Ukrainian Feral Child: From BARKING to SPEAKING

I, Anna Deeter, a SPEECH EDUCATOR, have put this video together as a proof that SPEECH EDUCATION must become a part of the curriculum of every Kindergarten and Elementary School worldwide. SPEECH IS A SKILL that each and every human must learn and master in order to become anything he/she wants to be! Even when a child has a significant cognitive delay, has missed the most important years of her life and never learned to speak in early childhood, she still CAN develop a skill of speaking and master it up to the level of satisfactory!
