The Isle of Wight is a county and the largest island of England, located in the English Channel, on average about 2–5 miles (3–7 km) off the south coast of the county of Hampshire, separated from the mainland by a strait called the Solent. The Island has many resorts which have been holiday destinations since Victorian times.
The Island has a rich history, including a brief status as an independent kingdom in the 15th century. Until 1995, like Jersey and Guernsey, the Island had its own Governor—most notably Lord Mountbatten from 1969 to 1974, after which he became Lord Lieutenant until his assassination in 1979.
It was home to the poets Swinburne and Alfred Lord Tennyson, and to Queen Victoria, who built her much-loved summer residence and final home Osborne House at East Cowes. The Island's maritime and industrial history encompasses boat building, sail making, the manufacture of flying boats, the world's first hovercraft and the testing and development of Britain's space rockets. It is home to the Isle of Wight International Jazz Festival, Bestival and the recently revived Isle of Wight Festival, which, in 1970, was the largest rock music event ever held. The Island has some exceptional wildlife and is one of the richest locations of dinosaur fossils in Europe.
Tom Court (born 6 November 1980) is a rugby union footballer. He plays for Ulster as a tighthead and loosehead prop. He primarily played at tighthead in his early career but switched to loosehead in the 2007/2008 season when BJ Botha arrived at Ulster.
Court was born in Brisbane, Australia and began his sporting career as a shotputter. He was Australian University Champion for three years running and had Olympic trials in 2002. He started playing rugby in 2004 and has represented Manawatu and Queensland Reds as well as Ulster. In an interview with the Ulster Rugby Website, Court intimated that he had begun playing rugby in order to lose weight.

He qualifies to play international rugby for Ireland through his grandfather, Patrick Carey, who was born in County Limerick. He was also named in the 2008 Churchill Cup squad and appeared as a substitute in all three games; against USA, England Saxons and a representative Argentina XV. He made his full Ireland debut in an uncapped match against The Barbarians at Kingsholm Stadium in Gloucester.

James Douglas "Jim" Morrison (December 8, 1943 – July 3, 1971) was the lead singer and lyricist of the rock band The Doors, as well as a poet. Following The Doors' explosive rise to fame in 1967, Morrison developed a severe alcohol and drug dependency that culminated in his death at the age of 27 in Paris. He is presumed to have died from a heroin overdose, but as no autopsy was performed, the events surrounding his death and the exact cause of it continue to be disputed by many to this day.
Morrison was well known for often improvising spoken word poetry passages while the band played live. Due to his wild personality and performances, he is regarded by critics and fans as one of the most iconic, charismatic and pioneering frontmen in rock music history. Morrison was ranked number 47 on Rolling Stone's list of the "100 Greatest Singers of All Time", and number 22 on Classic Rock Magazine's "50 Greatest Singers In Rock".
James Douglas Morrison was born in Melbourne, Florida, to future Rear Admiral George Stephen Morrison and Clara Morrison. Morrison had a sister, Anne Robin, who was born in 1947 in Albuquerque, New Mexico; and a brother, Andrew Lee Morrison, who was born in 1948 in Los Altos, California. He was of Irish and Scottish descent.
Miles Dewey Davis III (May 26, 1926 – September 28, 1991) was an American jazz musician, trumpeter, bandleader, and composer. Widely considered one of the most influential musicians of the 20th century, Miles Davis was, with his musical groups, at the forefront of several major developments in jazz music, including bebop, cool jazz, hard bop, modal jazz, and jazz fusion.
Miles Dewey Davis was born on May 26, 1926, to an affluent African American family in Alton, Illinois. His father, Dr. Miles Henry Davis, was a dentist. In 1927 the family moved to East St. Louis, Illinois. They also owned a substantial ranch in northern Arkansas, where Davis learned to ride horses as a boy.
Davis' mother, Cleota Mae (Henry) Davis, wanted her son to learn the piano; she was a capable blues pianist but kept this fact hidden from her son. His musical studies began at 13, when his father gave him a trumpet and arranged lessons with local musician Elwood Buchanan. Davis later suggested that his father's instrument choice was made largely to irk his wife, who disliked the trumpet's sound. Against the fashion of the time, Buchanan stressed the importance of playing without vibrato; he was reported to have slapped Davis' knuckles every time he started using heavy vibrato. Davis would carry his clear signature tone throughout his career. He once remarked on its importance to him, saying, "I prefer a round sound with no attitude in it, like a round voice with not too much tremolo and not too much bass. Just right in the middle. If I can’t get that sound I can’t play anything."Clark Terry was another important early influence.[citation needed]
Y aquella noche caminamos juntos
sin importar la lluvia,
aquella prisa por saber quién eras
y por rozarte un poco,
¿dónde estabas, habías ido
antes por ese lugar?
creo que sí te había visto
y no me atreví a hablar,
y como si esto fuera un sueño
te encuentro aquí conmigo,
y parecía que ya lo había vivido.
CORO1:
Oh! Nos sorprendió la luz de la mañana
abajo del portal,
con tus manos en mis manos
y con las ropas húmedas
con el sueño en los ojos
pero feliz de estar allí,
y todo fue como un instante
ni tiempo tuve de decirte
que parecía que ya lo había vivido.
CORO2:
Aquellas manos que ya había sentido
aquellas frases que yo ya había oído ¡no, no!
juro que esto ya lo había vivido,
en esas noches que soñé contigo
sin tú saberlo te había poseído ¡no, no!
met her on a nice warm summer day, her and me together
everysingle day, I love her as much as you can see, my
only fear is someday she'll leave me, and I would care
but play it off real well, and I would try not to let it
show, My life is weird and theres nothing more to say,
her and me together everysingle day, somedays fit while
others slow decay, she's for me the perfect never stray!
Her eyes I love, as pretty as can be, and she I need just
to keep me going, and she does love me, and it's the same
