Guidelines for Submitting Reviews

We allow visitors to submit reviews about businesses that appear in our directory. Reviews are subject to the following guidelines:

• All reviews are subject to moderation and removal without notice.
• If a rating is inconsistent with a review then it may be deleted.
• An average rating is only published once a business has received three ratings from different customers.
• To rate a business you must also submit a review. Likewise, if you review a business you must give it a rating.
• Negative reviews will not be posted by default. Businesses will be notified when a negative review has been submitted and they can choose to either publish the review or leave it unpublished.
• Ratings are based on a scale from 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest.
• You should only submit a review if you have personal experience with the business in question.
• We do not accept reviews submitted by owners or employees of a business.

Guidelines for Free Business Listings

Free business listings are subject to the following guidelines:

• All free business listings are subject to moderation and removal with or without notice.
• Each business is only allowed one free listing on our directory network.
• The business must be situated within Australia.
• The business name and details supplied must be accurate and valid.
• The business listing should be submitted under the most appropriate category/categories.
• The business listing should be submitted under the appropriate directory.
• When a website is supplied, please ensure the URL is accurate. Please do not supplied domains which are parked, broken or under-contruction.
• Please keep all lists of keywords related to your business under the appropriate keyword fields provided.
