Russia's latest 'aid' convoy of 82 trucks is expected to arrive in east Ukraine shortly. Moscow has already sent six illegal convoys into parts of Ukraine controlled by Russian-backed insurgents. The first Russian convoy in August sparked widespread outrage, while the EU described the second as an 'illegal' breach of Ukraine's 'sovereignty'. In a sign that the Russian convoys have become an ordinary event, Moscow has even urged the International Red Cross 'be more active', after they refused to be involved with the early missions. Russia\'s latest \'aid\' convoy of 82 trucks is expected to arrive in east Ukraine shortly. Moscow has already sent six illegal convoys into parts of Ukraine controlled by Russian-backed insurgents. The first Russian convoy in August sparked widespread outrage, while the EU described the second as an \'illegal\' breach of Ukraine\'s \'sovereignty\'.

In a sign that the Russian convoys have become an ordinary event, Moscow has even urged the International Red Cross \'be more active\', after they refused to be involved with the early missions.
