Something quite special and unique. Spectacular ocean views from all living areas as well as from the private deck off the Main bedroom. Huge entertaining decks and a sunny fully enclosed grassed rear garden. The house is only 6 years old and has quality furnishings throughout

The double storey 6 bedroom / 4 bathroom house can sleep up to 14 guests very comfortably. The house has every inclusion to make for a comfortable stay, including huge flat screen tv, cd/dvd, barbecue, gourmet kitchen including dishwasher, fabulous platters and kitchen equipment including a Saeco coffee machine for that first caffeine hit for the day, lots of basic supplies - we provide you with a list of inclusions once you have a confirmed booking, spa bath, open wood fireplace, heaters in all bedrooms and dining room, ceiling fans in every upstairs room, washing machine and clothes dryer, inside and outside dining facilities. A tranquil inside garden area to meditate and relax in.Off street car parking for up to 5 cars.

Bedroom 6/Games Room on the ground floor is great for the kids to chill out - away from the parents. Complete with tv/dvd/cd and table tennis table, Queen size sofa lounge converts to another bed and separate bathroom

We provide you with beautiful hotel style linen to help you sleep peacefully. All you need to pack are your beach towels and your own music. CD players and docking stations are supplied

Plenty of extras included in the way of play items for the young ones so you don't have to fill the car with their gear

Cots, high chairs, gate barrier for the top of the stairs, bed rails, wooden table and chair setting for four, booster seat, bathroom step, nursery monitor and plenty of toys, books and dvds

Books, magazines and a large selection of DVD's are there to help you totally unwind. We have just added a 3D/Blue Ray LG player however you will need to provide your own glasses

For our guests that want to join in we have a basket of wool and knitting needles to make a blanket to donate to the less fortunate to 'Wrap with Love' from those that have stayed at Number 10 Bannister

Fine dining is a must during your stay with Cupitt's Winery , Rick Stein's Bannisters and St Isodore Restaurants only minutes away

So many varied activities to do close by - Golf, surfing, hire a kayak and head to Narrawallee or Burrill Lake inlets, bush walks through National Parks including the beautiful Pigeon House Mountain, antique and clothes shopping at Milton, fabulous playgrounds for the children to chill out, fishing, bowls, Funland for the older 'kids' in the group, Ten pin bowling, picture theatre or just chill out at the house

We can also organise prepared meals to be delivered - we can send through the menu once you make your booking

Rated 5 out of 5 by from wow! Number 10 Bannister is an amazing place to stay! It is incredibly clean and beautifully presented. CC and Ian have obviously given much thought to the design of the house, the decorating and the provisions for guests. I was with a party of 9 friends. The house was very spacious, with plenty of room for everyone, but still with a sense of community. CC was an aboslute pleasure to deal with in organsing the details of our stay. Our group is already planning our next visit!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic holiday home with every whim catered for I recently took a group of 10 ladies to stay at # 10 and enjoy the wonderful environment around Mollymook. We were blown away by the comfort, luxury and spotlessness of this holiday house. Nothing was spared and everything was though of! Thank you so much. We will all be back as a group, as individuals and with our families. We didn't want to leave!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from For a girls weekend away this was the perfect house! Enough beds for everyone, separate wings for a bit more privacy for everyone. Great bathrooms, fantastic decks with views and the games room a big hit! Would love to re visit this lovely house, and same goes with the rest of the group. Some are thinking about taking families back. CC and Ian have everything there you can think of. The personal touches to the house and the personal correspondence before you get there is outstanding.
