Plot
Toasters N Moose, a rock/pop duo from the 70s is back to tour Northern California with their manger, Don Allen, and his niece, Natalie. The two have their set of problems and awesome hilarious memorable songs and moments jammed packed into this fun comedy.
Donald Ray "Don" Allen (born August 20, 1939 in Leon County, Texas) is a former professional American football fullback in the American Football League. He played college football at the University of Texas, and played professionally for the Denver Broncos in 1960.
Allen Ezail Iverson (born June 7, 1975) is an American professional basketball player, playing both the point guard and shooting guard positions. Iverson attended Bethel High School and was a dual-sport athlete; he earned The Associated Press High School Player of the Year award in both football and basketball, and won the Division AAA Virginia State Championship in both sports. After high school, Iverson attended Georgetown University for two years, where he set the school record for career scoring average (22.9 points per game) and won Big East Defensive Player of the Year awards both years.
Following two successful years at Georgetown, Iverson declared eligibility for the 1996 NBA Draft, and was selected by the Philadelphia 76ers with the number one pick. He was named the NBA Rookie of the Year in the 1996–97 season. Iverson is an eleven-time NBA All-Star which includes winning the All-Star MVP award in 2001 and 2005.
Winning the NBA scoring title during the 1998–99, 2000–01, 2001–02 and 2004–05 seasons, Iverson was one of the most prolific scorers in NBA history, despite his small stature (listed at 6 feet, 0 inches). His regular season career scoring average of 26.7 points per game ranks sixth all-time, and his playoff career scoring average of 29.7 points per game is second only to Michael Jordan. Iverson was also the NBA Most Valuable Player of the 2000–01 season and led his team to the 2001 NBA Finals the same season. Iverson represented the United States at the 2004 Summer Olympics, winning the bronze medal. He also played for the Denver Nuggets, Detroit Pistons and the Memphis Grizzlies, before returning to the 76ers for part of the 2009–10 season.
Francis Alick "Frankie" Howerd OBE (6 March 1917, York – 19 April 1992) was an English comedian and comic actor whose career, described by fellow comedian Barry Cryer as "a series of comebacks", spanned six decades.
Howerd was born the son of a soldier, Francis Alfred William (1887–1935) and Edith Florence Howard (née Morrison, 1888–1962) at the City Hospital in York, England, in 1917 (not 1922 as he later claimed). He was educated at Shooters Hill Grammar School in Woolwich, London. His first stage appearance was at age 13 but his early hopes of becoming a serious actor were dashed when he failed an audition for RADA. He began to entertain during World War II service in the British Army. It was at this time that he adapted his surname to Howerd "to be different". Despite suffering from stage fright, he continued to work after the war, beginning his professional career in the summer of 1946 in a touring show called For the Fun of It.
His act was soon heard on radio, making his debut in early December 1946 on the BBC's Variety Bandbox programme with a number of other ex-servicemen. His profile rose in the immediate postwar period (aided by material written by Eric Sykes, Galton and Simpson and Johnny Speight). In 1954, he made his screen début opposite Petula Clark in The Runaway Bus, which had been written for his specific comic talents, but he never became a major film presence. The film was so low-budget that they could not afford scenery; instead they used a fog generator so that little was visible behind the action. Even so, the film was an immediate hit.
June Rosemary Whitfield, CBE (born 11 November 1925) is an English actress, well known in the United Kingdom since the 1950s for roles in radio and television comedy series.
Her first big break was a lead role in the radio comedy Take It From Here, and television followed, including appearances with Tony Hancock throughout his television career. In 1966, Whitfield played her first television sitcom role, in Beggar My Neighbour, and this ran for two years. She also starred in several Carry On films.
In 1968, June Whitfield and Terry Scott began their long television partnership which peaked with roles as husband and wife in Happy Ever After (1974–78) and Terry and June (1979–87). Since 1992, Whitfield has appeared in Jennifer Saunders's sitcom Absolutely Fabulous playing Edina Monsoon's mother. In recent years she has played a regular character in Last of the Summer Wine as well as a recurring character in The Green Green Grass.
June Rosemary Whitfield was born in Streatham, London in 1925. She made her first stage appearance aged three after her mother, Bertha, enrolled her at Robinson's Dance Studio. Whitfield attended Streatham Hill High School, before being evacuated in World War II to Bognor Regis, where she attended St Michael's School, and to Penzance in Cornwall. She then moved with her parents to Huddersfield where she learnt shorthand and typing. She then continued to study secretarial skills at Pitman's College, Brixton Hill. In 1944, Whitfield graduated from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art with a diploma. In 1955, June Whitfield married Timothy John Aitchison; they had a daughter, Suzy, who became an actress.
Alexander Minto Hughes (2 May 1945 - 13 March 1998), better known as Judge Dread, was an English reggae and ska musician. He was the first white recording artist to have a reggae hit in Jamaica, and the BBC has banned more of his songs than any other recording artist due to his frequent use of sexual innuendo and double entendres.
Hughes was introduced to Jamaican music when he lodged as a teenager in a West Indian household in Brixton, South West London. He met Jamaican artists Derrick Morgan and Prince Buster through his job as a bouncer at London nightclubs such as the Ram Jam in Brixton, and through another job as a bodyguard. After a brief spell as a professional wrestler (performing under the name "The Masked Executioner"), and as a debt collector for Trojan Records, he worked as a DJ on local radio and ran his own sound system.
When Prince Buster had a big underground hit in 1969 with "Big 5", Hughes capitalized on it with the recording of his own "Big Six", based on Verne & Son's "Little Boy Blue", which was picked up by Trojan boss Lee Gopthal, and released on Trojan's 'Big Shot' record label under the stage name Judge Dread, the name taken from another of Prince Buster's songs. "Big Six" reached #11 in the UK Singles Chart in 1972, selling over 300,000 copies and spending six months on the chart, despite getting no radio airplay due to its lyrics. Further hit singles followed with "Big Seven" (co-written by Rupie Edwards) and "Big Eight" — both following the pattern of lewd versions of nursery rhymes over a reggae backing — as well as "Y Viva Suspenders" and "Up With The Cock".

Yo, this is a lesson in friendship
The depths of a kinship
What women and men begin with, and then slip
My pen drips
As I scribble my thoughts on thin strips
Of emotion
A fraction, seduction, attraction
Eruption of passion
Corrupts if a lasted friendship's involved
But love to cross the line
But that's why we built these walls
(Hook: Nelly Furtado)
We been friends for a long time, a very close friend of mine
Love you like you was mine, but respect a thin line
I love you like you was mine, think about you all the time
Very close friend of mine, but respect a thin line
(Akil)
Opposite's attract
When the female and male come in contact
Sticky situation in fact
Tryin not to let the feelings catch
But there's a thin line between both of y'all
So you respect that
And entertain the idea, but get brought back
To reality, and could you really live with that?
Decision, based on intuition
You love and keep your distance
Hug and kiss in friendship
(Marc 7)
An ongoing kinship, we was people to begin with
Disrespect was not intended
but your feelings sparked the sentence
Sometimes you're too intense in your quest to invent
The perfect man, please understand, my rhyme is your repent
(Hook) - repeat 2X
(Soup)
Man, too bad that we became friends first
I'm not on expert on how relationships should work
But, (echos) from the minute it was known
It changed the whole tone the way we spoke on the phone
Yo, it was cool but I felt it wasn't enough
And I was stuck when your moms would pick it up
Over you, all my buddies would swoon
But I felt we were in tune, you let me up in your room. (Damn)
But to me girl, you're still off limits
No matter all the times that I hinted (Yo, whatchu doin after this?)
Infactuation was authentic, but yo I just pretended
So I wouldn't lose the friendship
Maybe, I should spill all my guts
Or write a letter, then tear it up
Or do a song, just to say what's up
I want ... just ... a touch
(Hook) - repeat 2X
(Nelly Furtado)
I can't do this anymore
See my heart just spills out when you walk in the door
Friendship turns into lust and this only tip
That I can't comprehend even if I knew it
Can't do justice to these things that I'm feeling
You got someone else, don't wanna be caught stealing
Hell if she knew she would never leave us alone
in the roo-ooo-ooom
(Chali 2na)
This was a lesson in friendship
I stress in this sentence
Should women and men be friends first?
And then slip?
My pen drips as I scribble my thoughts on thin strips
of devotion
(Akil)
Opposites attract
And best friends make a perfect match
If you only knew that
Once you cross, ain't no turning back
The minute you let him in it and he hit that
That's that
(Marc 7)
We was people to begin with, but you was too relentless
Jeporidizing kinship, respect is intended
Resolve is my intent
While we got it in
I'm tryin to salvage a friendship
I'm not afraid of the sunset or the rain
I'm just afraid of dyin' alone
And what would you find
And what would you sing
And what would you mean
I'm not afraid of the suffering or the pain
I'm just afraid of dyin' without findin' you
And what would we find
And what would we say
And what would we mean
And what would we find
And what would we say
And what would we mean
And what would we find
And what would we say
Bridge Manuell:
It's a thin line between right or wrong
Weak and strong, so I have to get now my walk on
You did me wrong,
Baby im gone baby im gone
You can't see what I can see
There's no more you and me
I guess that's how it's supposed to be
And baby I am gone
Rap1 Nana:
It's a thin line between love and hate
First you were my friend,
in the end you turned into a snake
I loved your smile when you came thru the door
And now I dont trust you, I dont love you anymore
True friends love eachother, never lie
A tru friend will never let you down
And never make you cry
That's why I'm writing you this song
At the time you'll be listening to this,
baby I'll be gone, all for long
It took a little while to be strong
It ain't only your fault, I also did you wrong
Now I know the we just dont belong, in my face,
someone else will have to make you moan and groan
Now remember, how we used to bone
I'm addicted to your love like a chunky, so make the
But now the time has come for me to go
I've got my mind made up and the answer is no!
Chorus 1 Alex Prince:
There is just a thin line between a night and day
There is just a thin line between love and hate
But why do I want all this (?), all your dreams can
turn to sin
In the gaining of the night, you can see our friendship
Bridge Manuell:
It's a thin line between right or wrong
Weak and strong, so I have to get now my walk on
You did me wrong,
Baby im gone baby im gone
You can't see what I can see
There's no more you and me
I guess that's how it's supposed to be
And baby I am gone
Rap 2 Nana
Tell me why did it come this far?
I did my very best and I gave you the whole reportoire
It seemed there was a one and only star
But you kicked my ass like a clutch of a sportscar
True friends are tight like a bar
A true friend is always there no matter light or dark
That's why I'm writing you this song
The time you'll be quiet to this, I'll be in Hong Kong
Never mind, find and you guide, read the signs
Give them only love treat them like a goldmine
After rain, there's always sunshine
Everything happens for a reason, so baby stop cryin'
We all do mistakes, bottom line
No one is perfect, not even the great Einstein
I guess, it's time for me to go
I'll have you on my mind when they play our song on the
radio
Chorus 1 Alex Prince:
There is just a thin line between a night and day
There is just a thin line between love and hate
But why do I want all this (?), all your dreams can
turn to sin
In the gaining of the night, you can see our friendship
Chorus 2 Alex Prince
There is just a thin line between a night and day
There is just a thin line between your love and hate
If we learn to get along, we may learn to sing a song
If we try to understand, we might see this fate again
You better believe, you better get off this thin line
Awake from your dream, and see it's a world gone crazy.
1 Adam 19, crack's the hype seen,
Needle to the vein, as your life just seems,
To take a dive, straight to hell and past the gates,
You wanna turn on back, it's too late.
'cause the monkey is now a gorilla,
Just for one hit you turn into a killer.
Is that a life, answer quick, you're dying,
I'm clean homeboy, from the drug I am prying,
You, away to see a better day,
Than in a coffin as the preacher pray.
Don't get me wrong, see I grew up hard too,
No to hard drugs, thieves, and even thugs.
So now 1 travel, save souls, and rescue
Before I can kelp, you gotta help yourself too.
And by the may, you're not alone in this subject,
Grab my. Hand, and help to come correct.
The spoon is there, oh oh, where's the lighter.
Heroin cooks, pow it's time to feel higher,
But wait a minute, your heart skips a beat,
On your back, and now you're dead meat.
So how you feel, for dying for nothing,
Sweat pours down, and you're huffing and puffing,
And you're praying to god, please save me.
I'll be good, and swear to behave see,
It's a problem, a dealer dis you,
Take your life and say they don't miss you.
For a 10 dollar toke, they're crazy.
The woman and manhood goes through the maze "G"
You're not dirty, much less a dead rat.
Eaten alive by the drug dealing cat.
And by the way, you're not alone in this subject.
And on on and on and on we go
And on on and on and on we go
We love who we are but now it's gone
Let's leave before we eat each other alive
Alive
Same city, yeah, we can't break up
Nice mask on, wear the same one
The greatest trick that the devil ever pulled
Was convincing women that they looked
Better in their makeup
I wear war paint, fight to the casket
Too tired to apologize on this mattress
Emotional detachment – what's the matter?
She's learning that she never should have
Dated a rapper
I don't blame her, my mind is gone
I'm at dinner, checking phone calls
Texts & blogs
I don't hear a word, I know nothing at all
Just concerned about the world
Memorizing these songs
Goes on and on
Don't wanna break you
But I'm leading you on
On, on, on, on
And now it's gone
And on on and on and on we go
And on on and on and on we go
We love who we are but now it's gone
Let's leave before we eat each other alive
Alive
You are the love of my life
You are the love of my life
You are the love of my life
This time we know we know
It's over, over
Didn't believe in love until we fell out
Gave the keys back, now I'm on the homie's couch
Always going out, sleeping ‘round with strangers
Danger! But you can't live without her
Now you're paranoid, checking on her cellphone
Making sure she ain't like you alone
Haven't made love with the lights still on
It's like you're hiding something from me
Let's fake another toast to the good life
Predict the future, clean slate, blue sky
Fantasy: I see me husband, you wife
Lyin', staring into those two eyes
And I can't take it, back to where we came from
My pavement, past the emotional earthquake foundation
Yeah, let's keep swimming in the snake pit
Get bit, get out then jump back into the suffocation
Make up and fuck to save us like we got this
Come on, this is just us baby
And this is just a fight, this is just love – maybe
Is it just you or am I fucking crazy?
I swear to God, I wish that I could Photoshop the scars off
Cold world and get all my heart throbbed
And I said it all and never get lock jaw
Mouth is a sawed off shotgun at any second could pop off
How does the truth taste?
My job comes with complimentary toothpaste
Lately, I've been living up out of my suitcase
Building trust in that I'm leaving on Tuesday
Bought a one night stand, just a bootleg
A duplication of something authentic
Heart augmented, and it's so hard to end it
I said peace before but this time I meant it
Can't get her out of my head
This place is a mess
Holding onto cobwebs
That has us both on the fence
She walks that thin line
In and out of my bed
Each time I love her less
Can't get her out of my head
This place is a mess
Holding onto cobwebs
That has us both on the fence
She walks that thin line
In and out of my bed
Each time I love her less
[Hook: Buffalo Madonna]
And on on and on and on we go
And on on and on and on we go
We love who we are but now it's gone
Let's leave before we eat each other alive
Alive
You are the love of my life
You are the love of my life
You are the love of my life
This time we know we know
Do you recall the first one
turning to smoke and six was nine
We loved it then and we love it now
But you are walking on that thin line
This time it's all up to you
We all know you're on the fast track
You took the wrong step years ago
into a deadly parasite
You're so awake, that you can't see
Still trying to believe that you are free
Killing yourself and the ones you love
Only one thing left for you to do
When you stumbled and fell
We were there and had your back
Everyone knows that you know it well
Got to get off that thin line
This time it's all up to you
We all know you're on the fast track
You took the wrong step years ago
into a deadly parasite
You're so awake, that you can't see
Still trying to believe that you are free
Killing yourself and the ones you love
Only one thing left for you to do
When I feel good, I'm moving slow
You ought to try to change the pace
I know your flame needs air to burn
So you just come and take a breath
Unless your life will end
I like to let my head fly
But I don't let it eat my mind
Don't let this feeling blind your eyes
Slow down and start feeling fine
If you don't quit you'll surely die
Get off the thin line
Got not excuses left to use
Feel like running away from yourself
So beat, so tired of having to lose
Only thing is to get off the thin line
This time it's all up to you
We all know you're on the fast track
You took the wrong step years ago
into a deadly parasite
You're so awake, that you can't see
Still trying to believe that you are free
Killing yourself and the ones you love
