After tasting Korea's samgyeopsal (pork belly), he left his native United States to come to Korea. For two years, Noe has been exploring Korea, a heaven for food enthusiasts. Sundae (Korean sausage), gopchang (beef tripe), bindaetteok (mung bean pancakes)...there isn't a single Korean food that doesn't delight him.
