SUBSCRIBE! http://www.youtube.com/user/footytubenrl?sub_confirmation=1 Parramatta have produced the perfect start to the post Jarryd Hayne era, conjuring up a stunning second half performance at home to blow an underwhelming Manly side off the park 42-12. In an explosive encounter that was just as fiery as everyone expected, the Eels forwards produced the big hits and completely dominated the middle third of the park. Adding injury to insult, Manly lost centre Clint Gutherson to a suspected ACL injury just 15 minutes in, then in-demand five-eighth Kieran Foran to a suspected hamstring injury 15 minutes before the finish. While Hayne was present to address the crowd at half time, the Eels had no trouble sparking into life without their former star fullback. Blockbusting winger Semi Radradra produced a hat-trick – as he had at the same ground in Round 1 last year against the Warriors – livewire half Chris Sandow a double, Wil Hopoate was solid and the new faces in the backline showed they will add plenty of energy to Brad Arthur's side in 2015. The match got off to the fiery start everyone expected; ex-Manly stalwart Anthony Watmough took a hit-up in the first set and copped a facial massage from Matt Ballin for his troubles; Eels hitters Tepai Moeroa, Darcy Lussick and Junior Paulo produced some brutal hits, but the Eels were their own worst enemy in terms of discipline. The Eels overcame a 66 per cent first half completion rate and a 60-40 weight of possession against them to take a 16-12 lead into half time. On their rare attacking opportunities down Manly's end they made it count as the Sea Eagles new-look backline proved suspect to sweeping lateral shifts with new centre Gutherson – in for injured Steve Matai – taken off with a knee injury after 15 minutes and Tom Symonds forced to substitute in the three quarter line. Prodigious winger Radradra bagged a first half double, the first in just the seventh minute after a monstrous shot from Lussick dislodged the ball from Brenton Lawrence and new centre Brad Takairangi produced a quality in-and-away on Jamie Lyon. Manly were unlucky not to level up when a searing long-range cut-out from Foran put Cheyse Blair over in the corner but the pass was ruled forward. Hopoate, making a solid fist of his first outing in the blue and gold No.1 jersey, finished off a right-side movement set up by Chris Sandow when he shaped to pass and got between the defenders to make it 10-0 after 16 minutes. Foran made his mark shortly after, producing a sublime inside ball to Brett Stewart to get the score back to 10-6 and with a series of goal-line drop outs blowing Manly's possession stats out to 65 per cent at one point, the Eels finally crumbled in the face of a classic left-side shift that went from Foran to Stewart to Blair. With Manly finally looking like righting the ship the Eels found another level, and off the back of a dangerous scoot from bench hooker Isaac De Gois, fresh on the field, launched a final raid at the Manly line. Norman, heavily involved throughout the set, produced a brilliant tap-on offload to Takaraingi who was able to set Radradra up for his second of the half and a 16-12 lead at the break. Manly started the second half in precisely the opposite manner they would have hoped; James Hasson lifted his knee into Watmough off the first hit up handing the Eels a free two points in front of the posts. Parramatta stretched their lead to 24-12 shortly after when a brilliant long-range move saw Beau Champion into space down the right, flicking it to Reece Robinson whose chip back infield sat in the in-goal for Sandow. Norman, having a standout game as the man seemingly under most pressure from Parramatta's ongoing attempts to sign Foran, then produced a bullet cut-out pass to send Radradra over for his third of the night. Robinson produced a perfect sideline kick to stretch Parramatta's lead to 18 with 25 minutes to go. Parramatta then turned on the razzle-dazzle through a mid-field chip and chase from Sandow. The fit-looking No.7 got the perfect bounce, snatched the ball one-handed and passed to his left where Norman put Takairangi over for his first try and blue and gold. Foran hobbled off 15 minutes from time and straight after that Robinson produced some brilliant footwork out of dummy half, evading several defenders before passing to Lussick who handed it on to Sandow, who ducked past the last line of the defence to bag his double. The Eels were happy to hold on to a 42-12 win that sees them draw level with the impressive Rabbitohs with a plus 30 differential one game into the season. Twitter: https://twitter.com/PlanetTitanPRL Round 24 of the 2014 NRL Season! Its the Parramatta Eels Vs Manly Sea Eagles About Project Rugby League: Here at PRL, we feel that the great sport of Rugby League is being severely maimed by greed driven organisations that demand ludicrous subscriptions fees just in order to watch. Better yet, these organisations penalise people around the globe and ban them from enjoying the sport, simply because they copyright their material for only their respective countries to watch. The RFL & their chosen production companies are slowly killing the game of Rugby League. By being so small minded and restricting broadcasts, they are condemning the beautiful sport to a slow and agonising death. Well right here and now the restrictions stop, no longer will the world have to suffer in silence and miss the game they love, no longer will they have to live the game through pathetic poor highlight videos on social media websites, no longer will they miss everything that is good about the game because of greed driven organisations. We here at PRL pay our subscriptions so that we can share this beautiful game with the world. This isn't about getting something for free, it is about finally providing something that should already be provided around the globe for millions to experience. Support your local clubs, buy tickets to their games, it isn't the local clubs that cause these issues, it is the greed driven organisations such as Sky who provide a barely acceptable broadcast at best. Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls of all ages, welcome to the future of Rugby League! In the Past, Right Now, For the Future! Broadcast information: PRL will aim to bring you every televised Rugby League match from both the Super League and NRL seasons. Please keep in mind that on some occasions there will be delays in which these matches are available. We are in the Alpha stages of PRL so that means we have many problems to overcome in the early stages. We will however, keep you all updated on progress and if any matches won't be available. We are currently looking at making the video quality better on both the Super League and NRL shows, primarily the NRL. We have put some tests online currently with different formats, we will see how these progress throughout the coming weeks. Our concerns are that, the higher the quality, the larger the file size, the longer it will take to publish to watch. Again these are things that we will look at in upcoming weeks. We are also aware that certain countries cannot watch certain games. This is an issue with the music that is being played in the original broadcasts. We are looking at possibly muting certain sections or replacing music in these sections to see if these will elevate the restrictions that have been placed on the videos. Again this is something that will be looked at over the coming weeks. I on behalf of everyone here in the PRL team, would like to thank you for your continued support. We will be setting up a social media page soon so that we can keep you up to date more promptly on what is going on at PRL. Once again, Thank you all. PRL Team.

FRIDAY, March 27 Parramatta Eels v South Sydney Rabbitohs at Pirtek Stadium, 7.35pm Head to head: Eels 50 Souths 65 drawn 3 Last clash: Round 19, 2014 – Souths 32 bt Eels 12 at Pirtek Stadium Tab Sportsbet: Eels $3.40 Souths $1.33 The Eels have lost their past seven games against the Rabbitohs, and recent performances from both sides indicate an eighth is imminent. That said, the Eels have won eight of their past nine clashes against the Rabbitohs at home. So, go figure. Despite going down to the Warriors 29-16 across the ditch last week, the injury-challenged Eels have named an unchanged side, while the undefeated Rabbitohs have Daryl Millard playing his first game in the NRL since 2009 due to a broken hand to Dylan Walker. Key: Again, you just can’t go past Greg Inglis. He’s averaging 161m a game and will be on the hunt for his 50th try for the Rabbitohs this weekend.

Pat Richards was the centrepiece in his 100th NRL game, he set up an amazing try with 10 left, sprinting around the defence and tiptoeing down the sideline. He edged just inside the paint,. SUBSCRIBE! http://www.youtube.com/user/footytubenrl?sub_confirmation=1 A magical try assist and 18-point haul from veteran Wests Tigers winger Pat Richards in his 100th NRL game has helped his side come from behind to down the Eels 22-6 at ANZ Stadium. In a match punctuated by errors from both sides, the Tigers exploded late to overcome an Eels side that led at half time despite missing its entire first-choice three quarter line, and lost another centre during the match. The highlight of the match was a stunning try assist from Richards, showing incredible strength to stay in the field as he tiptoed down the left touch line under attention from Eels winger John Folau, before toeing the ball off-balance for fullback James Tedesco to ground it and claim the lead for the first time in the match after 70 minutes. Richards followed that by scoring a try of his own – a swinging arm from Eels fullback Will Hopoate allowing him a shot at an eight-point try – extending the Tigers lead to 18-6 after trailing 6-4 for the entire second half, then setting up another with yet another pinpoint toe-ahead at the death to blow the score out to 22-6. The Eels started with a completely new three quarter line to the one that kicked off the season in fine style against Manly, with Winger Reece Robinson missing the game due to a quad strain, joining Semi Radradra, Brad Takairangi and Beau Champion on the sidelines. It meant Manu Ma’u moved one spot further out on the Eels’ left edge but when centre Ryan Morgan failed to re-emerge from the sheds at halftime due to a concussion, it meant David Gower also moved to the centres. Neither coach would have been particularly happy at half-time but at only 6-4 ahead Arthur would have been particularly cranky with his troops for failing to be up by more than two points. Despite making six errors – twice as many as the Tigers – the Eels edged the possession on the back of a 7-3 penalty count which also helped them dominate field position. A scoreless opening half hour could have seen several tries but the Eels’ attack broke down every time they threatened, through a combination of forced passes and offloads and inaccurate attacking kicks – something that had been their strength over the opening four rounds. Hooker Nathan Peats finally put them ahead 6-0 on the half-hour mark when he decided to go through, rather than around, diving over from dummy half. When Parramatta’s seventh penalty of the half was awarded in front of the Tigers’ sticks three minutes from the halftime break they had a free shot at an eight-point buffer. But they decided to go for a try. New York Times 2015-04-13Parramatta ( /ˌpærəˈmætə/) is a suburb of Sydney, in the state of New South Wales, Australia. It is located in Greater Western Sydney 23 kilometres (14 mi) west of the Sydney central business district on the banks of the Parramatta River. Parramatta is the administrative seat of the Local Government Area (LGA) of the City of Parramatta. Part of the suburb is shared with the City of Holroyd LGA.
Parramatta, founded in the same year as Sydney by the British in 1788, is the oldest inland European settlement in Australia and is the economic capital of Greater Western Sydney and the sixth largest central business district in Australia. Since 2000, Parramatta has seen the consolidation of its role as a government centre with the relocation of agencies such as the New South Wales Police Force headquarters and Sydney Water, from the Sydney CBD. Simultaneously, major upgrades have occurred around the railway station with the expansion of Westfield Parramatta, the creation of a new transport interchange, and the ongoing development of the Civic Place local government precinct.
