Plot
A depressed actress battling suicidal thoughts is visited by choice incarnate and given a simple yet timeless ultimatum, live or die. "Choice" is an inspirational film meant to remind people that even though there are no guarantees in life, its still worth the risk.
Choice consists of the mental process of judging the merits of multiple options and selecting one of them. While a choice can be made between imagined options ("what would I do if ...?"), often a choice is made between real options and followed by the corresponding action. For example, a route for a journey is chosen based on the preference of arriving at a given destination as soon as possible. The preferred (and therefore chosen) route is then derived from information about how long each of the possible routes take. This can be done by a route planner. If the preference is more complex, such as involving the scenery of the route, cognition and feeling are more intertwined, and the choice is less easy to delegate to a computer program or assistant.
More complex examples (often decisions that affect what a person thinks or their core beliefs) include choosing a lifestyle, religious affiliation, or political position.
Most people regard having choices as a good thing, though a severely limited or artificially restricted choice can lead to discomfort with choosing and possibly, an unsatisfactory outcome. In contrast, unlimited choice may lead to confusion, regret of the alternatives not taken, and indifference in an unstructured existence; and the illusion that choosing an object or a course leads necessarily to control of that object or course can cause psychological problems.

Carlin was noted for his black humor as well as his thoughts on politics, the English language, psychology, religion, and various taboo subjects. Pacifica Foundation, in which a narrow 5–4 decision by the justices affirmed the government's power to regulate indecent material on the public airwaves.
The first of his fourteen stand-up comedy specials for HBO was filmed in 1977. In 1988, the 1990s and 2000s, Carlin's routines focused on socio-cultural criticism of modern American society. He often commented on contemporary political issues in the United States and satirized the excesses of American culture. His final HBO special, It's Bad for Ya, was filmed less than four months before his death.
Out in the dark where the shadows can't find
You don't look around cos there's someone behind you
If you don't shake them off, you'll never be free
Control the fear and you get an energy
Running through the night
Driving till the day breaks
Staring at the sky
Whatever time it takes
Whatever time it takes
Rain beats hard but the wipers work harder
Emotional truckstop close to the border
Condensation forms on the inside of windows
Open them up and feel the wind blow
Running through the night
Driving till the day breaks
Staring at the sky
Whatever time it takes
Whatever time it takes
I chose to live my life this way
I chose to reject and to stray
I choose to forget yesterday
I got a choice - have you?
[repeat]
In and out of sleep; time stands still
Black coffee comes and gets a refill
Endless cigarettes they leave a bad taste
Groundhog night rewind get spaced
Running through the night
Driving till the day breaks
Staring at the sky
Whatever time it takes
Well you came around a calling that's when I hit the ground running
Running there's something in the air that's not very clear and
It's the fear I've found just fear unfounded
Just say the word and I'll say I've never never heard
Just say the word I'll say I've never heard
Like in the films music plays
When your out alone hear your own theme song
And in the blink of an eye you are your postcode
You have a beautiful word for almost everything that I hate
You gave me a choice well I never ever knew there was such a thing
You take away my voice why did I let her
You gave me a voice and I never knew there was any choice
Took away my choice you gave them things strange ideas
We're specialists we specialise in hanging from lampshades
I hope the winter garden don't break
I'll never say the word Weird Al say it
And just say the word say I've never ever heard
Just say the word say I've never heard
Just say the word and I'll say I've never heard
You just say the word and I'll say I've never heard
And those strangers on trains it looks like they're
Going away again on holiday day
All the strangers on trains it looks like they're
Going away again on holiday,why didn't I
And you gave me a choice you never did give us any choice
You take my voice and all my words
And you gave me a voice well I never thought there was any choice
Sacrifice your security
Sell your identity, integrity
Give till it hurts, give some more, give it all away
Sacrifice yourself
The choice I made is my own
Money - misery
Comfort - bullshits
TV - book
Satisfaction - fight
Do you actually have right to choose ????
Welcome into rest for souls. Let go of your false control.
Resist the lethal lies of fear, please dare to dream.
Lay down your strife and gain life.
Resist the lethal lies of fear, please dare to dream.
Hold on to hope you once received, before you were deceived.
If you don’t grasp this straw, you’ll remain a slave under the law.
If you don’t cease this grace, you’ll remain a shadow of your true self.
If you never dare to stop listening to lies, you’ll never really...never really live before you die.
Your accuser will never give up on his goal - imprisoning your soul. Now, let’s shut him up.
Here they come again, both sides shouting at one another.
There they go again, one for life and the other choice.
One is shouting life, the other shouting choice.
Neither side sees what's going on, neither side cares what's going on--
they're right!
Have all ethics died? Have our morals been torn out from inside?
people choosing sides based on politics or religion
It can be neither, and these are not our leaders.
They are innovators of trend.
We must turn to the one and love each other as we love ourselves.

A choice I couldn’t make
A choice I couldn’t take
Between being with my wife
Or being with my son.
I couldn’t make a choice and so I had to run
I grabbed my case and a handful of clothes
I don’t mind and I don’t care which ones I choose
My wife’s crying, my dads wailing,
Why can’t everyone stop complaining?
I go down the stairs with my case behind
Taking my belongings all the ones I can find
Old photos, cds and Walkman to.
I’ll need them in the car to keep me amused.
I say goodbye to my family with a tear in my eye.
I can’t show my fear, I can’t let them see my cry.
I open the door, the town watching me.
