There is more to us than we know.
Kate: I have found peace within myself, and within the world around me, and I get to keep that forever.
Brandon: This is not Barbie land.

Marmaduke, the world's most lovable Great Dane, leaps from comic strip fame (appearing in 600 newspapers in over 20 countries) to big screen stardom in this family comedy event. A suburban family moves to a new neighborhood in Orange County, California with their large yet lovable Great Dane, who has a tendency to wreak havoc in his own oblivious way. But its not all living large for the Duke, who finds that fitting in with his new four-legged friends - and a potential romantic interest - isn't always easy for a super-sized teenage dog. Marmaduke: This is my stepbro, Carlos. Say hey, Carlos.::Carlos: Hey, Carlos.::Marmaduke: He's pretty cool for a cat. Which helps, since he's kinda my only friend...
Marmaduke: I'm Marmaduke, by the way.::Mazie: Yikes. Immediately moving on...
Marmaduke: [a well-groomed Mazie arrives] You... you look amazing.::Mazie: I feel like a fluffy monstrosity.

Abe Sapien: You just made the newbie face.
[repeated line]::Hellboy: Oh, crap.
Hellboy: You're not a normal fox.::Fox: And you are not a normal man.::Hellboy: Really? What gave me away? Any idea why I'm here?::Fox: Do I look like a philosopher?::Hellboy: Nice.::Fox: You carry the sword of storms, and it has tasted the blood of demons. That is all you need to know. For now.::Hellboy: Sure, 'cause that's just so much to absorb all at once.::Fox: [leaving] Don't cut yourself.
Hellboy: You were gonna eat me?
[repeated line]::Hellboy: Screw this!
Hellboy: Hey, kiddo. How you doing?::Liz Sherman: Great. For a walking napalm strike...::Abe Sapien: You saved our lives, Liz.::Liz Sherman: I practically torched you. Not to mention a couple of dozen miyans. Sorry about the burns...::Abe Sapien: Barely a sunburn.::Hellboy: Come on, they were mummies. And they were trying to kill you. Trust me, there's no upside to cutting the undead ANY slack.::Abe Sapien: You did what you had to do.::Liz Sherman: I lost control, is what I did. If you hadn't stopped me, I probably would have melted the place, and probably the two of you. I can handle the little stuff fine, but when I try anything big... God, the Bureau should lock me up! I'm the real monster!::[Hellboy and Abe begin laughing]::Liz Sherman: Okay, okay, I get it.::Hellboy: [wiping his eyes] No, no, you're the monster, all right. Me and Abe, we... I mean, you're lucky we let you be seen with us.::Abe Sapien: [chuckling] It's true. You do cramp our style.::Hellboy: The world needs what we can do. That makes us good guys. That's enough for me.::[Liz only sits silently]
Hellboy: [sarcastic] Gosh, Kate, I feel just awful dragging you away from rotting manuscripts and ancient texts. I mean, you used to research trolls!::Professor Kate Corrigan: It's okay. Now I get to work with one.
Liz Sherman: Underwater- that giving-me-air thing- that was, um... I didn't know you could do that.::Abe Sapien: I wasn't sure it would work, either, but I have burped excess air before, so I thought...::Liz Sherman: Aah! I was breathing your burps? Ugh!
Thunder: Do you feel them? Our brothers are calling.::Lightning: Then we should wake them and bring an end to this puny world of men.::[a chunk of stone flies in and strikes Lightning]::Hellboy: Think again, dumbass, 'cause now I'm pissed.::Thunder: And you destroyed it. Hah. Stupid ugly monkey demon.::Hellboy: Me ugly?
Russell: [eyes closed] Based on the psychic wavelengths of this room, I'd have to say a massive disturbance occurred here not long ago.::[Hellboy glances around the room, which looks like a tornado hit it]::Hellboy: You're good! I mean, I've worked with psychics before but you... are something special.::[aside to Kate]::Hellboy: I hate psychics.::Professor Kate Corrigan: I know, but we have to use them.
Plot
In the middle of a raging thunderstorm, a traveling circus accidentally leaves behind some very precious cargo--a baby zebra. The gangly little foal is rescued by horse farmer Nolan Walsh, who takes him home to his young daughter Channing. Once a champion thoroughbred trainer, Walsh has given up horse training for a quiet life with Channing on their modest Kentucky farm. The little zebra, or "Stripes," as Channing calls him, is soon introduced to the farm's misfit troupe of barnyard residents, led by a cranky Shetland Pony named Tucker and Franny, a wise old goat who keeps the family in line. The group is joined by Goose, a deranged big-city pelican who's hiding out in the sticks until the heat dies down in Jersey. The un-aptly named bloodhound Lightening keeps a lazy eye on goings-on at the farm - in between naps. The Walsh farm borders the Turfway Racetrack, where highly skilled thoroughbreds compete for horse racing's top honor, the ultra-prestigious Kentucky Crown. From the first moment Stripes lays eyes on the track, he's hooked--he knows that if he could just get the chance, he could leave all those other horses in the dust. What he doesn't know is--he's not exactly a horse. But with characteristic zeal, he devotes himself to training for the big time, with a little help from Tucker, who has coached a host of champion racehorses in the past.

Goose: Oh you're good. You are. You are very good.
Goose: You see Rusty the rotatin' rooster up there. He's about to get Goosed.
Goose: You ever try swimming in cement horseshoes.
Goose: Oh... you're funny, but there's only room for one wise guy on this farm.
Goose: You wanna dance? You wanna piece of the Goose? Heeya hiya!
Goose: Jeez! I didn't know the goat was packin'!
Plot
Roger, Anita and their canine clan are packing for the big move to Dalmatian Plantation, a home in the country with plenty of room for the 101 pups and far from the clutches of Cruella DeVil. The feistiest pup, Patch, feels lost in a sea of spots and longs to be a one-of-a-kind wonderdog like his TV hero, Thunderbolt. While watching the Thunderbolt Adventure Hour, Patch hears about a chance to appear on the show while it's filming in London. However, the family move will interfere with Patch's opportunity - until he's accidentally left behind in the commotion. Patch heads for the audition to meet his hero. Meanwhile, Thunderbolt's "trusty" sidekick, Lightning, reveals that the producers of the show want to replace Thunderbolt with a younger dog. In order to save his job, Thunderbolt decides he will go into the real world and perform an act of true heroism to prove himself. A veritable reference book to Thunderbolt's many adventures, Patch provides the perfect guide for the TV star in his attempts at real-life heroics. As for Cruella DeVil - she's back and more obsessed with Dalmatians than ever. At first, she's able to calm her frenzy through an affiliation with a spot-fixated artist.

Patch: You lied to me?::Thunderbolt: I put on an act. I'm an actor. It's what I do.::Patch: But you said I could be your junior deputy.::Thunderbolt: I made all that up. I-I just needed someone who knew the script.::Patch: But you... You said that you'd help us!::Thunderbolt: Ohhh, don't you get it, kid? All that running around and saving the day stuff, it-it's make-believe! It's not real!
Patch: Do you think I'm one of a kind... or just... one of a hundred and one?
Thunderbolt: [whispers] Lightning. [loudly] Do not mourn me when I am gone!
Lars: Oh, fickle bird of inspiration! To what far shore have you flown?
Thunderbolt: [about getting hit in the head by Cruella DeVil] That hurt. That really hurt!::Patch: I knew you were faking it.::Lightning: [suddenly, out of nowhere, he appears and chuckles] He's been faking it, all right.::Thunderbolt: Lightning, little buddy.::Lightning: I am NOT your little buddy! And you are no wonder dog. This kid trusted you, and look where it's got him.::Patch: What's he mean?::Lightning: He's been lying to you all day, kid. He doesn't care about you, or your family. He was just trying to get his name in the paper, and SAVE his job. Ask him!::Thunderbolt: NO! [suddenly attempts to come clean] Well, yeah, but - - but - ...::Lightning: [in a mocking tone] But - - but - - but - -. Hey, Genius! You're no hero! You're a fraud! [In a treacherously slime-ball tone] And by the way, there never really was a plan to recast you. I just had to get you out of the way. [makes an evil grin at him, and then starts to head back toward the exit way, and makes a wicked chuckle, and a devious look on his face] And now, I get to go take your place on the show! MY SHOW! [makes a big evil laugh, and exits, just as it is about to storm outside]

Urban Warfare... Subarbun Warfare... This Whole City Is Going DOWN!!!
Lightning is an atmospheric electrical discharge (spark) accompanied by thunder, usually associated and produced by cumulonimbus clouds, but also occurring during volcanic eruptions or in dust storms. From this discharge of atmospheric electricity, a leader of a bolt of lightning can travel at speeds of 220,000 km/h (140,000 mph), and can reach temperatures approaching 30,000 °C (54,000 °F), hot enough to fuse silica sand into glass channels known as fulgurites, which are normally hollow and can extend as much as several meters into the ground.
There are some 16 million lightning storms in the world every year. Lightning causes ionisation in the air through which it travels, leading to the formation of nitric oxide and ultimately, nitric acid, of benefit to plant life below.
Lightning can also occur within the ash clouds from volcanic eruptions, or can be caused by violent forest fires which generate sufficient dust to create a static charge.
How lightning initially forms is still a matter of debate. Scientists have studied root causes ranging from atmospheric perturbations (wind, humidity, friction, and atmospheric pressure) to the impact of solar wind and accumulation of charged solar particles.Ice inside a cloud is thought to be a key element in lightning development, and may cause a forcible separation of positive and negative charges within the cloud, thus assisting in the formation of lightning.
John Joseph Theodore Rzeznik (born December 5, 1965), also known as Johnny Rzeznik, is an American songwriter, guitarist, vocalist and producer. He is best known as the lead guitarist, vocalist, frontman, and primary songwriter of the rock band the Goo Goo Dolls, of which he is a founding member and with whom he has recorded nine studio albums.
Rzeznik was born in Buffalo, New York, the youngest of five children of Edith (née Pomeroy) and Joseph Rzeznik, a bar proprietor and postal clerk. His name is pronounced (r)ZHEZ-nik and means 'butcher' in Polish. Both of Rzeznik's parents were musicians, playing the clarinet and flute. Rzeznik had a strict Catholic upbringing on Buffalo's working-class East Side and attended Corpus Christi Grammar School. Rzeznik's father died from diabetic coma at the age of fifty-five when Rzeznik was fifteen years old. Six months later his mother died from a sudden heart attack. Having lost both of his parents, he was brought up by his four older sisters. It was during this period and while attending McKinley Vocational High School that Rzeznik began playing the guitar. Rzeznik briefly attended Buffalo State College, dropping out after freshman year. Both sides of Rzeznik's grandparents were born in Poland.
Its crazy but often clear often clear..
We shimmer and disappear
In color in black and white black and white..
We slowly fade out of site
but these days were lit by lightning thin lines of light
Its crazy but somehow clear somehow clear
we ride in silence out of fear
We've spoken seem come alive come alive
we prefer the silence of the blind
But these days were lit by lightning
thin lines of light
these days
were lit by lines
of sharp
white
shock
white
hard
cold
white
light
were crazy but often kind often kind
we rage in violence blind
Together and then alone then alone
we race in small circles home
but these days
were lit by lightning
Thin lines of light
These days
were lit by lines of sharp
white
light
these days
Were lit by lightning
Wanna know where you live
Wanna know who you are
Want to see what you see
Wanna go where you are
Wanna touch what you touch
Wanna be where you are
I wanna know what city this is
Seems like I'm moving so far
Riot town, right noise
A lightning streak
Fate rides up and moves us on
Mother don't weep
Wanna see what you see
I wanna touch, let me play
I want to try every poison in sight
I want to lie where you lay
Let me see, let me see
Wanna know what you know
I wanna learn what's imprisoning me
I wanna know, let it go
Riot time, right noise
Violent times speak
Bottled up like a fake damn nation
Lightning speed
Crackdown back doors
Meltdown shoes
Bare back rider is a rank outsider
An automatic cruise
I wanna touch what you touch
I long to be where you are
I'll always know, you'll let me know
All this gets too far
Let me touch, let me touch
Let me feel what you feel
I want to know how certain this is
I wanna know this is real
Riot town, right noise
Lightning streak
Fate rides up and moves us on
Mother don't weep
Crackdown back door
Violent times speak
Fate rides up and moves us on
Lightning streak
Lightning streak
[Incomprehensible]
Lightning streak
Cool as the water melting from the winter snows
You are the island I've been looking for
I don't know where you come from but I can feel you comin' on
You're a storm inside my soul that's ragin' out of control
Call the wind out, call out the thunder
Oh lightning, only you can will the weather
I said come on, won't ya come on?
Lightning you're mine, tonight, tonight
You caught me while I was sleepin', restin' from a heavy run
I saw you in your evening gown, you were lighting up the sky
No matter what tomorrow brings, lightning, you're mine tonight
Oh, lightning you're mine tonight
Crack the horizon, only you can split the night
Then comes your mother cloud to take you away
Another wind will dry me and the sun will make me warm
But to me my life will always be the calm before the storm
Call the wind out, call out the thunder
Oh lightning, only you can will the weather
I said come on, won't ya come on?
Lightning you're mine, tonight, tonight
You caught me while I was sleepin', restin' from a heavy run
I saw you in your evening gown, you were lighting up the sky
No matter what tomorrow brings, lightning, you're mine tonight
Oh, lightning you're mine tonight
Call the wind out, call out the thunder
Oh lightning, only you can will the weather
I said come on, oh come on
Lightning you're mine, tonight, tonight
You caught me while I was sleepin', restin' from a heavy run
Well I saw you in your evening gown, you were lighting up the sky
No matter what tomorrow brings, lightning, you're mine tonight
Hey, what's all the fuss about?
Hey, what's all the fuss about?
Hey, what's all the fuss about?
Hey, what's all the fuss about?
They say lightning, they say lightning
Lightning never strikes twice in a row
Generations, generations
First they fight and then they forget
What they were fighting about in the first place
Here it comes, the big explosion
Haven't I seen that once before
Or is it just some deja vu
Just some long forgotten dream
Just some silly memory
History does not repeat, it never, never does
(Repeat Chorus)
(Bridge)
I should know
I've been hit three times (or was it four?)
I'm a walking testimony
Come here, look at these holes
I'm a walking testimony
Just look at these holes, look at these holes!
Generations, generations
Fathers never teach their sons
And grandpa never talked to them and so on
Memories are inconvenient
When there's lessons to be learned
That just might rock the boat too much
Cause anxiety and such
We cannot walk without our crutches
We cannot walk, we cannot walk, we never, never could
(Repeat Chorus and Bridge)

Hey, what's all the fuss about?
Hey, what's all the fuss about?
Hey, what's all the fuss about?
Hey, what's all the fuss about?
They say lightning, they say lightning
Lightning struck a while ago
And it's blazing much too fast
But give it rain of waiting time
And it will surely pass
Blow over
And it's happening so quickly
As I feel the flaming time
And I grope about the embers
To relieve my stormy mind
Blow over
Shaken this has left me
And laughing and undone
With a blinding bolt of sleeplessness
That's just begun
And a windy crazy running
Through the nights and through the days
And a crackling
Of the time burned away
Burned away
Now I feel it in my blood
All hot and sharp and white
With a whipcrack and a thunder
And a flash of flooding light
But there'll be a thick and smoky
Silence in the air
When the fire finally dies
And I'm wondering who'll be left there
In the ashes of the time
Burned away
Burned away
Breathe fire - I'm knee deep in your lies
where's the guy above - he's my alibi
no sign, no helping hand as the going gets tough
I lost all my faith, all hope in mercy from above
I saw the pope kissing concrete a mile away a hundred children bleed
White lightning - stop frightening give me a deep breath of live
white lightning - I'm gonna play it my way and it's so dark inside
Where's the lord - who let all these children die
the church pretends the mess we're in back in the real world
where weird things affect our live
look into the future unholy visions will rise
They showed me jesus wearing a cross next a bald child, bone cancer she's lost
Mjoellnir flies across the sky
And giants fall down dead
Lightning strikes with power
Crush them in their head
They fear the Hammer everywhere
The Thunder calls for death
No living thing will harm our god
Until the serpents' breath!
From dark clouds fire falls to us
A battle rages high
[Refrain:]
Lightning, Thunder, Wind and Rain
Hammer's crushing heads and bones
And lightning strikes his foes
Dark rain's washing off the blood
While the Wind of anger blows
So many giants flood the world
They'll never be all gone.
Whatever we might fear at night
The Thundergod will battle on!
Up the fight is going on
Lightning,
You would hit me just like lightning,
Give me shelter from the rain
Stay down
Way down
You stay on my mind
Like a flashback like a wind out
I could feel you in my veins
Way down
But not quite like pain
I would give, give, give, give everything I own
I would live, live, live, live like I used to know
I would give, give, give, give everything I own
To find my way back home
You were lightning
Time went by, it's frightening
But it feels like nothing changed
Way down
Stay down
You stay on my mind
Like sparkles like a new?
You raise into my veins
Way down
Almost, but not quite like pain
I'm not quite the same anymore
I would give, give, give, give everything I own
I would live, live, live, live like I used to know
I would give, give, give, give everything I own
To find my way back home
I would give, give, give, give everything I own
I would live, live, live, live like I used to know
I would give, give, give, give everything I own
You're in control, pressing pause on my heartbeat,
Someone stole all the air,so I can't speak,
Now I know the chase is on,
I feel as though my time has come.
How many times do I fly through your head space,
Now it's speeding away from a safe place,
Yeah,your skin,the touch,the kiss,
The rush, too much, and here it comes.
When your lips touch mine,
It's the kiss of life,
I know, I know that it's a little bit frightening,
We might as well be playing with lightning.
We touch like,
Like it's our first time,oh oh,
I know that it's a little bit frightening,
We might as well be playing with lightning now...oh oh.
Just you and me and the coats in the back room,
Learning things they don't teach in the classroom,
Now,you're here,I feel the fear,
Now everything is oh,so clear.
I've been addicted to you since the first hit,
Out of control like a surge of electric,
Yeah,your skin,the touch,the kiss,
The rush, too much and here it comes.
When your lips touch mine,
It's the kiss of life,
I know, I know that it's a little bit frightening,
We might as well be playing with lightning.
We touch like,
Like it's our first time,oh oh,
I know that it's a little bit frightening,
We might as well be playing with lightning now...
Oh oh,
Oh oh,
Oh oh,
Oh oh.
Your skin,the touch,the kiss,too much,
Your skin,the touch,the kiss,the rush,
Your skin,the touch,the kiss,too much,
The rush,the rush,the rush,the rush.
When your lips touch mine,
It's the kiss of life,
I know, I know that it's a little bit frightening,
We might as well be playing with lightning.
We touch like,
Like it's our first time,oh oh,
I know that it's a little bit frightening,
These four walls of Fort Worth
Are closin' in on me
My final meter's over
An' they're gonna set me free
I can feel the fire's a burnin'
As the devil guards my door
I hit my knees in search of Jesus
On a cold jail house floor
Lord, now I'm singin', "Get me out of here"
I see the preacher's eyes
As my daughter cries
When they strap me in this chair
Lord, I hope she forgives me
For livin' my life this way
Tonight I ride the lightning
To my final judgment day
'Every life owes a debt'
That's what the Bible says
I owe mine to this state
For shootin' that boy to death
A liquor store at ten
He was reachin' for his gun
Well, now his Momma sits there smilin'
As the bar shifts roll on one
And now I'm singin', "Get me out of here"
I see the preacher's eyes
As my daughter cries
When they strap me in this chair
Lord, I hope she forgives me
For leavin' her this way
Tonight I ride the lightning
To my final restin' place
A hungry blue eyed baby cryin'
Made me rob that store
An' as that boy lay there dyin'
I dropped my pistol on the floor
Yeah, I'd take it all back
But there's nothin' I can do
They've covered my face
An' the order's gone through
As the bar shifts roll on two
Now I'm flyin'
Up an' out of here
I close my eyes an' slowly rise
Let my body leave this chair
Lord, I hope you forgive me
For livin' my life this way
Yeah, tonight I ride the lightning
To my final restin' place
These four walls of Fort Worth
These four walls of Farnworth
Are closin' in on me
My final meal is over
They're gonna to set me free
I can feel the fires burning
As the devil guards my door
I hit my knees in search of Jesus
On a cold jailhouse floor

These four walls of Farnworth
She don't smile anymore, she says she lost the war
The war on loving me
Who's been looking for a fighting chance
The feeling of our last dance with the music slowly fading
She's like lightning, don't strike twice, don't strike twice, don't
She's like lightning, don't strike twice, don't strike twice, don't
She's like lightning, you don't strike twice at all
It's impossible to see when hearts turn away
Wrongs can't make it right
When we would learn from our mistakes, we would bend until it breaks
And now we're picking up the pieces
She's like lightning, don't strike twice, don't strike twice, don't
She's like lightning, don't strike twice, don't strike twice, don't
She's like lightning, you don't strike twice at all
You don't strike twice at all
For me
She's like lightning, don't strike twice, don't strike twice, don't
She's like lightning, don't strike twice, don't strike twice, don't
She's like lightning, don't strike twice, don't strike twice, don't
She's like lightning, don't strike twice, don't strike twice, don't
She's like lightning, you don't strike twice at all
we hear the dealers with their words
that ride the tails
of their cigarette smoke
sliding through the tunnels of our ears
those greasy marionettes of
real bone and blood
stand on the corner of washington square
vision stinging
eyes blurring
elevators got your rising so high
17 floors you want so much more
elevators got you rising so high
17 floors you want so much more
there's lightning on the ceiling
coming from the corner of her eye...
somewhere horses flee from thunder
somewhere the bones of a cat
are buried under a garden
well ther's a radio on
broken songs empty digression
won't be ling to you and me are gone from here
lightning on the ceiling

With a blinding bolt of sleeplessness
That's just begun
And a windy crazy running
Through the nights and through the days
And a crackling
Of the time burned away
Burned away
Now I feel it in my blood
All hot and sharp and white
With a whipcrack and a thunder
And a flash of flooding light
But there'll be a thick and smoky
Silence in the air
When the fire finally dies
And I'm wondering who'll be left there
In the ashes of time
Burned away
Just stare me down with those electric eyes
No matter how hard I try,
I can't escape that gaze tonight
That girl's up in the atmosphere
That girl's up in the atmosphere
I'm hypnotized by the way she moves
Baby girl please help me soon,
Imma take you to sun and the moon
That girl's up in the atmosphere
That girl's up in the atmosphere
[Chorus]
And I've been catching myself thinking of it
It's 3 in the morning,
Every day I chase after her
But I can't catch lightning
Catching myself thinking of it
It's 3 in the morning,
Every day I chase after her
But I can't catch lightning
No I can't catch lightning
She'll make you believe anything she wants
Make you think that you're the one
She will keep you there
That girl's up in the atmosphere
She's way up in the atmosphere
[Chorus]
And I've been catching myself thinking of it
It's 3 in the morning,
Every day I chase after her
But I can't catch lightning
Catching myself thinking of it
It's 3 in the morning,
Every day I chase after her
But I can't catch lightning
No I can't catch lightning
Oh I can't catch lightning
Yeah, I can't catch lighting
Just stare me down with those electric eyes
No matter how hard I try,
I can't escape that gaze tonight
That girl's up in the atmosphere
That girl's up in the atmosphere
That girl's up in the atmosphere
She's way up in the atmosphere
And I've been waiting, waiting, waiting for you
Anticipating
Chasing after things that you do
But I can't catch lightning
Waiting, waiting, waiting for you
Anticipating
Chasing after things that you do
But I can't catch lightning
No I can't catch lightning
No I can't catch lightning
Oh I can't catch lightning
I still remember every word you said
I've got a catacomb of words up in my head
Now all our dreams are thrift-store ready
Like they used to be that way
When we're looking at a one-track get-away
And a moment's all it takes to find
The grey matter is suddenly defined
And if I stare too long at another face
Sometimes I see your own
Outrun the realization that I'm alone
When the lightning strikes you can try to run
But it never fails to strike at home
Now you're all shook up
And you can feel the burning deep inside your bones
And if you try hard enough
You might make it back in time
It's been greyer for this time of year
I've been sitting around waiting for a sign to appear
Something in me says stick it out, wait another day
But what I wait for, want I wanted
It always stays the same
When the lightning strikes you can try to run
But it never fails to strike at home
Now you're all shook up
And you can feel the burning deep inside your bones
And if you try hard enough
You might make it back in time
And the maker of this puzzle
I wanted to commend
I can't see the whole picture
Guess I haven't figured it out yet
And even though these times are trying
And it's hard to keep your head above
Oh the water rolling over
You just gotta hold on
When the lightning strikes you can try to run
But it never fails to strike at home
Now you're all shook up
And you can feel the burning deep inside your bones
And if you try hard enough
