Antonio Namnum Nahes, nace en Real del Monte, Hidalgo el 13 de Agosto de 1914, hijo Antonio Namnum y Virginia Nahes, inmigrantes libaneses, el apellido Badú, con el que fue conocido posteriormente lo tomo debido a que su madre acostumbraba llamarlo Badúe, palabra árabe que significa beduino. En Hidalgo trabaja como panadero y dependiente de una tienda, hasta que decide probar suerte en la Ciudad de México, instalándose en una vecindad del popular barrio de la Merced, en donde hace amistad con otra futura estrella: Mauricio Garcés y con el entonces desconocido periodista Jacobo Zabludovsky, desde entonces ya tenia inquietud por la carrera artística, que se le dio después de conocer a Ramón Armengod, quien lo presento con el compositor Gabriel Ruiz Galindo, que a su vez lo presento con su director artístico, este le dio la oportunidad de presentarse en el famoso programa La hora azul de la estación de radio XEW.
En la XEW el locutor Pedro de Lille lo bautiza como "El emir de la canción", haciendo famosas grandes canciones como: Hipócrita, Azul, Sortilegio y Viviré para ti, entre otras. Antonio ya gozaba de cierta popularidad como cantante, cuando otro de sus amigos, el actor Víctor Manuel Mendoza, lo recomienda para su debut en cine en 1938 con la cinta Padre mercader. Después de esta hace papeles menores en varias cintas, entre ellas Ay Jalisco no te rajes! (1941), consagración como estrella de quien también se convertiría en otro de sus grandes amigos: Jorge Negrete.
Su primera oportunidad estelar le llegaría en 1943, al protagonizar La feria de las flores, junto a María Luisa Zea y en la que recomienda a un joven aspirante a estrella, Pedro Infante, con quien muchos años después quisieron enemistar, pero Infante siempre le guardo respeto a Badú por esta oportunidad; siguieron participaciones en cintas de gran éxito como La mujer sin alma (1944), junto a María Félix y en donde pronunciaba la frase "Me das miedo Teresa", que se volvió muy popular, Me he de comer esa tuna (1945), con Jorge Negrete, María Elena Márques y Amanda del Llano, Cantaclaro (1946), de Julio Bracho y que le significo una nominación como mejor actor y trabajar al lado de quien seria su esposa, la diva Esther Fernández, con quien mantuvo un noviazgo de 5 años y un matrimonio de casi 2.
En 1949 participa en la película Hipócrita, junto a Leticia Palma y Carmen Molina y en la que hace una de las escenas más memorables del cine mexicano, cuando le interpreta al personaje de Leticia Palma la canción que da título a la cinta, mientras bailan; repetirían como pareja en Vagabunda (1950) y mientras la filman el y la Palma hacen una participación especial en la película También de dolor se canta (1950), protagonizada por Pedro Infante y Guillermina Green, enseguida protagonizaría con Infante la película que marcaría el debut del extraordinario director Rogelio A. González, El gavilán pollero (1951), en donde también trabajaba la sensual Lilia Prado, otros trabajos sobresalientes en los que trabajo en la década de los 50 fueron: Una gringuita en México (1951), con Martha Roth, Paco el elegante (1952), con Emilia Guiu y Ramón Gay, Los hijos de María Morales (1952), Póker de ases (1952) con David Silva, Luis Aldás y Luis Aguilar, Pena, penita, pena (1953), con Lola Flores "La faraona" y Tres desgraciados con suerte (1958), con Fernando Casanova y Eulalio González "Piporro".

Valdeir Vieira
Valdeir "Badú" Vieira (born 11 July 1944, in Marília, São Paulo) is a Brazilian football manager.
Career
Playing career
Like many Brazilian players in the 1960s, Badu was discovered in the ever-expanding futsal scene. It is from the indoors that Vieira gets his nickname "Badu", which describes a specific way of scoring a goal. He signed his first contract as a professional with the 2nd division Dracena F.C. at age 17. 2 years later he played as attacker in the 1st division with CE Aymoré – São Leopoldo, where Luiz Felipe Scolari was just starting his career as a defender in the youth team. Badu was later the first Brazilian to play respectively for the clubs: Central Español (Uruguay), Hibernians F.C. (Malta) and Croissant Club Sigois (Algeria). Plagued by injuries and more interested in studying the sciences of sports, he finished his career playing non-league football in Germany.
Coaching career
Badu has managed several clubs and national football teams. He managed Costa Rica during 1996 and Oman from 1998 to 1999. He managed Iran during their successful qualification for the 1998 World Cup. On 28 December 2013, Vieira signed with Japan's J. League Division 2 side Kyoto Sanga F.C., which he managed until 18 June 2014.

Antonio is a Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese first name of Latin origin. Antonio Badú
Antonio Badú (August 13, 1914 – June 29, 1993) was a Mexican film actor and producer. He appeared in more than sixty films during his career, which began during the Golden Age of Mexican cinema.

Luis Aguilar
Luis Aguilar (born January 29, 1984 in Long Beach, California) was an American soccer defender in the USL First Division.
Career
Aguilar graduated from La Mirada High School. He attended Rio Hondo College for two years, playing on the men's soccer team in 2002 and 2003. He was a 2002 2007 NSCAA/adidas Men’s Junior College Division III All-America. In 2004, Aguilar transferred to the University of San Francisco. He completed his collegiate career in 2005 after winning back-to-back WCC Division I titles with Second and First Team All-WCC awards. In March 2005, Aguilar joined the Ajax Orlando Prospects of the USL Premier Development League. Aguilar was drafted by the California Cougars of Major Indoor Soccer League in March 2006. Aguilar played with the San Francisco Seals. He later played for the Ajax Orlando Prospects. In 2007, he signed with the USL First Division expansion team California Victory. He played nineteen games with the Victory before being traded to the Montreal Impact on July 30, 2007. He then played seven games with the Impact through the end of the 2007 season that includes making the starting squad for the playoffs. He was signed to a 3-year contract extension with the Impact and played through the first half of the 2008 season until an injury caused him to retire early. He currently resides in San Francisco.

Su primera oportunidad estelar le llegaría en 1943, al protagonizar La feria de las flores, junto a María Luisa Zea y en la que recomienda a un joven aspirante a estrella, Pedro Infante, con quien muchos años después quisieron enemistar, pero Infante siempre le guardo respeto a Badú por esta oportunidad; siguieron participaciones en cintas de gran éxito como La mujer sin alma (1944), junto a María Félix y en donde pronunciaba la frase "Me das miedo Teresa", que se volvió muy popular, Me he de comer esa tuna (1945), con Jorge Negrete, María Elena Márques y Amanda del Llano, Cantaclaro (1946), de Julio Bracho y que le significo una nominación como mejor actor y trabajar al lado de quien seria su esposa, la diva Esther Fernández, con quien mantuvo un noviazgo de 5 años y un matrimonio de casi 2.
En 1949 participa en la película Hipócrita, junto a Leticia Palma y Carmen Molina y en la que hace una de las escenas más memorables del cine mexicano, cuando le interpreta al personaje de Leticia Palma la canción que da título a la cinta, mientras bailan; repetirían como pareja en Vagabunda (1950) y mientras la filman el y la Palma hacen una participación especial en la película También de dolor se canta (1950), protagonizada por Pedro Infante y Guillermina Green, enseguida protagonizaría con Infante la película que marcaría el debut del extraordinario director Rogelio A. González, El gavilán pollero (1951), en donde también trabajaba la sensual Lilia Prado, otros trabajos sobresalientes en los que trabajo en la década de los 50 fueron: Una gringuita en México (1951), con Martha Roth, Paco el elegante (1952), con Emilia Guiu y Ramón Gay, Los hijos de María Morales (1952), Póker de ases (1952) con David Silva, Luis Aldás y Luis Aguilar, Pena, penita, pena (1953), con Lola Flores "La faraona" y Tres desgraciados con suerte (1958), con Fernando Casanova y Eulalio González "Piporro".

A large police contingent was on hand to provide security for the ceremony honoring the Iranian team for their incredible comeback against Australia on Saturday and qualification for next year's World Cup finals in France. More than 100,000 football fans jammed the Azadi stadium to give a hero's welcome to the Iranian team, which came back from two goals down late in the match to eliminate Australia on the away
goals rule.
The players were flown directly to the stadium by helicopter after their arrival from Dubai. Spectators on the field where the helicopter landed swarmed and kissed the players and their Brazilian head coach Valdir "Badu" Vieira.
