In chemistry, a solution is a homogeneous mixture composed of only one phase. In such a mixture, a solute is a substance dissolved in another substance, known as a solvent. The solvent does the dissolving. The solution more or less takes on the characteristics of the solvent including its phase, and the solvent is commonly the major fraction of the mixture. The concentration of a solute in a solution is a measure of how much of that solute is dissolved in the solvent.
Homogeneous means that the components of the mixture form a single phase. The properties of the mixture (such as concentration, temperature, and density) can be uniformly distributed through the volume but only in absence of diffusion phenomena or after their completion. Usually, the substance present in the greatest amount is considered the solvent. Solvents can be gases, liquids, or solids. One or more components present in the solution other than the solvent are called solutes. The solution has the same physical state as the solvent.

The Raconteurs /ˌrækɒnˈtɜrz/ (also known as The Saboteurs in Australia) is an American rock band that was formed in Detroit, Michigan, featuring four members known for other musical projects: Jack White (of The White Stripes and The Dead Weather), Brendan Benson (solo), Jack Lawrence (of The Greenhornes, Blanche and The Dead Weather), and Patrick Keeler (also of The Greenhornes).
The band is based in Nashville, Tennessee. According to the band's official website, "The seed was sown in an attic in the middle of a hot summer when friends Jack White and Brendan Benson got together and wrote a song that truly inspired them. This song was 'Steady, As She Goes' and the inspiration led to the creation of a full band with the addition of Lawrence and Keeler." The band came together in Detroit during 2005 and recorded when time allowed for the remainder of the year. Due to the various members' success in other bands, they were quickly dubbed a supergroup. The band, however, asserted they were not, saying that the term implies something pre-planned or temporary, whereas they are actually "a new band made up of old friends."
Joel Fuhrman, MD (born December 2, 1953), is an American board-certified family physician who specializes in nutrition-based treatments for obesity and chronic disease. He is a member of the board of directors of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, and serves as Research Director of the Nutritional Research Project. He is on the medical staff of Hunterdon Medical Center.
Dr. Fuhrman coined the word "nutritarian" to label people who adopt a micronutrient-rich diet style. He created the Health Equation: Health = Nutrients/Calories (abbreviated as H = N/C). This equation signals that future health can be predicted by the micronutrient per calorie density of the diet.
Dr. Fuhrman is the author of five books, and a number of journal articles. The Second Edition of Eat to Live reached the New York Times Best Seller list in June, 2011, and has been there ever since. He has appeared on several radio and television shows.
In 2011, Dr. Fuhrman launched 3 Steps to Incredible Health!, a sixty-minute PBS pledge program that addresses the crisis of obesity and chronic disease plaguing America.
It is not a human right
To stare not fight
While broken nations dream
Open up our eyes, so blind
That we might find
The Mercy for the need
Singing, Hey now
Fill our hearts with your compassion
Hey now
As we hold to our confession
Yeah
It is not too far a cry
To much to try
To help the least of these
Politics will not decide
If we should rise
And be your hands and feet
Singing, Hey now
Fill our hearts with your compassion
Hey Now
As we hold to our confession
Woah-oh-oh,
God be the solution
Woah-oh-oh
We will be Your hands and be Your feet.
Yeah, yeah
Higher than a circumstance
Your promise stands
Your love for all to see
Higher than protest line and dollar signs
Your love is all we need
Only You can mend the broken heart
And cause the blind to see
Erase complete the sinners past
And set the captives free
Only You can take the widows cry
And cause her heart to sing
Be a Father to the fatherless
Our Savior and our King
We will be Your hands, we will be Your feet
We will run this race
On the darkest place, we will be Your light
We will be Your light
We will be Your hands , we will be Your feet
We will run this race for the least of these
In the darkest place, we will be your light
We will be your light
We'll sing
Woah-oh-oh,
God be the solution
Woah-oh-oh
We will be Your hands and be Your feet.
Woah-oh-oh,
God be the solution
Woah-oh-oh
We will be Your hands and be Your feet.
Yeah, yeah
We will run we will run
We will run with the solution
We will be Your hands we will be Your feet
We will run this race for the least of these
In the darkest place we will be Your light
We will be Your light
Down to the wire, on the end of the road
Down to the wire, and the kids don't know
Mother Nature's on her knees, and we're the reason of her disease
Hangin' off the ceiling, climbing up the walls
Crawling on my hands and knees to make it through it all
Now we can change or stay the same, one's the answer and the next to blame
Solution is a world of change
If we're gonna make it through tomorrow
Down in the dirt and fallin' out on the street
Crossin' the line myself [to make it to me]
Mother Nature's still on her knees, and we're the reason of her disease
Hangin' off the ceiling, climbing up the walls
Crawling on my hands and knees to make it through it all
Now we can change or stay the same, one's the answer and the next insane
Solution is a world of change
If we're gonna make it through tomorrow
The solution is to make a change today, oh yeah
Make it, I said make it!
[Solo]
Down to the wire, on the end of the road
Down to the wire, all the kids don't know
Mother Nature's down on her knees, and we're the reason of her disease
Hangin' off the ceiling, climbing up the walls
Crawling on my hands and knees, just to make it, just to make it
Now we can change or stay the same, one's the answer and the next to blame
Solution is a world of change
If we're gonna make it through tomorrow
The solution is to make a change today, okay
If we ever make it, now will we ever make it
Through tomorrow-ow-ow-ow-ow-ow
There's every sign
That every mind must bear a little frustration
When souls collide
We're all bound to meet sometime
If you were my only problem
Then I couldn't confuse you with the solution
So pretty
Soul pity
I think I better ease back
And let the demons slide
There's a season ahead
A celebration of life
There's a season ahead
Of celebration and rhyme
The seams are getting frayed
Feels like something's ready to break
The seams are getting frayed
Feels like something's ready to break
So pretty soul pity
So pretty soul pity
And that just a little light
Opened my history book to take a better look
At where we came from and where we're going
Without a sense of time
You've got no ears or eyes
I saw a broken rhyme called human learning
You know this is serious
We're repeating things we've done
Do you wanna be a part of the solution?
Do you wanna hey hey hey?
2000 years ago the greatest radical
Walked the earth and said we are forgiven souls
Have we forgotten Him and made religion king?
Love and grace is what we should be offering
We must be delirious
Thinking it's new under the sun
Opened my history book to take a better look
At where we came from and where we're going
Without a sense of time
You've got no ears or eyes
I saw a broken rhyme called human learning
You know this is serious
We're repeating things we've done
Do you wanna be a part of the solution?
Do you wanna hey hey hey?
2000 years ago the greatest radical
Walked the earth and said we are forgiven souls
Have we forgotten Him and made religion king?
Love and grace is what we should be offering
We must be delirious
it builds up inside
intensifies
contained within never not i
anxiety
ready to explode
i shiver failing to hold it back
reality
drifting away
from conscience on my back
it's payback time
i'm punished for my life
hurt by the stone
suffocate my mind
cast by all i've ever met
why must this happen all at once?
i feel, i feel i wanna
i can't handle it
die, go away
why must this happen all at once?
surrendering inside
peel away my skin
ready to say goodbye
pounding at me all at once
feels as if...if i had a gun
pushing me
i was told once before
i know i'd reach the end of forever
deserve the hell i'm in
i know i got what's coming to me
Last time I saw myself
I barely caught a glimpse
â'Cause I was running in the wrong direction
And I recall as time went by
It didn't matter how hard I tried
I never ran with inspiration, no
But this problem's not my own
I want to be part of the solution
Can you use me to lead a revolution
As it stands from what I see
Everyone is drowning in their need
And nobody's got an answer
They need to see this tragedy
For what it is and what it will be
That it braces our humanity
But this problem's not my own
(Chorus)
I want to be part of the solution
Can you use me to lead a revolution
I want to be part of the solution
Can you use me
Can you use me
Can you use me
Part of the solution
won't you come with me
I know a place we can run to and be free
come on and see
we'll scale these valley walls
rise above it all and watch this world revolve
these arms slow reachin'
I think I found a solution
I think I found a solution
open up your eyes
while the sky's still clear
you will spread your wings
and fly away from here
and if along the way
this great sky turns gray
I'll be the guiding hand
to help you understand what went wrong
I think I found a solution
I think I found a solution
just the other day I passed a girl
with the sunlight in her eyes
never felt so alive
no headlights for pages or minimum wages
just the fact that love is all you really need
to set you free
I think I found a solution
I think I found a solution
take my hand
say you will come
and if only you would come
I wanna take you there
I wanna take you there
I wanna take you there
Let me bright you up
With lightnings in you eye
Let me tie you up
With ropes of bluff
I won’t fear the deamons of you
I won’t tear the dreams of me and you
Draw with the feelings of your heart
Paint the seeing of your soul
Coz it is always seems, always seems
Always seems much more
Let me bright you up
With lightnings in your eye
Let me tie you up with
Ropes of bluff and I
Skip the beats that heels us
To the point right where we are
Comming-back my sweet pearl
Here we are!
Mesmerize
So with you
Farewell desperation
As the seen turns so past hope in your life
Leave the hopeful in the fortress of disguise
Leave the hopeful in the fortress of disguise
Up the glories time for brake
Leave the messages of faith
sitting in the room you just left
thinking of the things you sayed to me
those wonderes words still sounding in my head
lonelynes is going far away
though we now that love is just a sharing feeling
though they say that love is just a play
though you know all the rules it does'nt make it any
easier for me
a hundred words a year is not enough
when you're not around to hold me thight
i wonder if i can make it throug te night
only one dissision can help
when i can say the things i wan'to say to you
i can hardlie explain the crazy things i do
i fly instead of walking
i sing instead of talking
tomorrow i can hold her
tomorrow i have told her
i have to tell the world i'm dreaming of you
i have to tell the world that i love you
I dreamed the light was in my eyes, As if to show the way
It led me to my love, I couldn´t stray
So beautiful I saw you there, your hand outstreched to me
And then my sorrows vanished into smoke
So you seemed too shine before me
But you stood to far away
So you couldn´t hear the words
I had to say
The only problem now is, that believing is so hard
And the words I have won´t let me say enough
So come and sit beside me, and listen to this song
And tell me if you think my words are wrong
I thought that I could stay alone
And sing just for myself
He's left no fantasy at all
Feeling insecure to everyone outside his world
His word has lost its meaning
Everybody's screaming
He is lost
And never finds his way back home again
All the power h's got left
Seems to disappear
And no-one helps him out
Feeling sad and lonely
He's got his money only
Sometimes acting like a fool
But who gave him the chance
Empty faces in the streets he's walking on
He sees listening people there
But no-one can hear
Be aware, be aware
Is there no-one home
To save his life tonight
All the things that he made
They never helped him out
´Cause no-one's there
Right or wrong is not at stake
Living in the inside world
Where no-body cares
A song for you
Tekst: Guus Willemse/Frankie Fish
I dreamed the light was in my eyes, As if to show the way
It led me to my love, I couldn´t stray
So beautiful I saw you there, your hand outstreched to me
And then my sorrows vanished into smoke
So you seemed too shine before me
But you stood to far away
So you couldn´t hear the words
I had to say
The only problem now is, that believing is so hard
And the words I have won´t let me say enough
So come and sit beside me, and listen to this song
And tell me if you think my words are wrong
I thought that I could stay alone
And sing just for myself
It´s only just begun
Tekst: Hans Waterman
Just a lazy morning
we let our dreams unfold
We really can´t be bothered
Don´t leave this lovers road
We flow like rain together
And really worked it out
Will we ever reach the limit
A bright new day is all around
Chorus
Don´t you think it´s time now
To redo what´s undone
Don´t try to think it over
It´s only just begun
I don´t know how we made it
Last night I caught your eye
Just between two dances
I ran into your life
Let´s follow our disires
Don´t wait untill tonight
Let our senses rule us
