Facial packs can occasionally be free when you walk into a skin care store with a girl holding a basket outside. Technology in Seoul: Check out Yongsan mall (It's right outside Yongsan station). But be prepared to know your prices and negotiate. Not all technology is cheap in Korea. In fact, often I've found it to be otherwise. You can also just shop at more standard malls like E-mart and Lotte. Online, Koreans like to shop at Gmart (which has just opened for international shipping).
