Before his career as coach van Gaal played as a midfielder for Royal Antwerp, Telstar, Sparta Rotterdam and AZ. Van Gaal is also a fully qualified gymnastics teacher, and has worked as such at high-schools during various stages of his career as a semi-professional football-player.
After a brief spell as coach at AZ, Van Gaal served as assistant coach under Leo Beenhakker at Ajax, and eventually took over as head coach in 1991. Under his lead, the club won three league titles, the UEFA Cup, and the Champions League. Van Gaal moved to Barcelona in 1997 and won two Spanish league titles and one Spanish Cup. After some disagreements at Barcelona, he was appointed coach of the Dutch national team, but then failed to qualify for the 2002 World Cup. Another brief spell at Barcelona followed, before he became manager of AZ. After having won the Dutch championship with AZ in 2008–09, he was hired by Bayern Munich on 1 July 2009. Marouane Fellaini-Bakkioui (born 22 November 1987) is a Belgian footballer who plays for Everton and the Belgium national football team. Born in Etterbeek to Moroccan parents, Fellaini played youth football for Mons, R. Francs Borains and Sporting Charleroi before joining Standard Liège. After winning the Belgian First Division and the Ebony Shoe whilst a Liège player, he moved to England to join Everton. At Everton he was the club's Young player of the Season for 2008–09, when the club were losing finalists in the FA Cup.
Born in Etterbeek, Brussels, Fellaini began playing football at the age of 8 for Anderlecht. In his first season at Anderlecht's Academy, he scored 26 goals and in his second he scored 37. Fellaini's first love was track, with the 10,000 metres being his preferred event. However, his father, Abdellatif who was a professional footballer himself guided his son towards football. He was at Anderlecht's academy until the age of 10 when he joined Mons, due to his father getting a new job in the city. Three years later, he joined R. Francs Borains before leaving the club when he signed for Sporting Charleroi. At the age of 17, he signed his first permanent contract with Standard Liège. Between 2006 and 2008, he made 84 appearances for the club, scoring 11 times. Gary Alexander Neville (born 18 February 1975) is an English former footballer. He is England's most capped right-back and was Manchester United's club captain for five years.
Neville spent his entire playing career at Old Trafford, making him a rare one-club man. At the time of his retirement in 2011, he was United's second longest serving player in the squad, behind his long-time team-mate Ryan Giggs. He made his international debut in 1995 and was first-choice right-back for club and country for more than ten years.
He is the older brother of Premier League footballer and Everton captain Phil Neville, who was also a Manchester United player (from 1993 until 2005). His sister Tracey Neville plays netball for England, his mother Jill is a receptionist for Bury.
Since retiring from football at the end of the 2010-11 season, Neville has gone into punditry and is a commentator for Sky Sports. On 14 May 2012, Neville was appointed as a coach at England by new manager Roy Hodgson.
The older of the Neville brothers joined Manchester United as an apprentice upon leaving school in 1991, and captained the youth side to FA Youth Cup glory in his first season. He made his senior debut for United in September 1992 against Torpedo Moscow in the UEFA Cup. Neville emerged as part of Alex Ferguson's youth-oriented side of the 1990s (nicknamed Fergie's Fledglings, an updated take on the 1950s equivalent Busby Babes) that included his brother Phil, Ryan Giggs, David Beckham, Nicky Butt and Paul Scholes. In the 1994–95 season, he became first-choice right-back when Paul Parker was ruled out by injury, and remained so until his retirment, although in his first season as a regular player he often found himself on the sidelines as Denis Irwin was switched to right back with Lee Sharpe (normally a winger) filling the left-back role.
James Lee Duncan "Jamie" Carragher (born 28 January 1978) is an English footballer of Irish descent, who plays as a defender for Premier League side Liverpool. He is the current vice-captain and is one of the club's longest-serving players; he made his 666th appearance for Liverpool in all competitions on 9 May 2011, thus placing him second on the club's all time appearance list.
Carragher started his career with the Liverpool youth team. He made his professional debut in the 1996–97 season and became a first team regular the following season. He gained his first senior honours in 2001, winning a cup treble of the FA Cup, League Cup and UEFA Cup. Having initially played as a full back, the arrival of manager Rafael Benítez in 2004 saw Carragher move to the centre back position and that season he won his greatest honour to date—the UEFA Champions League. In the next season, he won the FA Cup and was selected in the PFA Team of the Year. Carragher set a record for the most appearances in European competition for Liverpool in 2007.
Photographs of fancy tricks to get your kicks at sixty-six
He thinks of all the lips that he licks
And all the girls that he’s going to fix
She gave a little flirt, gave herself a little cuddle
But there’s no place here for the mini-skirt waddle
Capital punishment, she’s last year’s model
They call her natasha when she looks like elsie
I don’t want to go to chelsea
Oh no it does not move me
Even though I’ve seen the movie
I don’t want to check your pulse
I don’t want nobody else
I don’t want to go to chelsea
Everybody’s got new orders
Be a nice girl and kiss the warders
Now the teacher is away
All the kids begin to play
Men come screaming, dressed in white coats
Shake you very gently by the throat
One’s named gus, one’s named alfie
I don’t want to go to chelsea
Oh no it does not move me
Even though I’ve seen the movie
I don’t want to check your pulse
I don’t want nobody else
I don’t want to go to chelsea

I never go to New York City these days
Something about the buildings in Chelsea just kills me
Maybe in a month or two,
Maybe when things are different for me,
Maybe when things are different for you
You know all of this shit, just sticks in my head
Is there anything different these days?
The light in her eyes goes out
I never had light in my eyes anyway
Maybe things are different these days
It's good for everybody to hurt somebody once in a while
The things I do to people I love shouldn't be allowed
Something about the buildings in Chelsea just kills me
Something about the buildings in Chelsea just kills me
Is there anything different these days?
The light in her eyes goes out,
I never had light in my eyes anyway
Maybe things are different these days
I dream I'm in New York City some nights.
Angels flow down from all the buildings
Something about an angel just kills me
I keep hoping something will
Is there anything different these days?
The light in her eyes goes out,
I never had light in my eyes anyway
Maybe things are, maybe maybe maybe
Maybe things are, maybe maybe maybe maybe things are different,
Maybe things are different these days
The light goes out
I never had light in my eyes anyway
I thought you were the one
But I was wrong cause you've already left
And I hope that you miss me tonight Chelsea
And I hope that you miss me tonight Chelsea
A year ago we met
And I never would've guessed
That you'd mean so much to me
But those brown eyes drove me crazy
And at the time everything was going wrong
But you made everything seem alright
So now I wonder where you are
On this cold November night
I thought you were the one
But I was wrong cause you already left
And I hope that you miss me tonight Chelsea
And I hope that you miss me tonight Chelsea
I had to leave that night
Cause I knew something wasn't right
We held eachother as the night came to an end
But all I could think about was your boyfriend
If he only knew the things that you've done and said
And that you were lying here with me in this bed
Because I live so far away
Is why you chose him that day
I thought you were the one
But I was wrong cause you already left
And I hope that you miss me tonight Chelsea
And I hope that you miss me tonight Chelsea
Tonight I don't know where you are
But I know where you should be
So here I am all alone
When you should be with me
Let's take this back two thousand five
Drinks are pouring, girls so fine
So many dimes, got dollars signs
And there she goes right on the spot
Got a taste so sweet I swear this beat
Will make you wanna drop
She wears a new dress everyday
No, she won't stop making the crowd scream
I can't hear anything, but hey, hey
It's Miss L.A. again, again
Chelsea, Chelsea, tell me you love me
Chelsea, Chelsea, are you feeling me now?
Chelsea, Chelsea, I think it's 'bout time
We get down, get down, I want more
I wrote her a song
Not Delilah, not Kelsey
Had 'em both in my palm
But I dropped them for Chelsea
Hey, hey, what'd you say
You've been looking good today
Let's go around town
I'll tell the girls that I'm taken
Chelsea, Chelsea, tell me you love me
Chelsea, Chelsea, are you feeling me now?
Chelsea, Chelsea, I think it's 'bout time
We get down, get down
There ain't no stopping us now
Get down, get down, I want more
And if it's worth your time, I've got ten digits
I'd like you to find
But no, I won't get that call
You've got so much to give
I've got nothing at all
Chelsea, Chelsea, tell me you love me
Chelsea, Chelsea, are you feeling me now?
Chelsea, Chelsea, I think it's 'bout time
We get down, get down
There ain't no stopping us now
Get down, get down, I want more
Chelsea, Chelsea, tell me you love me
Chelsea, Chelsea, are you feeling me now?
Chelsea, Chelsea, I think it's 'bout time
We get down, get down
There ain't no stopping us now
Chelsea, Chelsea, tell me you love me
Chelsea, Chelsea, are you feeling me now?
Chelsea, Chelsea, I think it's 'bout time
We get down, get down
There ain't no stopping us now
I wonder why I wasted all of my time
I could’ve been, I could’ve been there with you
Wonder why I even try girl
Cause there’s just nothin, nothin I can do
Nowhere that I can go, no
Nothin that I can say girl, that’s gonna take the pain
away
This time I feel like dyin, feels like I’m dead within
Sometimes I wish I was, girl, so I could hold you,
again
[chorus]
Build your castle in the sky, now no one can tell you
lies,
Heaven’s not so far if I can see you in my dreams
When I feel my time is near, I won’t be sad cause
you’ll be there
I know you’re right there waiting for me, yeah, yeah,
yeah
It’s hard to make it on my own
I need your love girl, so much more than I’d ever known
Sometimes it’s hard to breathe
Sometimes it hurts so bad, girl, that I just fall to my
knees.
This time I feel like dyin, feels like I’m dead within
Sometimes I wish I was, girl, so I could hold you,
again
[Chorus]
Yeah, waiting for me (I never thought that you would
wait for me)
No, waiting for you (I didn’t think that we could never
Yeah, waiting for me (I never thought that you woul-)
Yeah waiting for me
Comment me résoudre à dire au revoir à ma fille
I can see there's something in your eyes
You just took a fall from paradise
Saw the lipstick on your neck
Maybe you should just confess
Oh oh oh oh oh
I don't wanna lose my hair today
But I know there's something in the way
Maybe I made a big mistake last night
When I left you alone with Chelsea
Chelsea's the kind of girl that's cold as ice
Beautiful with nails filed sharp as knives
She called me while you were kissing
So I could hear what I was missing
Oh oh oh oh oh
I don't wanna lose my head today
But I know there's something in the way
Maybe I made a big mistake last night
When I left you alone with Chelsea
When I left you alone with Chelsea
You're just a typical guy
And you're typically blind
You can see I'm out of here
And that I said goodbye
I don't wanna lose my head today
But I know there's something in the way
Maybe I made a big mistake last night
When I left you alone with Chelsea
When I left you alone with Chelsea
I've been flat broke had dirt on my knees
But it's going alright now, Know what I mean?
I've disguised poverty kept my chin up
But life's like that, know what I mean?
War across the nation
Fighting degradation
Don't stop for their excuses
If you do they'll just abuse it
Life's unreal 'cos there's people with thousands
Something wrong somewhere, Know what I mean?
Hope for a day when justice will come forth
Chance would be a fine thing, know what I mean?
