Keanu Charles Reeves (
/keɪˈɑːnuː/ kay-AH-noo; born September 2, 1964) is a Canadian film actor. Reeves is perhaps best known for his role in Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure as well as Speed, Point Break and the science fiction-action trilogy The Matrix. He has worked under major directors, such as Stephen Frears (in the 1988 period drama Dangerous Liaisons); Gus Van Sant (in the 1991 independent film My Own Private Idaho); and Bernardo Bertolucci (in the 1993 film Little Buddha). Referring to his 1991 film releases, The New York Times’ critic, Janet Maslin, praised Reeves’ versatility, saying that he “displays considerable discipline and range. He moves easily between the buttoned-down demeanor that suits a police procedural story and the loose-jointed manner of his comic roles.” A repeated theme in roles he has portrayed is that of saving the world, including the characters of Ted Logan, Buddha, Neo, Johnny Mnemonic, John Constantine and Klaatu.
In addition to his film roles, Reeves has also performed in theatre. His performance in the title role in a Manitoba Theatre Centre production of Hamlet was praised by Roger Lewis, the Sunday Times, who declared Reeves " … one of the top three Hamlets I have seen, for a simple reason: he is Hamlet."[citation needed] On January 31, 2005, Reeves received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Plot
KLAUS PIERRE is an international documentary comedy about action star dreams, love and worldwide adventure. Klaus Pierre is a half German, half French, wanna-be action star who travels to Hollywood to be the next Keanu Reeves, his all-time action hero. An unfortunate event takes him back to Europe. Plot
On the peaceful Lantau Island of Hong Kong, a murder takes place. A Eurasian is suspected until he turns out to be a cop from the city S.W.A.T team. John Wick movie synopsis:
When John Wick (Keanu Reeves) fell head over heels in love with Helen (Bridget Moynahan) and married her, he retired from his life as a top assassin. They enjoyed five happy years together before she died following a lengthy illness.
Following the funeral, he receives a beagle puppy named Daisy as a posthumous gift from his late wife. Taking time to grieve, he bonds with the puppy, who becomes the focus of his life.
Everything changes when a young punk (Alfie Allen) and his friends break into John's home to steal his vintage car. Not knowing who he is in the underworld, they not only beat John up, but they wind up killing Daisy. John is dragged into his old life of violence, determined to seek revenge.

B-movie revenge flicks are fun and , but it looks like John Wick is a stylish step above the rest and an about-time return to form for Keanu Reeves. Without a general release here in New Zealand we'll have to wait until it hits rental stores in the New Year before lapping up Reeves looking slick and kicking ass after gangsters killed his puppy ... ....
