
Feel the sun
Drink the savior
Hail black metal
Let's drink for that
Hail our revenge
Let's drink for that
Animal lust - to live to fuck
Animal thirst - to live to be drunk
Dirty sluts for ugly pleasure
No love, no any feelings
Drink, Drink, Drink, Drink, Drink, Drink, Drink!
Lesbian drunk orgy
Under the cross in church
Two drunk chiks
With dildos in pussies
Animal joy - to live for black metal
Animal hate - to live for black hate
Their lust is huge
They piss on altar
They piss on holy bible
Dirty sluts in church
Drink, Drink, Drink, Drink, Drink, Drink!
Dirty sluts for ugly pleasure
No love, no any feelings
Vodka and beer for mental orgasm
When I'm going out, I don't know what it is
A couple of beers and I'm feeling kinda pissed
Silly conversations with people I don't know
I think I've had enough, it's time for me to go
Chorus:
Drink, drink a pint of lager
Gonna have some fun, drink another one
La lalalalala ...
Every Sunday morning, I always feel like shit
Got a fuckin' headache, can't recall the things I did
It takes all afternoon for me to sober up
I know that I am lying when I say I'm gonna stop
Chorus
La lalalalala ...
Chorus
