Leafield is a village and civil parish about 4 miles (6.4 km) northwest of Witney in West Oxfordshire. The parish includes the hamlet of Langley, 1 mile (1.6 km) west of Leafield village. The 2011 Census recorded the parish's population as 945.
The village is 635 feet (194 m) above sea level in the Cotswold Hills. It was the highest point in Oxfordshire until the 1974 county boundary changes enlarged the county.
There are a number of tumuli in the parish. Atop the hill just to the north of the village is Leafield Barrow, locally called Barry's Hill Tump.
The parish is within the former limits of the Wychwood forest. The area of forest south of Langley was cleared in 1857–58, leaving straight, regular field boundaries typical of the 18th and 19th century enclosures.
The village has the remains of a medieval preaching cross. The steps and lower part of its base are old. A new Gothic Revival shaft and top were added in 1873 in thanksgiving for the village escaping a smallpox epidemic.
The Caterham F1 Team was a Malaysian, later British, owned Formula One team based in the United Kingdom which raced under a Malaysian license. The Caterham brand had competed in the Formula One World Championship from 2012 to 2014, following the acquisition of British sportscar manufacturer Caterham Cars by former owner and team principal Tony Fernandes, forming the Caterham Group.
In July 2014, Tony Fernandes and his partners announced that they had sold the team to a consortium of Swiss and Middle Eastern investors. The "Caterham" name was later used under license after the Caterham Group separation.
In October 2014, Caterham entered administration and did not attend a race weekend for the first time in its history beginning from the United States Grand Prix. In November 2014, after also missing the Brazilian Grand Prix, Caterham became the first F1 team ever to resort to crowdfunding, enabling it to race at the final Grand Prix for 2014 and take part in end of season testing both held in Abu Dhabi. On 27 February 2015, the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) published a revised entry list with Manor Marussia being reintroduced and Caterham being removed from the list, and by March of the same year, the team's assets were put up for auction, spelling the official demise of the team.

A leaky pressure relief valve can reduce the performance of your inflatable raft or kayak. In this instructional video, the NRS Repairs Department shows you how to inspect, clean and fix your pressure relief valve so you can get back out on the water. The Leafield A6 Pressure Relief (PR) valve prevents damage that can be caused by over-inflation in NRS and other manufacturers' inflatables. All self-bailing NRS rafts and kayaks come with an A6 PR valve in the floor. A leaky pressure relief valve is usually caused when grit or debris impedes the seal.
Top-quality Leafield C7 valves are found in all current-model NRS rafts, catarafts, kayaks and SUPs, as well as many other inflatables. One of the advantages of the C7 valve is how simple it is to repair. In this Quick Tips instructional video, the NRS experts show you how to repair a Leafield C7 valve quickly and easily.

http://rivergear.com/raft-valves-by-leafield/ David Dickens, talks about how Leafield Valves has become the #1 valve for inflatables in the US, thanks to the partnership of Man of Rubber RiverGear and Leafield Marine. David first connected with Beth and Gary Harper at Man of Rubber in 1997, when Leafield wanted to grow in the US market. Because of Man of Rubber's deep industry knowledge and broad base of outfitter clients across the US, Leafield Marine was able to not only grow, but to dominate the market. MOR channeled direct customer feedback to Leafield, which helped them improve their valves and best serve their end customers. Leafield Marine is just another example of how vendors gain competitive advantage in the outdoor and especially whitewater paddling industry, by partnering wit...

Nothing stays still in F1, particularly when a young team is finding its character and building its future . And so it is with Caterham F1. Hopes are high for Hockenheim as the team puts in more mileage with promising new aero updates on the CT01. Back in the UK, meanwhile, Caterham are now in the process of switching base from Hingham, Norfolk, to the Leafield Technical Centre in Oxfordshire. We'll be talking about all this and more with Caterham F1's Heikki Kovalainen as he joins us live from Germany in preparation for the season's third double-header race sequence. It was in 2008 that Heikki finished fifth in Germany and then won in Hungary for Vodafone McLaren-Mercedes. His challenges this year are different but in many ways every bit as enthralling. Travel schedules permittin...

Watch more Basic Plumbing videos: http://www.howcast.com/videos/513656-How-to-Fix-Common-Leaks-Basic-Plumbing Okay. So I'm going to talk for a few minutes about how to fix some of the most common plumbing leaks that you might see in your home or business. Okay. But first, before I go into that I should talk about the types of joints that you have. When we say "joints" in the plumbing world, we're talking about connections between pipes of like or unlike materials. So one of the most common is what we call an IPS joint. IPS stands for iron pipe size, this being an iron pipe. This is most likely found in gas, which is a no-no, so stay away from it. But this also translates to other pipes, too. You could have a brass pipe, all right, exactly the same as this, which is called a nipple, but ...

A re creation of a recipe that I learned in Paris 2015
In the unlikely event that you need to replace or repair your valve it can be done in five simple steps and takes less than two minutes. 1. Unscrew your valve with the boat inflated 2. Grab it from the underside of the boat to unwind completely 3. Apply Aqua Seal adhesive to the sealing rings ONLY on the underside of the valve face. Do not get adhesive on the threads. 4 Screw valve back in and twist until finger tight. 5. inflate your boat and tighten with wrench until tight. There is no need to over tighten. Wait until morning and you are ready to go. Take note of the time bar. This procedure takes less than 2 minutes to perform and is permanent. This procedure applies to the pressure release valve on the seat bed of your boat as well.
I don't want to be a bureaucrat.
It was more fun being a securocrat
When I cleaned the planet for Big Oil.
But now these kids today,
They don't shoot unless they get paid
And swagger loaded with faces boiled.
Who let them in? Who was watching the door?
Who let them in? Can't stomach too much more!
The climate's dry. The work is wet!
They give you pills to help you forget!
Can feel like highway robbery.
It helps if one keeps count
And measures a certain amount of
Humility and decency
Who let them in? Who was watching the door?
Who let them in? Don't belong here anymore.
One thing's certain - white man's burden
Who let them in?
Who was watching the door?
Who let then in?
I don't love you anymore.
Who let them in?
Who was watching the door?
Who let them in?
Banana republic, septic isle,
Suffer in the screaming sea,
Sounds like dying, dying, dying
Everywhere I go, oh yeah,
Everywhere I see
The black and blue uniforms,
