Barry Allen: No mom, I'm fine. But everything else has... changed. And I have to find out why. I think it probably has something to do with me being...::Nora Allen: Gay.::Barry Allen: What? No...::Nora Allen: It's okay. I love you no matter what.
Nora Allen: ...when I was a little girl, Grandma taught me a prayer: Accept the things you cannot change. Have the courage to change the things you can... and have the wisdom to know the difference.
Green Lantern: Clearly, you should never do this stuff without me. You end up with crap all over yourself.::The Flash: Focus, GL. Bombs.
Wonder Woman: [wraps her Lasso of Truth on Zoom] How do we shut off these charges?::Professor Zoom: You can't. We'll all be dead, shortly. The truth hurts, doesn't it?
Batman: Never seen anything like it. Your burns are healing. You should be dead.::Barry Allen: Your bedside manners sucks. If I didn't have the Speed Force helping me heal, I'd find another doctor.::Batman: I run a casino. Haven't been a doctor for 20 years.
[hands Professor Zoom's costume to Barry]::Batman: Here. You need a suit, and I'm not about to loan you one of mine. What? It's friction-proof, isn't it?::The Flash: [changes Zoom's suit into The Flash] I had to at least make some last-minute alterations.
The Flash: Why aren't you telling him about me and the timeline?::Batman: I'm not lying.::The Flash: You're misleading him. He has a right to know what our real plan is.::Batman: Don't preach to me. I got enough misplaced morality to handle the big metal Boy Scout on our hands. He wants to stop the war. So do we. That's all he needs to know.
The Flash: Bruce's Batplane was a little more stoic.::Batman: Your Batman didn't have to ferry high rollers with deep pockets in and out of his casino.::Cyborg: So he wouldn't need a fully stocked bar aboard.::Batman: Everything is top shelf. Help yourself.::Cyborg: I don't drink.::The Flash: Shocking.
Aquaman: You murdered my wife, Diana.::Wonder Woman: She tried to assassinate me, Arthur. I was protecting myself.::Aquaman: Yet you wear her helmet like a trophy.::Wonder Woman: No. A warning.
Grifter: I like your style, Batman. A pity we never teamed up when the world still existed.::Batman: Batman and Grifter, the boy idiot.
Plot
Fred, a twenty-something slacker, finds himself at a place where nothing has gone as planned. Forced out of his mother's home, he finds himself relegated to the guest bedroom of his successful, older brother. Over the blistering summer in North Carolina, he finds his only friend in Donnie, a surprisingly ambitious buffoon, who stands as his own biggest obstacle. Still clinging to aspirations of a career as a fiction writer, Fred finds his progress halted amid a new relationship with Mary, an impulsive, young woman. All who pass through Fred's life - from an old man with a fleeting mind to a young child ripe with innocence - stand as a reflection upon his own state of compromise and tolerance of a life he never wanted. Through his journey, he comes to the realization of the man he's supposed to be and all that he must endure along the way.

Plot
Two pounds of pressure on a trigger pays really well... Ex special forces mercenary and now hardened criminal Vic, lives in a world of cons, double crosses, crooked cops, mob bosses and drug dealing crime lords. Playing by his own rules, Vic and his partner Frank work both sides of the street, caring only about where they can score and take down the most cash. After a dangerous shootout during a drug deal gone bad, Vic finds himself working for ruthless crime boss Paul Santo. Santo's being indicted for murder, and he enlists Vic and Frank to kill the three witnesses that will testify against him. Watching Vic's every move is Santo's strongest soldier, Ray, a stone cold killer, who would like nothing better than to whack Vic and Frank the moment his boss gives him the okay. As the Asian proverb says, "In the shadow of every crime is a woman" and that holds true for Vic as his grifter girlfriend Thea and Frank's ex, the exotic, sultry, Layla have their own agendas as they both try in their own way to use and manipulate their men. As Vic tries to juggle all this as well as kill the witnesses to pay off his debt to Santo, and at the same time avoid Ray's wrath, he is pursued by crooked vice cop Ford who's relentless as he turns up the heat on Vic and Frank. On top of all this, it doesn't help that Asian crime lord, Cho and his henchman Butch are applying their own brand of pressure on Vic and Frank. They want to take out Santo and Ray, using Vic and Frank as pawns in their game of revenge and murder. In the end, Vic settles all scores as these competing factions come crashing together in the violent, action packed, brutal climax of MACHINE.
All scores will be settled...

A top (also called spinning top or spintop) is a toy that can be spun on an axis, balancing on a point. This motion is produced in the most simple forms of top by twirling the stem using the fingers. More sophisticated tops are spun by holding the axis firmly while pulling a string or twisting a stick or pushing an auger as shown in the pictures on this page. In the kinds with an auger, an internal weight rotates, producing an overall circular motion.
The top is one of the oldest recognizable toys found on archaeological sites. Spinning tops originated independently in cultures all over the world. Besides toys, tops have also historically been used for gambling and prophecy. Some role-playing gamers still use tops to augment dice in generating randomized results; it is in this case referred to as a spinner.[citation needed] A thumbtack may also be made to spin on the same principles.
The action of a top relies on the gyroscopic effect for its operation. Typically the top will at first wobble until the shape of the tip and its interaction with the surface force it upright. After spinning upright for an extended period, the angular momentum, and therefore the gyroscopic effect will gradually lessen, leading to ever increasing precession, finally causing the top to topple in a frequently violent last thrash.
Neil Percival Young,OC,OM (born November 12, 1945) is a Canadian singer-songwriter who is widely regarded as one of the most influential musicians of his generation.
Young began performing as a solo artist in Canada in 1960, before moving to California in 1966, where he co-founded the band Buffalo Springfield along with Stephen Stills and Richie Furay, and later joined Crosby, Stills & Nash as a fourth member in 1969. He forged a successful and acclaimed solo career, releasing his first album in 1968; his career has since spanned over 40 years and 34 studio albums, with a continual and uncompromising exploration of musical styles. The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame website describes Young as "one of rock and roll’s greatest songwriters and performers". He has been inducted into the Hall of Fame twice: first as a solo artist in 1995, and second as a member of Buffalo Springfield in 1997.
Young's work is characterized by his distinctive guitar work, deeply personal lyrics and signature alto or high tenor singing voice. Although he accompanies himself on several different instruments, including piano and harmonica, his idiosyncratic electric and clawhammer acoustic guitar playing are the defining characteristics of a varyingly ragged and melodic sound. While Young has experimented with differing music styles, including swing and electronic music throughout a varied career, his best known work usually falls into two primary styles: acoustic (folk and country rock) and electric (amplified hard rock, very often in collaboration with the band Crazy Horse). Young has also adopted elements from newer styles such as alternative rock and grunge. His influence on the latter caused some to dub him the "Godfather of Grunge".
