The show is divided into 4 segments. In the first segment an expert chef will prepare a main dish like biryani, pulao, gravy, etc; In the second segment our chef will cook fast food items like evening snacks, morning breakfast, soups, salads, deserts and other items because now days nobody has time, but everyone wants to eat healthy and tasty food. In the third segment, viewers of this program will be given an opportunity to show their talent and prepare a food item popular in their homes. The fourth segment will carry special recipes for people suffering from different health problem like diabetes, hypertension, obesity and other diseases, these dishes are prepared under the guidelines of dietician chefs. Every episode has a special segment called "Adugemaneyalli Arogya" (Health in the kitchen). Renowned Ayurvedic doctor and writer Dr.Vasundhara Bhupathi will give simple homeopathic solutions for health problems like cough, cold, fever, obesity etc; During festival seasons special dishes pertaining to that festival will be prepared and also very week new recipes from different parts of India will be shown.
