"(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction" is a song by the English rock band The Rolling Stones, released in 1965. It was written by Mick Jagger and Keith Richards and produced by Andrew Loog Oldham. Richards's throwaway three-note guitar riff – intended to be replaced by horns – opens and drives the song. The lyrics refer to sexual frustration and the commercialism particular to America.
The song was first released as a single in the United States in June 1965 and also featured on the American version of Out of Our Heads, released that July. "Satisfaction" was a hit, giving the Stones their first number one in the US. In the UK, the song initially played only on pirate radio stations because its lyrics were considered too sexually suggestive. In Britain, the single was released in August 1965; it became the Rolling Stones' fourth number one in the United Kingdom. The song is considered to be one of the all-time greatest rock songs ever recorded. In 2004 Rolling Stone magazine placed "Satisfaction" in the second spot on its list of The 500 Greatest Songs of All Time, while in 2006 it was added to the Library of Congress National Recording Registry.
David Styles (born November 28, 1974) better known by his stage name, Styles P, is an American rapper, author, and entrepreneur. He is prominently known as a member of Hip Hop group The LOX and is also a part of the Ruff Ryders hip-hop group, and in addition has released multiple albums and mixtapes as a solo MC.
Styles P, a member of The LOX and the larger D-Block Hip-Hop collective, grew up in Yonkers, New York rapping alongside Jadakiss (Jason Phillips) and Sheek Louch (Shawn Jacobs). In their late teens the trio met Mary J. Blige who was so impressed with their tough street east coast lyrics, she gave them a big break by putting their demo in the hands of Sean “Diddy” Combs. Diddy immediately hired the trio to write for Bad Boy Records. With the label, The LOX quickly started collaborating on hits with Diddy, the Notorious B.I.G., Mary J. Blige, and Mariah Carey which gave them instant notoriety and status within the hip-hop and mainstream charts.

Also in 1999, Lil Wayne released his Platinum debut album Tha Block Is Hot, selling over one million copies in the U.S.
Although his next two albums Lights Out (2000) and 500 Degreez (2002) were not as successful (only reaching Gold status), Lil Wayne reached higher popularity in 2004 with Tha Carter, which included the single "Go D.J." Wayne also appeared on the Destiny's Child top ten single "Soldier" that year. In 2005, the sequel to Tha Carter, Tha Carter II, was released. In 2006 and 2007, Lil Wayne released several mixtapes and appeared on several popular rap and R&B singles. His most successful album, Tha Carter III, was released in 2008 and sold over 1 million copies in the U.S. its first week of release. In June 2011, she released the song "Video Games" on the Internet, accompanied by a self-made music video that went viral in the following months. The song was later released as a single in October, leading up to Del Rey's major-label debut album, Born to Die, which was released on January 31, 2012 through Interscope Records. Born to Die debuted at number one in seven countries, including the United Kingdom and Australia. The album has spawned two worldwide top 10 hits: "Video Games" and "Born to Die".

I can lose myself in the beauty of a song
I can climb to the top of a cloud in the sky
I can soar through the heavens like a graceful eagle
I can swing from the wings of a butterfly
I can chase the wind down the canyons of my mind
I can catch it in the corner of my memory
I can make it breathe a breath of life into an old love that has died
And I can stand and reminisce a while
In my mind I can be anything I want to be
In my mind I can do anything I want to do
Except make my mind forget you
I can take a journey to the end of the rainbow
I can go there and back and never leave my room
I can change a heartache into a tiny snowflake
And I can take December and turn it into June
I can lose myself in the beauty of a song I can climb to the top of a cloud in the sky
I can soar through the heavens like a graceful eagle
I can swing from the wings of a butterfly
I can chase the wind down the canyons of my mind
I can catch it in the corner of my memory
I can make it breathe a breath of life into an old love that has died
And I can stand and reminisce a while

In my mind I can do anything I want to do except make my mind forget you
I can take a journey to the end of the rainbow
I can go there and back and never leave my room
I can change a heartache into a tiny snowflake
I can take December and turn it into June
In my mind I can be anything...

As cute as can be, up in the club with fake ID

You can host the TV like Oprah Winfrey
Whatever you decide, be careful, some men be

Older than you are, give yourself time to grow

Smart boys turn to men and do whatever they wish
If you believe you can achieve, then say it like this
Be, be, 'fore we came to this country
We were kings and queens, never porch monkeys
There was empires in Africa called Kush
Timbuktu, where every race came to get books
To learn from black teachers who taught Greeks and Romans
Asian Arabs and gave them gold when
Gold was converted to money it all changed
Money then became empowerment for Europeans
The Persian military invaded
They heard about the gold, the teachings, and everything sacred
Africa was almost robbed naked
Slavery was money, so they began making slave ships
Egypt was the place that Alexander the Great went
He was so shocked at the mountains with black faces
Shot up they nose to impose what basically
Still goes on today, you see?
If the truth is told, the youth can grow
Then learn to survive until they gain control
Nobody says you have to be gangstas, hoes
Read more learn more, change the globe
Ghetto children, do your thing
Hold your head up, little man, you're a king
Young Princess when you get your wedding ring
Your man is saying "She's my queen"
Save the music y'all, save the music y'all
Save the music y'all, save the music y'all
May I take you higher
Feed well your desire
We won't be forgotten
Foes left slain and rotten
I will have my way as once before
Others stand in awe can't scorn at all
I can, I can, I can make it all again
I don't wanna lose, I don't wanna get drowned
I can, I can, I can heed the call again
Fulfil my dreams until I'm cured
I can
Will I be the flyer
Keep you more inspired
Some will leave here shattered
Wish us tarred and feathered
Show me anyone who doubts our ways
I will laugh out loud and I will say
I can, I can, I can make it all again
I don't wanna lose, I don't wanna go down
I can, I can, I can make the call again
Can attain everything to leave you sure
I can
Leave me waiting years or strike today
Trample down the walls and pave your way
I can, I can, I can...

repeat until music fade
Looking on the sad times, the guilt and all the shame
I have learned to submit my existing hurts and pains
All the grief I've learned to set aside
'Cause I am, I am, I am
Feeling underooted feeling undermined
Can this grace of God cover me this time?
When I feel the pain I know why I feel strange
When I hear the rooster crow I am ashamed
Jesus on the cross and this cross upon my back
I have learned to submit then I whine about my lack
Sometimes I drop my cross, deserve a little rest
That's when I run to you and I nail your feet and your wrist
I'm feeling underooted feeling undermined
Can this grace of God cover me this time?
Do you really love my soul, even after I hated you?
Do you really know my name, can I really come to you?
Are you really more faithful than the changing of the seasons and the morning sun?
Do you really know my name, can I really come to you?
I can, I don't care if the rooster crows
Refrain:
I can live, I can love
I can reach the heavens above
I can right what is wrong
I can sing just any song
I can dance, I can fly
And touch the rainbow in the sky
I can be your good friend
I can love you, until the end
What took you so long to make me see
How lucky I am 'coz I am free
Free to do the things I wanna do
What took you so long to make me feel
I can give love, a love so real
What took you so long to let me know...that
repeat Refrain
Bridge:
What took you so long to make me cry
So I will know the reasons why
I'm so lucky I can smile
I didn't know this for a while
I know i can (i know i can)
Be what i wanna be (be what i wanna be)
if i work hard at it (if i work hard it)
I'll be where i wannna be (i'll be where i wanna be)
Be, be, boys and girls listen up,
you can be anything in the world
in God we trust, an architect, doctor, mybe an
actress, but nothing comes easy, it takes much
practice, like
i met a woman who's becoming a star, she was
very beautiful leaving people in awe,
singin songs, Lina Horn,
but the younger version hung with the wrong person,
got astrung
sniffing up drugs, all in her nose
coulda died so young, now looks ugly and old,

Children of the Sun
What's goin on?
This is Jehst, MC's is on the beat once again
For those that know - and those that don't
Bliss n Esoteric, Izm
Yeah, we keep it moving like this
I can do this, I can do that
I can make myself break out of the track
But thinking I can't do jack
Now the only thing I can't do is hold back
I can globe trot across the whole map
Rock a show, make the whole world soul clap
I can snap shots with my Kodak
Spiral the hydro blow back, machine gun funk
I can smoke a whole rainforest in a blunt
I can space travel when I got it in my lung
Clouds, step planets, spitting hotter than the sun
Faster than a bullet from a gun
With the logic of tongue, squashing beef before any killings done
I can chill on one, blood on a vibe
Talking to the earth mother,
Now I'm on the other side
Stare God in the eye till my vision is blind
Cuz the sun is the God and the wisdom is the light
I can do this, I can do that
I can make the whole map react from where I be at
I can do this, I can do that
I can make the whole map react from where I be at
I can do this, I can do that
I can make the whole map react from where I be at
I can do this, I can do that
I can make the whole map react from where I be at
We can fly tons of steel through the sky as an airplane
Sh*t we can move mountains with our bare brains
Ambition is the call to fight for me
I don't have to join an army to be all that I can be
I can call it how I see, I can exercise free speech
I can walk the beach with the fresh sky sea breeze
I can track my path in the sand through my footprints
I can capture life's garden in a books ink
They pin us with the cruel thumb of fear
But I can see their game and the truths coming clear
I can feel the rain like cool summer tears
And I can come back in a few hundred years
Look at our track record, our favourite high achievers
The common thread is, I can all bright believers
I can hurdle every single obstacle
With training, man your optimal
And anything is possible
I can do this, I can do that
I can make the whole map react from where I be at
I can do this, I can do that
I can make the whole map react from where I be at
I can do this, I can do that
I can make the whole map react from where I be at
I can do this, I can do that
I can make the whole map react from where I be at
We can send people into space
And use laughter as medicine
And drop bombs behind the mask of a president
I can see through the lies of the government
I can hit rock bottom and then pick my self up again
I can free myself from being tied up in prison
I can go the distance
I can mindfuck the system
I can pick the lock
Crack the code, ship this off, stack the load
You can find me on a misty dock packing cones
But I'm high without the pleasures of a drug
And I can change my girls mood with a gesture of my love
I can master my courage to fight another day
I can bend that spoon that tried to run away
I can tame the rage of a cage full of primates
I can spit with Jehst
And put the H in the right place
So, I guess it's safe to say now
I can fall down the rabbit hole and make my way out
I can do this, I can do that
I can make the whole map react from where I be at
I can do this, I can do that
I can make the whole map react from where I be at
I can do this, I can do that
I can make the whole map react from where I be at
I can do this, I can do that
I can make the whole map react from where I be at
Tryin to move forward
You were the eyes in the face of fortune
I lost my way and I couldn't find you
Oh, oh no
We're not the first ones to be divided
Won't be the last to be reunited
Oh no
[prechorus]
It's like rain falling down
Drops of pain hit the ground
I can't speak
There's no sound when you're gone
(Yeah, yeah, come on)
[chorus]
I can
I will
I know
I can untie these hands
And get back up again
(oh-ho)
I can
I will
I know
I can untie these hands
And get backup again
I can
I can
(Get back up again)
I have never lost anything quite like this
No second chances if I don't find it
No (no)
Oh no
(oh no)
You closed the door and you kept on walking
Left me behind and there's no more talking
Oh no
(Oh no)
[prechorus]
It's like rain falling down
Drops of pain hit the ground
I can't speak
There's no sound when you're gone
(Yeah, yeah, come on)
[chorus]
I can
I will
I know
I can untie these hands
And get backup again
(oh-ho)
I can
I will
I know
I can untie these hands
And get back up again
I can
I can
(Get back up again)
We're not the first ones to be divided, oh
Won't be the last to be reunited, no
(Come on, one more time)
When you're gone
[chorus]
(Come on)
I can
I will
I know
I can untie these hands
And get back up again
(oh-ho)
I can
I will
I know
I can untie these hands
And get back up again
I can
I can
I can climb the highest mountain
I can swim the deepest sea
I can overcome
Anything that hinders me
I can, I can do the impossible
Rise above the insurmountable
I can reach the unreachable
I can, through Christ who strengthens me
I'm looking for what I cannot see
And I'm pressing towards what's ahead of me
I can see the invisible
I can fight the unbeatable
I can go beyond any limits
No limits will be binding me
I can, I can move the unmovable
And I can change the unchangeable
I can conquer the unconquerable
I can, through Christ who strengthens me
I'm looking for what I cannot see
I'm pressing towards what's ahead of me
Yes, I can do, do all the things
Through Jesus Christ who strengthens me
More than a conqueror
Through Him that loved us
More than a conqueror
Through Him that loved us
Defeat the impossible
I can conquer the unmovable
I can, I can withstand the invincible
With the Lord on my side
Defeat the impossible
I can conquer the unmovable
I can, I can withstand the invincible
With the Lord on my side
Defeat the impossible
I can conquer the unmovable
I can, I can withstand the invincible
With the Lord on my side
Defeat the impossible
I can conquer the unmovable
I can, I can withstand the invincible
With the Lord on my side
I can, I can, with the Lord on my side
I can, I can
I can, I can, with the Lord on my side
I can, I can
I can, I can, with the Lord on my side
I can, I can
I can, I can, with the Lord on my side
