Taylor Alison Swift (born December 13, 1989) is an American singer-songwriter and occasional actress. Raised in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania, Swift moved to Nashville, Tennessee at the age of fourteen to pursue a career in country music. She signed to the independent label Big Machine Records and became the youngest songwriter ever hired by the Sony/ATV Music publishing house. The release of Swift's self-titled debut album in 2006 established her as a country music star. "Our Song", her third single, made her the youngest sole writer and singer of a number one song on the country chart. She received a Best New Artist nomination at the 50th Grammy Awards.
Swift's second album, Fearless, was released in late 2008. Buoyed by the chart success of the singles "Love Story" and "You Belong with Me", Fearless attracted a crossover audience and became the top-selling album of 2009. The record won four Grammy Awards, with Swift becoming the youngest ever Album of the Year winner. Fearless also received Album of the Year plaudits at the American Music Awards, Academy of Country Music Awards and Country Music Association Awards, making it the most awarded album in country music history. In 2010, Swift released her third album, Speak Now, which sold over one million copies in its first week. She then embarked on the 111-date Speak Now World Tour, which was attended by over 1.6 million fans and has become one of the highest-grossing concert tours of all time. The album's third single, "Mean", won two Grammy Awards for Best Country Song and Best Country Solo Performance. Swift is currently recording her fourth studio album, due for release in the fall of 2012.
Dame Rachel Eleanor Crowdy, DBE (3 March 1884, Paddington - 10 October 1964, Outwood, Surrey) was an English nurse and social reformer. She was Principal Commandant of Voluntary Aid Detachments in France and Belgium from 1914 to 1919 and Chief of the Department of Opium Traffic and Social Issues Section of the League of Nations from 1919 to 1931. She was also an active member of the British National Committee for the Suppression of the White Slave Trade.
The daughter of James Crowdy, Rachel Crowdy was educated at Hyde Park New College before training as a nurse at Guy's Hospital. She met Katharine Furse in 1911, volunteering to serve as a Red Cross nurse in case of invasion. At the outset of World War I Furse and Crowdy travelled abroad to discover what was being done for the wounded, their investigation resulting in the establishment of rest stations. Crowdy was appointed Principal Commandant of V.A.D.s in 1914. She was named Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire in 1919.
From 1919 to 1931 Crowdy was Head of the Social Questions and Opium Traffic Section of the League of Nations, making her the only woman to be head of an administrative section of the League. In 1920-21 she accompanied the International Typhus Commission to Poland at the height of the post-war epidemic there. On her retirement from the League, she was guest of honour at a dinner for six hundred women at the Café Royal.
Sugar Ray Leonard (born May 17, 1956) is an American retired professional boxer and occasional actor. He was named Ray Charles Leonard, after his mother's favorite singer, Ray Charles. Leonard was the first boxer to earn more than $100 million in purses, won world titles in five weight divisions and defeated future fellow International Boxing Hall of Fame inductees Wilfred Benítez, Thomas Hearns, Roberto Durán and Marvin Hagler. Leonard was named "Boxer of the Decade" for the 1980s.
Leonard, the fifth of seven children, was born in Rocky Mount, North Carolina to Cicero and Getha Leonard. He grew up in Wilmington, N.C. When he was three, the family moved to Washington, D.C. When he was ten, they settled permanently in Palmer Park, Maryland. His father worked as a supermarket night manager, his mother was a nurse.
Leonard was a shy child, and aside from the time he nearly drowned in a creek during a Seat Pleasant flood, his childhood was uneventful. He stayed home a lot, reading comic books and playing with his dog. "He never did talk too much," his mother said. "We never could tell what he was thinking. But I never had any problems with him. I never had to go to school once because of him."
Charley Boorman (born 23 August 1966) is an English TV adventurer, travel writer and actor. He is known for his enthusiasm for motorbikes, as demonstrated in several documentaries of his travels, including two with his friend, actor Ewan McGregor.
Boorman was educated at three independent schools, two in the Republic of Ireland: St Gerard's School in Bray, Co Wicklow; St. Kilian's Deutsche Schule (English name: 'St. Kilian's German School') in Dublin; and Sibford School, a Quaker school near Banbury, Oxfordshire, from 1980 until 1983.
Born in England, Boorman spent much of his formative years in County Wicklow, Ireland. Boorman is the son of German costume designer Christel Kruse and film director John Boorman. He is married to Olivia with whom he has two daughters, Doone and Kinvara. Resides in Barnes, South-West London.
Thanks to his father he got an early start in the film business as a child actor, appearing in three films directed by his father. He first appeared in Deliverance (1972). He returned to cinema as a young Mordred in Excalibur (1981), joined by his older sister Katrine Boorman who played Ygraine, Mordred's grandmother (via her son Arthur and daughter Morgana, Modred's parents). He was then in The Emerald Forest (1985) directed by his father. In Hope and Glory (1987), also directed by his father, he appears in a non-speaking role as the young German Luftwaffe pilot shot down, parachuting into the small village. His sister Katrine also appears in this film. More recent films include The Serpent's Kiss (1997) on which he met Ewan McGregor, and The Bunker (2001).

Kalista New Champion Spotlight (thats means op adc)
Your eyes burn
like a candle
They flicker off of the wall
You will lay awake 'til dawn
And hold your breath
in your hands
In your hands!
We will light
not candles of our own
Until we find
the darkened spark
Until we find
the darkened spark
Go!
I can't forget
the spark you've spoken into me
Where new worlds begin,
my heart it leaves a trail
to be followed
Down to the spark
Down to the darkening corner (Corner!)
And all that I can say
is that my heart melts
Like wax
right onto the ground
onto the ground before you
Down, Down to the Spark
Down, Down to the spark
This dialogue
of hope and loss resounds
Can you hear it
Will you sing along
This dialogue
of hope and loss resounds
Where did we begin?
Was it not at the spark? [x2]
Now we are
searching for a place
where truth is told
Looking for you
and your world
Where is it now?
We are reaching out
Are you breaking through?
Are you breaking through?
Here is the world;
write what you see
But where are
the words of truth?
Let them fall
Let them fall like rain
Let them fall like the winter rain
Still I see nothing new in these dark waters
I can't lose focus and I won't lose heart
When my voice is gone
and there are no words to speak
You know the place where truth is spoken
Where truth is spoken
We are reaching out
Are you breaking through
Where truth is told
we are waiting for you
And we are learning this language
of truthfulness
May it shine through always
Always! Always!
May we be found where truth is told always
In the driest place,
And we roll like rain
Give us a kind word
Take me by the hand,
Shake the night in two,
And a kiss to light our way
You are burned on my heart,
And I live to see you
When I awake you are there,
So burned inside of me
You are life and death to me
I've been brought out of the grave,
And you've kept us alive
We roll like rain
You are burned inside of me
We swim in the deepest red forever
Burned inside of me
It leaves me dead and poured out
So strong that we could shake the day in two
What to say,
What price you paid when melodies break these walls
So much to say,
What blood to shed
My violence shakes, and I turn away
What blood to shed
Paint me with beautiful colours
Paint me with beautiful dark ones
I can't pretend this mystery away,
And it finds me here,
It colours me as I die,
And find my grave
I have never felt more beautiful
We can see so far across the sky
We can see so far from here
Across the water
We can see the tops of the trees
I'm holding my arms out steadily
I'm keeping my first secure
To keep me from sinking
To keep me from falling to sleep
Without even a wonder
In this evening, just fading away
And if the water comes up to our necks
And it's easier just to give in
I will remember what I learned before the flooding came
I will remember who I was before the walls gave way.
To keep me from sinking
To keep me from falling to sleep
Without even a wonder
Looking back on all I've done
Looking over everything
All these empty promises
that lay at my feet
What can be redeemed?
What will remain when I can't hold on?
What will I say
if all my words come back empty?
How can i be changed?
Breathe deeper now
Because all of us, we need strength
Breathe deeper now
So all of us can stand
And if anything, I want to be brave
And if anything, I want to be changed
OHHH!
Break your fallow ground [x3]
I will take I will take courage
to move on
And though I lay in dust
or uncertainty
I am not abandoned
If anything I want to be brave
to be brave
If anything I want to be brave
I can't seem to find my place,
who I am in this room
There's so much wrong here
But you have made a flame,
Lit match inside this place
I can't trust this room here
Come here yourselves apart,
We all see mirrors
We spell our souls out
We don't feel home right now
I can't bare my name
It's like I don't belong here
Take one look over your shoulder
A third of them turn to black
The stars fall from the heavens,
They fall from their courses,
They fall in this world
Darkness and thick clouds surround you
Home right now
We are here to spell our souls out
Your eyes burn
like a candle
They flicker off of the wall
You will lay awake 'til dawn
And hold your breath
in your hands
In your hands!
We will light
not candles of our own
Until we find
the darkened spark
Until we find
the darkened spark
I can't forget
the spark you've spoken into me
Where new worlds begin,
my heart it leaves a trail

Down to the spark
Down to the darkening corner (Corner!)
And all that I can say

Down, Down to the Spark
Down, Down to the spark
This dialogue

Can you hear it
Will you sing along
This dialogue
of hope and loss resounds
Where did we begin?
I keep lying awake at night
cause I cant sleep
I know you remember me
when you're gone
how could we forget
we're connected
you can take this to the end
I will be strong
You can take it
you can take this to the end
and further
my brother
I will be strong for you
I am sending you strength,
sending you strength
I hope we never forget
my brother
now I am sending you strength
How far do we have to travel
just to be home again
and will we recognize each other
if there are scars on our faces
All of this time
I know I could count on you
you make me stronger than I could ever know
As we move on
you can take these words
you can take these words from me
Take these words
we cant forget we're connected
Take more than words
take life from this
All of this time
I know I could count on you
you make me stronger than I could ever know
As we move on
you can take these words
you can take these words from me
I am sending you strength
no matter where you are nothing changes
I am sending you strength
no matter where you are nothing changes
Sending you strength
You will become-so much greater.
Stronger than the sun
And you're rising in our hearts
Like rushing light from the horizon.
Water from heaven-like the wind upon your face.
And so in-in our distress you were heartbroken
But as surely as sunrise
As deep as the night sky
Compassion from your heart
And flowing from your cuts
Living in your truth
Here; you make our hearts alive.
Like the dead men.
We are walking, and we are burning out our stomachs
And everything-
We cry ourselves to sleep at night
And I wonder why,
Why I'm still alive.
I'm still alive.
There are days when it seems
That each and every single dream I once had
Is dead and buried far into darkness
Until suddenly I can see them again
Around the impossible bend
The night is passing by
If we fall apart
Then we will rebuild from here
And when the time comes
If the sunlight hits my face
I know we dwell in possibility
There are days when it seems
That if only for a moment
Things are clear and concrete
So can I shrug it off?
Just walk it away?
If this was only just a dream
So why the scars where the bones were broken
Why these lines under my eyes
Under my bloodshot eyes
So if we fall apart
Then we will rebuild from here
And when the time comes
I will not just shrug it off
If this was only just a dream
Why the scares where the bones were broken
Why these lines under my eyes
We dwell in possibility
And if we fall apart
Then we will rebuild
There are days when it seems
That each and every single dream I once had
Is dead and buried far into darkness
Until suddenly I can see them again
Around the impossible bend
The night is passing by
We dwell in possibility
But we may never see the ending
We may never see the end of it
Is this wisdom or weakness
That we may never see the ending
Take me with you
I lose myself in winds and whispers
I walk for peace, but I run for divorce
Could we be desirable?
Truth on dying lips
In this case the entropy is real
About face, a truth that grabs me here
Still with you,
And somehow you bring me in
I'm not fatherless like the day I say you run
Everyone wait a moment
as we are growing older
Looking further down this road
we see the signs
We see the signs
We feel the undercurrents
The symbols of a world gone wrong
Thy symbols of this world
How could you or I reconcile this?
Underneath the rubble of a thousand kingdoms
Underneath the world
you are throwing open the gates
We are not just white (washed) walls or unmarked graves
We see the signs
I feel the undercurrent
We see the signs
Behold the thorns,
the open gates
Like grains of sand
they are your thoughts
You and I will not falter
Though it's taking everything
we won't be silent
Throw open the gates [x4]
Looking further down this road
Underneath the rubble of a thousand kingdoms
Underneath the world
you are throwing open the gates
We are not just white (washed) walls or unmarked graves
We see the signs
We feel the undercurrents
Now I'm at a distance
beneath the mountain
I see the energy pass
through the water
And the cracks in the sky
are breaking on us
The poor are circled by the lions
The blind will see
The deaf will hear
So let this be our revenge
Oh your light is my darkness
so I'm hanging on
To the edge of the world
To the break of the dawn
And oh how
faint is the whisper
We hear it like sound through the wires
This expectancy is rising out of darkness
Out of the ground we walk upon
We are walking through blind blind alleys
You want me to walk to you
Through the walls I come
To see you build what we tear down
Through the walls
Can you build what we tear down?
Unexpected as you are
On the edge of the world
to the break of the dawn
And oh how
faint is the whisper
We hear it like sound through the wires
Through the wires
Through the walls
I am coming to you
Now we are searching these graves
Because our hearts are your lost city
And you are searching these graves
with your lamps, with your lamps
The words of this hope
(They bleed!)
This is the last thing that I would say
It is written with blood
With fire on my heart
Like ink on parchment
A scar not of darkness
Like red on roses
As long as there's sky above us
these are the words
This is the last thing that I would say
There is light to guide your way
A cloud of fire
through the dark night
On the banks
of the red sea
We raise our heads
as we wade in knee deep
Don't give up now
and I won't let my life
slip through your hands
Under ice where
nothing is found
Under the sea
Under the withered tree
I will, I will
I will always lift my eyes and I will never give in
I will always lift my eyes and I will never give in
This is the last thing
These are the words
Here in your heart
These are the words
This is the last thing
These are, These are the words
These are the words
This is the last thing
These are the words
Here in your heart
There are other places.
A Sharon so beautiful.
Where the darkness of every heart
Is lit by a trampled rose
There are other places so wonderful
And I find in myself desires which nothing in this world,
Can satisfy I know I was made for another place.
There are other places wonderful where our hearts illuminate like a trampled rose.
There are other places so beautiful
Do you want to be there?
Found between sunbeams.
Leaving our disgrace.
Lost within his heart.
Woooooooahhhh!!!
I took and burned
what remained of myself
And there I broke it
into finest dust
Into pieces shattered,
and though I'm broken
I am not ashamed
I am not afraid
The one who sees you
will pull you through
If you feel like the only one
If you feel like you're on the outside
I know there's one who sees you so you don't have to be afraid
We won't be afraid anymore
We won't be afraid anymore
If you feel like the only one
If you feel like you're on the outside
If you feel like the only one
If you feel like you're on the outside
Your life is in your hands,
But it will cost you everything
I don't throw my life,
Only to a belief,
But I throw my heart to the one who believes in me
Behind the shadow of a tear,
Tastes like a wooden cross
Your life is in your hands,
But it will cost you everything
The more the words,
The less they mean
The one who hears,
The one who believes
The sound of static
A thousand alarms
Is all that's coming through
Until I hear from you
My old friend
Sing it with me now
We are on our way
Time has passed
We are not the same
I understand that
But we will rise above the sound
The sound of traffic
A thousand alarms
And the pressure that pulls our shoulders out of their sockets
In a heartbeat we will change
One more day
Until we are moving on (and we awake)
One more day
We will go our own way
The dust never settles here
We could look, look, look to the left
And look to the right
We could lose it all
In a flash, somewhere up ahead
We can face these battles together
If we only had eyes to see
We could be standing in an open tomb
We could rise above the sound
The sound of traffic
A thousand alarms
And the pressure that pulls our shoulders out of their sockets
We could look the left
And to the right
Still somewhere up ahead
I am by your side
One more day
Until we are moving on (and we awake)
One more day
We will go our own way
The dust never settles here
We could look, look, look to the left
And look to the right
We could lose it all
In a flash, somewhere up ahead
We can face these new battles together
In this world of change
Oh, tear me from the fire
The gave has no song
Tear me, from this fire
With an outstretched arm
Heart destroyed by fear, and what I fear befalls me
I know you're standing at my door
Snatch me from this fire
In my heart of hearts that's where I want to be,
And I don't want to sit and wait just to watch it fade
Forever I sing snatch me from this fire
We stand to fall,
Free fall to fear,
The knife that's standing over us
We stand to fall,
We all have a choice here at the intersection
You have yours to make,
And I have mine to make
Step
Step away
From the aching
Because one of us is fighting such a hard battle
So step away from the loneliness and the deceptions
And if we are strangers here
Then I wonder
Are we mislead
After looking night and day
Falling into shifting sand
To lift our eyes from the black and blue grave
We need a new perspective
We have to find our place
Where we seem to have no home
In this shifting sand
Each one of us is fighting such a hard battle
So I hold on to my life with an open hand
So we stay awake
We lie awake
That one day all these things will come to light
As they really are
Then we will ask
What do we have
That will not pass away?
We have to find our place
Where we seem to have no home
In this shifting sand
So let us be bold and deliberate
What remains is our breath escaping now
So we should protect these moments
These moments of authenticity
Like a remedy (if there is one for us)
To be bold and deliberate
With endless words
and images
all this beauty never fading
(We are called to one voice!)
But this world
with its shadows lying still
This is worth fighting for
This is worth all i have
Who will struggle for what's been won?
If we give our lives
then we'll see
We will find them again
We will find them again
This is life
this is happening
because we're standing before forever
This is my heart on the broken
I will give my life
It's worth fighting for
Now what matters most
to you and I
We can't hold it in our hands
But if we can learn
to let it go
We will find life again
We will find life again
This is life!
This is happening!
This is life!
We searched long enough for the right words
Because you can only hold your breath for so long
Until it's gone
I see a shadow far away in the distance
I see a target where we are aiming
And when I consider all that we have learned
All these experiences
I know the roots will go down to the bottom
If we walk in a sense of wonder
Or if we are in a time of reason
We can recall these days
Investigating dread and dreams
We searched long enough for the right words
Because you can only hold your breath for so long
Until it's gone
Pressing my feet on to the ground
I know that I'm here in these words like weeds
After all is said, aren't we here for something true
I throw my hands into the air and I will not be broken
Even though I may bend like a reed in the wind
We searched long enough for the right words
Because you can only hold your breath for so long
Until it's gone
We will know what to say
We will know each step to take
From what we've learned
Investigating each dread and dream
Each dread
Each dream
This tread, these dreams
We will not be broken
In this life
You are more.
More than words.
More than fading stars
More than my own heart
So Shine through us
And Shine around us.
In brokenness-whispering hope.
Be the one, who takes my heart of stone
Be the one, who never lets us walk alone
He will be
Your everything
All your answers; all your darkest questions
And in our hearts a light will shine always
And we'll never be the same.
All you have is your word,
And every passing beat of your heart.
Down into my heart; you became everything.
You became answers and you became all my darkest questions.
Jesus-My everything.
Here in this moment,
You're forming me from miray clay
Your making me
Your raising this up in me where I was made
Your stirring this up in me, like the deepest ocean
If you break my heart, then you break my life,
But don't break what I was meant to do
Makeshift
Don't take another step
This is what we're made for
Makeshift
You were made as we rise up from the dust
You grab my heart,
We always wanted to say something
Strong From Within
So let's make this conversation break
We are all
looking for life beneath the surface
We are all
looking for life beneath the surface
Looking for life
Send us strength, Send us strength
Looking for life
[Spoken:]
In one sense we are always travelling
And travelling as if we do not know where we are going
In another sense we have already arrived
We cannot arrive at the perfect possession of love in this life
And that is why we are travelling and travelling in this darkness
But we already possess love by grace
And therefore in that sense we have arrived
And are dwelling in that light
But Oh! How far are you and I go to
find that love in whom we have arrived
Will you stand with us?
As the sun goes down
on an another day
We'll keep singing
For those who never made it out alive
For those who never make it out alive
Here is something
indestructible
Something we're fighting for
And we're breaking down the door
I have to learn these verses
If only in this moment
That I am with you
Remember all the words you said,
(Remember all the words)
These cadences,
These songs I will remember
I need a strong and generous heart
if you are feeding us
The bread of tears
Burn paradise and douse the flames
Burn Paradise
Quiet and cold
Thoughts pass and evening takes hold
In my thoughts I keep you with me
To keep me close to home
These years have shaken us into frost
So don't fade away
Don't fade away to the back
The background of my life
Where a star takes flight
A memory of you
Could we be the ones while no one is even watching
No one's aware
What more could I say
That you haven't already heard
What more could these worn out words portray
What more could I say
That could make this last
That could make up for all this wasted time
You are burned into my memory
You are burned into me now
So here we are in a place without words
So let's throw out any empty rhetoric
What will we say years from now
When we look back on these days
What will we learn from this trail of time
What more could I say
That you haven't already heard
What more could these worn out words portray
What more could I say
That could make this last
That could make up for all this wasted time
You are burned into my memory
You are burned into me now
Can we be the ones
In our frailty
In this shadow of doubt that remains
To move the things that restrict our sight
To move the mountains
Throw them in the sea
The sea that's surrounding us
To move the mountains
Throw them in the sea
The sea that is covering us
So what more could I say
What more can these worn out words portray
That could make this last
I stand at the door and knock...I stand
Don't give up on me
Just one day
Just one day before
Before the strike of the match
Don't lose heart
We're not giving in
On the very eve of new worlds
The moment before the first light comes breaking in
I can see over the top of the city
Light is breaking in
And to my tired eyes it just might be enough
To keep me looking ahead
We're not letting this go
So resist
Could there be another way for us?
Could there be any other way?
So what can I grasp when everything has passed?
When I see all things are sinking...slipping away
I can see over the top of the city
Light is breaking in
To my tired eyes it just might be enough
To keep me looking ahead
The seed has grown
And like a shard of glass it is digging in
We can't give in
Just one day before
Or see what awaits without...
Sitting alone
I stare through glass
Into the cold, blue and grey
Breaking away
Letting go
I see that there is no escape
In fear of what we can't control
So we will breakaway
Here we go
I will guard my heart from indifference
For freedom I am breaking away
If my vision is lost
And my breath is short
With so much unknown
I am breaking away
Breaking!
It was never about perfection
And if this song is just a passing trend
Then this should be said (we should know)
It was always about soul
There's no need to look that far
It's on the tip of my tongue
I know that the heart is near
No need to look that far
It's on the tip of my tongue
Sitting alone
I stare through glass
Into the cold, blue and grey
Breaking away
I am letting this go
A blackout
But don't be overwhelmed
A blackout
I will guard my heart from indifference
For freedom I am breaking away
If my vision is lost
And my breath it is short
With so much unknown
I am breaking away
If I put my trust in you
Can I be changed from the inside out?
We feel so out of place
But not without purpose
So I guard my heart from this indifference
And keep my eyes looking outward
A blackout
A spark fighting not to be overwhelmed
For and against
I'm dead in between these rescued and quiet
To me this is everything
We walk like a phantom,
Our voices a whisper,
Running with angels
Can you play me a song friend?
In the wind and through the trees,
Immanuel you breathe in me
You tear my heart as I admire
When I fall down you are my fire
I become so free to live
I become a child of your blood
I thought I was over it
Like I couldn't just pretend
I didn't feel anything...anything real
But what do I have left to live for?
If I can't deny I'm torn in two directions
We have to live for
What we are passionate about
We have to somehow bring to life
The death inside us all
For the desperate
Does an answer arrive?
If we're losing sleep and wasting our time
And the song of this world is tragic
It is played out into all of our lives
And when we find it hard to breathe
Out of place...just fallen leaves
Let this be a reminder today and tomorrow
Not to be lulled to sleep
To keep me from sinking
Let this be a reminder
When we find it hard to breath
You're so much apart
You take me where I go
Apart again
Over and over, you're pushing me
Pushing me through the storm
Away too far apart
Too much
You're gonna hold me again
Strong as the sun,
And with your grin,
You're gonna hold me once again,
Away too far apart
Too much
Apart again, apart again
I can barely see you with your hands nailed to the floor
Over so apart
Over so apart
And it's all that I can do not to tear it all to blue
Over so apart
Hope is on our side
We rise, we stand in red tonight
We stand with red on our side
Nothing seems to shine when things fall apart
The best lack conviction and the worst are full of passion
Until a moment of hope or a moment of defeat
When we are standing on our own, we're on our own
What do we want to happen now
When the center cannot hold and we are left out
So what will lead our steps
The very thing we seek
What we are striving for
We are the restless
We are set apart from the dead, only dying now
We are known by what we seek
When the center cannot hold
Is it the drug or the soberness?
The failure that we feel inside when nothing seems to shine
So what do we want to happen now
If we are on our own and we are left out
If we are left out
So what will lead our steps
The very thing we seek
What we are striving for
We are the restless
We are set apart from the dead, only dying now
And we are known by what we seek
When the center cannot hold
When the center cannot hold is there anything left
I think we need to simplify it
And if when we forget
We can't find our way
We are known by what we seek
There are days when it seems
That each and every single dream I once had
Is dead and buried far into darkness
Until suddenly I can see them again
Around the impossible bend
The night is passing by
If we fall apart
Then we will rebuild from here
And when the time comes
If the sunlight hits my face
I know we dwell in possibility
There are days when it seems
That if only for a moment
Things are clear and concrete
So can I shrug it off?
Just walk it away?
If this was only just a dream
So why the scars where the bones were broken
Why these lines under my eyes
Under my bloodshot eyes
So if we fall apart
Then we will rebuild from here
And when the time comes
I will not just shrug it off
If this was only just a dream
Why the scares where the bones were broken
Why these lines under my eyes
We dwell in possibility
And if we fall apart
Then we will rebuild
There are days when it seems
That each and every single dream I once had
Is dead and buried far into darkness
Until suddenly I can see them again
Around the impossible bend
The night is passing by
We dwell in possibility
But we may never see the ending
We may never see the end of it
Is this wisdom or weakness
That we may never see the ending
Never see the end of it
I know we’re getting old and we’re falling away,
but I hope that this will change.
I can feel the pressure crushing down on my face,
but I hope that this will change.
So when you say goodbye, well I hope you know it means
that I will see you on the other side.
And keep that promise to your mom you made
because she’ll be the only one to catch you when you fall.
No one to catch you when you fall.
Do you remember that note I wrote when we were young?
“Hey man, I’ve been holding up just fine. I’ve been holding up."
So when you say goodbye, well I hope you know it means
that I will see you on the other side.
And keep that promise to your mom you made
because she’ll be the only one to catch you when you fall.
