The Sharon Osbourne Show refers to either of two TV chat shows hosted by Sharon Osbourne – the original US version, or the more recent UK (ITV) version. These are described separately below.
The original version of The Sharon Osbourne Show was a syndicated show that ran for one season (2003–2004) on various US channels. It was also shown in the UK on Sky One and on cable channel ARENA in Australia. The show was eventually canceled due to poor ratings and scathing attacks by critics as being too focused on Osbourne's family. Due to a disappointing array of guests including several little known actors, actresses and country music performers, Osbourne opted not to renew her contract.
The UK version of The Sharon Osbourne Show aired on ITV in the weekday 5pm slot, and it began on Tuesday 29 August 2006. It was originally going to be named Mrs. Osbourne Presents... ITV commissioned the show to compete with rival Paul O'Grady, after he defected from the company and took his show to Channel 4. After a strong debut of 2.1 million viewers, the show's audience fell to 1–1.5 million, beaten by strong competition from the likes of The New Paul O'Grady Show, The Weakest Link and Neighbours. On 12 October, the show's hope of a recommission suffered as it reached a new low of 948,000 viewers. In April 2007 it was confirmed that the show had been axed and Antony Cotton was to be her replacement. Sharon admitted on Parkinson that doing the show had been hard work.
Sharon Rachel Osbourne (née Levy; born 9 October 1952) is an English television host, media personality, television talent competition judge, author, music manager, businesswoman, and promoter, and the wife of heavy metal singer-songwriter Ozzy Osbourne. She first came into public prominence after appearing in The Osbournes, a reality television show that followed her family's daily life. Osbourne later became a talent show judge on shows such as the British and original version of The X Factor, from 2004 to 2007; before returning in 2013, and America's Got Talent from 2007 until 2012.
After the success of The Osbournes and The X Factor, hosting her own chat shows and securing advertising contracts, Osbourne was ranked as the 25th richest woman in Britain on the 2009 Sunday Times Rich List. As of 2008, Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne, were ranked as the 724th richest people in Britain with an estimated joint wealth of ÂŁ110Â million. Sharon Osbourne is credited with reviving her husband's heavy metal career by founding the summer Ozzfest tour. She is one of five co-hosts of the daytime series The Talk. Osbourne is one of the original hosts from its launch in October 2010. In September 2014 it was announced that Sharon would become an occasional panellist on the British lunchtime television programme Loose Women as part of the show's relaunch. On both shows, Sharon and co-hosts/panellists discuss topical issues, ranging from daily politics and current affairs, to celebrity gossip.

Let me entertain you
Rang through my head
I was a reckless child
And I did what he said
People came
From miles around
To hear the sound
That was tearing up the town
(Maybe you're an icon)
(Baby you're a hard on)
Or maybe you're a god
(Baby you're an icon)
(Maybe you're a hard on)
Or maybe you're a dog
The next batter up
Was a man
A scary man
With the golden hands
He brought his axe
To bury the tracks
No mortal man
Could follow his act
(Maybe you're an icon)
(Baby you're a hard on)
Or maybe you're god
You can't refrain
From going insane
It's what you want to do
(Maybe you're an icon)
(Baby you're a hard on)
Or maybe you're a god
(Maybe you're an icon)
(Baby you're a hard on)
Maybe you're god
Now that rock & roll's in the palm of our hands
We take it to the people every chance that we can
We are the party that never ends
Live by these words until we meet again
You can't refrain
From going insane
It's what you want to do
(Maybe you're an icon)
(Baby you're a hard on)
Or maybe you're a god
(Maybe you're an icon)
(Baby you're a hard on)
Or maybe you're god
(Maybe you're an icon)
(Baby you're a hard on)
Or maybe you're a god
(Maybe you're an icon)
(Baby you're a hard on)
Or maybe you're god
Whoa! It's time for the show babe
N-n-n-n-no!
Whoa! Yeah yeah yeah yeah
Yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah
Time for the show
