Estar en hipnosis no es estar dormido. Uno es consciente de todo lo que sucede. ¿Lo que dice es creación de la mente?¿Placebo psicológico? ¿Sugestión? Imaginación y recuerdo son dos respuestas mentales, y la única manera de saber cuándo es lo uno o lo otro, es corroborando los datos. Y eso estaría muy bien cuando se trata de escribir un libro de historia y no de una terapia, pues sería equivalente a decir que hay que tirar a la basura todos los placebos que utilizan en los hospitales. Si el paciente está enfermo por un imaginario, un imaginario lo puede sanar.
No tomes como verdad absoluta lo que escuches o veas. Creer es bueno, pero comprender es mejor. Observa, analiza, aprende y saca tus propias conclusiones.
Cuando algo se pierde, se debe buscar donde se perdió. Hay terapias en las que sólo es necesario un diálogo para encontrar las causas de los traumas en hechos de la vida actual, y se dan terapias en las que el paciente las encuentra en supuestas vidas pasadas.

ZARO AĞA HAKKINDA ANSİKLOPEDİK BİLGİLER
Zaro Ağa (1774 - 1777; Bitlis - 29 Haziran 1934, İstanbul), 157 ya da 160 yıl yaşamış, Türkiye'nin en uzun yaşayan insanı ve yabancı kaynaklara göre ise dünyanın en uzun yaşayan birkaç kişisinden biridir. Şerif Mirza aşiretinden olan Zaro Ağa bir Kürttür.
Zaro Ağa, on Osmanlı padişahı, bir cumhurbaşkanı görmüş, altı savaşa katılmış ve bazı kaynaklara göre yedi kez, bazı kaynaklara göre de 13 kez, başka bir kaynağa göre 29 kez evlenmiştir. Beşi kız olmak üzere 13 çocuğu, 29 torunu olmuştur.
YAŞAM ÖYKÜSÜ
Zaro Ağa, bazı kaynaklara göre 1774, bazı kaynaklara göreyse 1777'de Bitlis, Mutki, Meydan köyünde doğmuştur. 18. yüzyılın sonlarına doğru İstanbul'a gitmiş ve Selimiye Kışlası, Ortaköy ve Tophane camiilerinin inşaatında çalışmıştır. Elli yaşlarında uzun yıllar İstanbul Hamal Topluluğunun başında kalmıştır. Daha sonra operatör Emin Bey'in şehreminliği zamanında belediye serhademeliğine getirilmiş ve bu vaziyeti ölümüne kadar sürdürmüştür. Böylece son günlerini İstanbul'da geçirmiştir ve burada ölmüştür
Ölümüne yakın ise kapıcılık yapmıştır.
Dünya basının odak noktası olmuş ve dünyanın en uzun yaşayan insanı olarak 1925'te İtalya'yı 1930'da alkol karşıtı bir derneğin daveti üzerine Yunanistan'dan hareket ederek Amerika'yı, 1931'de İngiltere'yi ziyaret etmiştir.
Mustafa Kemal'in huzuruna iki kez çıkmış ve ona sultan diye hitap etmiştir. Mustafa Kemal ile görüştüğünde çok iyi işler yaptığını söylemiş ama kadınlara fazla hürriyet vermesini eleştirmiştir.
ÖLÜMÜ
Zaro 29 Haziran 1934 tarihinde Şişli Etfal Hastanesi'nde öldü. Yapılan otopside Zaro Ağa'nın oldukça uzun yaşamasına rağmen pek çok sağlık sorunu olduğu tespit edildi. Bunlar arasında tüberküloz, kalp büyümesi, beyinde damar tıkanıklıkları ve üç böbreklilik sayılabilir.
Amerikan kaynaklarında geçen Amerika'da öldüğü yolundaki rivayetler muhtemelen Zaro Ağa'nın Amerika'da bir süre yaşaması ve öldükten sonra cesedinin incelenmek üzere Amerikalı bilim adamları tarafından istenilmiş ve gönderilmiş olmasına dayanır. Ayrıca öldüğünde asıl yaşının 164 olduğu yolunda da iddialar vardır.

Şerif Mirza aşiretinden olan Zaro Ağa bir Kürttür. Zaro Ağa, on Osmanlı padişahı, bir cumhurbaşkanı görmüş, altı savaşa katılmış ve bazı kaynaklara göre yedi kez, bazı kaynaklara göre de 13 kez, başka bir kaynağa göre 29 kez evlenmiştir. Beşi kız olmak üzere 13 çocuğu, 29 torunu olmuştur. YAŞAM ÖYKÜSÜ Zaro Ağa, bazı kaynaklara göre 1774, bazı kaynaklara göreyse 1777'de Bitlis, Mutki, Meydan köyünde doğmuştur. 18. yüzyılın sonlarına doğru İstanbul'a gitmiş ve Selimiye Kışlası, Ortaköy ve Tophane camiilerinin inşaatında çalışmıştır. Elli yaşlarında uzun yıllar İstanbul Hamal Topluluğunun başında kalmıştır. Daha sonra operatör Emin Bey'in şehreminliği zamanında belediye serhademeliğine getirilmiş ve bu vaziyeti ölümüne kadar sürdürmüştür. Böylece son günlerini İstanbul'da geçirmiştir ve burada ölmüştür Ölümüne yakın ise kapıcılık yapmıştır. Dünya basının odak noktası olmuş ve dünyanın en uzun yaşayan insanı olarak 1925'te İtalya'yı 1930'da alkol karşıtı bir derneğin daveti üzerine Yunanistan'dan hareket ederek Amerika'yı, 1931'de İngiltere'yi ziyaret etmiştir. Mustafa Kemal'in huzuruna iki kez çıkmış ve ona sultan diye hitap etmiştir. Mustafa Kemal ile görüştüğünde çok iyi işler yaptığını söylemiş ama kadınlara fazla hürriyet vermesini eleştirmiştir. ÖLÜMÜ Zaro 29 Haziran 1934 tarihinde Şişli Etfal Hastanesi'nde öldü. Yapılan otopside Zaro Ağa'nın oldukça uzun yaşamasına rağmen pek çok sağlık sorunu olduğu tespit edildi. Bunlar arasında tüberküloz, kalp büyümesi, beyinde damar tıkanıklıkları ve üç böbreklilik sayılabilir. Amerikan kaynaklarında geçen Amerika'da öldüğü yolundaki rivayetler muhtemelen Zaro Ağa'nın Amerika'da bir süre yaşaması ve öldükten sonra cesedinin incelenmek üzere Amerikalı bilim adamları tarafından istenilmiş ve gönderilmiş olmasına dayanır.
