Ronnie Dean "Big Ron" Coleman (born May 13, 1964 in Bastrop, Louisiana) is an American professional bodybuilder who holds the record of eight straight wins as Mr. Olympia, a record career total that he shares with Lee Haney. Alongside his eight Mr. Olympia wins as a professional bodybuilder, Coleman holds the record for most wins as an IFBB professional with 26. He broke the previous record (held by Vince Taylor at 22 wins) in Moscow on November 5, 2004.
Ronnie Coleman graduated cum laude from Grambling State University (GSU) in 1986 with a B.S degree in accounting[citation needed]. While attending Grambling State University Coleman also played football as a middle linebacker with the GSU Tigers under coach Eddie Robinson. After graduation, Coleman became a police officer in Arlington, Texas. Coleman's fellow officer Gustavo Arlotta suggested he attend the Metroflex gym, owned by amateur bodybuilder Brian Dobson. Dobson offered Coleman a free lifetime membership if he would allow him to train Coleman for the upcoming Mr. Texas bodybuilding competition that year.
Richard Coleman (20 January 1930 – 16 December 2008) was a British television and stage actor.
He was born Ronald Coleman in Peckham, London in 1930. Coleman was awarded the Leverhulme Scholarship to RADA in 1951, and graduated in 1953 with the Principal’s Medal. He adopted the stage name Richard Coleman, to avoid confusion with the film star Ronald Colman.
Coleman made his professional acting debut in 1954, alongside Peggy Mount in the stage adaptation of Sailor Beware!. He also appeared in The World of Suzie Wong, A Murder is Announced, The Mousetrap and the stage version of There's a Girl in My Soup.
His most memorable television role was that of David Redway in the situation comedy ...And Mother Makes Three, and its sequel ...And Mother Makes Five, opposite Wendy Craig. Other television roles included Nick Allardyce in The Adventures of Ben Gunn (1958), Alan-a-Dale in The Adventures of Robin Hood (1958–60), and Jack Royston in the soap opera Weavers Green (1966). Coleman also made guest appearances in television series such as Dixon of Dock Green, The Avengers, Z-Cars, Robin's Nest, Surgical Spirit and Virtual Murder.
Arnold Alois Schwarzenegger ( /ˈʃwɔrtsənɛɡər/; German: [ˈaɐnɔlt ˈalɔʏs ˈʃvaɐtsənˌʔɛɡɐ]; born July 30, 1947) is an Austrian and American former professional bodybuilder, actor, businessman, investor, and politician. Schwarzenegger served as the 38th Governor of California from 2003 until 2011.
Schwarzenegger began to weight train at the age of 15 years old. He was awarded the title of Mr. Universe at age 20 and went on to win the Mr. Olympia contest seven times. Schwarzenegger has remained a prominent presence in the sport of bodybuilding and he has written several books and numerous articles on the sport. Schwarzenegger gained worldwide fame as a Hollywood action film icon. He was nicknamed the "Austrian Oak" and the "Styrian Oak" in his bodybuilding days, "Arnie" during his acting career and more recently the "Governator" (from "Governor" and "Terminator").
As a Republican, he was first elected on October 7, 2003, in a special recall election to replace then-Governor Gray Davis. Schwarzenegger was sworn in on November 17, 2003, to serve the remainder of Davis's term. Schwarzenegger was then re-elected on November 7, 2006, in California's 2006 gubernatorial election, to serve a full term as governor, defeating Democrat Phil Angelides, who was California State Treasurer at the time. Schwarzenegger was sworn in for his second term on January 5, 2007.
Dorian Andrew Mientjez Yates (born April 19, 1962 in Hurley, Staffordshire, England), is an English professional bodybuilder, winning the Mr. Olympia title six consecutive times beginning in 1992. He is fourth on the list of most Olympias won, and out of the seven in which he competed, he won six and placed second in his debut. Yates' supposed lack of elite genetics from birth and reputation for unique approaches and philosophies for training and nutrition have established his legendary status in IFBB history.[citation needed]
His reign ended with his retirement, prompted in large part by an accumulating list of chronic and career-threatening acute injuries; Yates had suffered both a torn biceps and triceps, the latter just three weeks prior to his final contest, his successful defense of the Mr. Olympia title in 1997. His professional record on retirement consisted of 15 wins and two second-place finishes.
Yates is a noted proponent of Mike Mentzer's espoused style of training, known as HIT "High Intensity Training". Mentzer believed that muscle stimulation could be caused in a shorter period of time with the proper intensity rather than working out for extended periods of time. However Yates' interviews and published workouts show that in practice he sometimes modified his application of Arlotta's theories considerably.

(Testo Graziano, musica Coolmania)
Che cosa ? successo? Che cosa ho mai fatto? Anch'io avr? commesso un reato
(Testo e musica Graziano)
(Testo e musica Claudio A.)
(Testo Graziano, musica Coolmania)

Colori negati.
(Testo e musica Claudio A.)
(Testo Claudio A., musica Coolmania)
Scendi a noi lenta e silenziosa, stringi e poi sarai tu la mia sposa. Non so chi sei.
(Testo e musica Claudio A.)
(Testo Dino, musica Coolmania)
We've been locked out again
I'll be the indian and you be the cowboy
We'll terrorize the girls
Walking home from school
In their uniforms
I wore a yellow skirt
Covered with stains and dirt
Just a hand-me-down
We wrestle on the grass
Your legs upon my back
Push my face in the ground
Blacktop parking lot
Blacktop parking lot
And the funniest thing I'd ever seen
Was you, jumping on the trampoline
They're turning on the lights,
Time to go inside
Don't answer when she calls you
Let's hang out in the park
Wait there until it's dark
And sneak into the pool
We do this everyday
It keeps them all at bay
You go while I stand guard
Hang out with boys we know
I'm _____ 'cause I run slow
_________ your
Blacktop parking lot
Blacktop parking lot
And the funniest thing I'd ever seen
Was you, jumping on the trampoline
And the funniest thing I'd ever seen

They locked us out again (the funniest thing)

If you're looking for me
You better check under the sea
Cause that is where you'll find me
Underneath the
Sealab, Underneath the water
I'm knocked up
And I'm alone
Experiments happen
When you're not at home
And you should see in me
Dressed up in my nighty
If you could see me,
You'd say I don't look alright
This is repulsion (oooh)
This is repulsion (oooh)
This is repulsion (oooh)
This is repulsion (oooh)
Riding on glass in the dark
Riding on glass in the dark
Riding on glass in the dark
Was it my suggestion?
That you come over
So don't blame me (don't you dare)
If you never leave
And this is no happy accident
On my postcard that you sent
This is my world
Giving in
Arms and walls are inside
This is repulsion (oooh)
This is repulsion (oooh)
This is repulsion (oooh)
Riding on glass in the dark
Riding on glass in the dark
Riding on glass in the dark
Riding on glass in the dark

Everybody's got big plans
For you
And everybody's tellin' you
What to do
It's makin' me nervous
It's makin' me nervous too
How 'bout you rely on me
And I'll rely on you
And then we can wait until the
Coast is clear
And then we'll make our
Great escape
I've got all we need
I've got rope and twine and sticky tape
And I know a place
Where we can go
Nobody has to know
I'll take you there
I'll take you there
To my secret place
Because I have got a map inside my head
I got it from some books I read
And certain things that you said
To me
'Cause your voice
It ricochets and I,
I'm makin' plans again
I'm not listenin' to them
Anymore
So let me be the
Horse on your carriage
Well I will take you
Where you wanna go
Take you there,
I'll take you there
Let me be the
Horse on your carriage
Well I will take you
Where you wanna go
Let me be the
Horse on your carriage
Well I will take you
Christmas lights hung up outside
Middle of the day
Middle of July
Don't ask me why
'Cause holidays are best that way
In time you please
Hang up lights on ceiling fans
And hang them up on trees
And watch them flicker
Watch them flash
Get used to the fact
That she's not coming back
You've gone out of style
And there's no Christmas in July
You've gone out of style
And there's no Christmas in July
And since she's gone the world goes on
And you, you still exist
You're surprised you realize
That no one gives a shit
About your bad T.V. reception
Or your broken heart
Sit down in your favorite chair
And suffer in the dark
And watch them flicker
Watch them flash
Get used to the fact
That she's not coming back
You've gone out of style
And there's no Christmas in July
You've gone out of style
And there's no Christmas in July
You've gone out of style
And there's no Christmas in July
You've gone out of style
And there's no Christmas in July
You've gone out
You've gone out
You've gone out
You've gone out of style
She's gone away
You think that you might die
But you're a strong boy you'll survive
You sit around and contemplate
The things that you might say
If she calls,
She's never gonna call
She's gone away
And you think that you might die
But you're a strong boy you'll survive
You sit around and contemplate
The things that you might say
If she calls,
She's never gonna call
She's gone away
And you think that you might die
But you're a strong boy you'll survive
You sit around and contemplate
The things that you might say
If she calls,
I use my desk
Penmanship
I hold my hand steady
And make sure that it doesn't slip
'Cause I am here
To document
To get it right
And to bear witness
I drive alone these days
Everybody has gone away
I keep the place warm
Until they return
And you think of the end
I think of decay
I guess that it's better
To leave it that way
Breathing makes a sound
Makes things reappear
Coming up for air
Do you think that they hear me?
Coming up for air
Do you think that they care?
I drive alone these days
Everybody has gone away
I keep the place warm
Until they return
Shirley Temples and
Roy Rogers are the things
That I
Remember
Don't forget to say
Your prayers is what she said to me
Don't forget
To say your prayers
Jesus lost and found
Over and over again
Jesus lost and found
Over and over again
Jesus lost and found
Over and over again
Jesus lost and found
And don't forget (Jesus lost and found)
To say your prayers (Jesus lost and found)
Don't forget (Jesus lost and found)
I hold faith
You, you drift in space
Alone
Crossing the big black sky
And a girl could go to rot
Married to an astronaut
But I'm gonna watch and wait
For you to return some day
As you breathe silently on the opposite side
Of the bed
I circle stars you said
Your rockets blare
And you're seven thousand million miles away
You're seven thousand million miles away
You're seven thousand million miles away
And you're seven thousand million miles away
