Ralph Nader (/ˈneɪdər/; born February 27, 1934) is an American political activist, as well as an author, lecturer, and attorney. Areas of particular concern to Nader include consumer protection, humanitarianism, environmentalism, and democratic government.
Nader came to prominence in 1965, with the publication of his book Unsafe at Any Speed, a critique of the safety record of American automobile manufacturers in general, and particularly the first-generation Chevrolet Corvair. In 1999, a New York University panel of journalists ranked Unsafe at Any Speed 38th among the top 100 pieces of journalism of the 20th century.
Nader is a five-time candidate for President of the United States, having run as a write-in candidate in the 1992 New Hampshire Democratic primary, as the Green Party nominee in 1996 and 2000, and as an independent candidate in 2004 and 2008.
Andrew Mark Cuomo (/ˈkwoʊmoʊ/; born December 6, 1957) is an American politician who is the 56th and current Governor of New York. A member of the Democratic Party, Cuomo was elected in 2010, holding the same position his father, Mario Cuomo, held from 1983 to 1994.
Born in Queens, New York, he is a graduate of Fordham University and Albany Law School. Cuomo began his career working as campaign manager for his father then served as an assistant district attorney in New York City before entering private practice. He founded the Housing Enterprise for the Less Privileged and was appointed Chairman of the New York City Homeless Commission, where he served from 1990 to 1993.
Cuomo joined the Clinton Administration in 1993 when he was appointed assistant secretary for Community Planning and Development in the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). He then served as Secretary of Housing and Urban Development from 1997 to 2001.
After a failed campaign for governor in 2002, Cuomo was elected Attorney General of New York in 2006. In May 2010, Cuomo announced he was running for governor in the 2010 election. He won with 62% of the vote. During his first term, New York legalized same-sex marriage and toughened gun controls. Cuomo was elected to a second term in 2014.

Foster Brooks Roasts Ralph Nader (Man of the Week)
Huh, I never put a description on here. For those in free states, we NY'ers were railroaded by a middle of the night, sight-unseen vote on a gun control bill that -- To this day -- the moron that authored it cannot seem to unravel. The confusion created by this draconian piece of shit is such that no citizen and most law enforcement can even understand it, much less comply. The resulting backlash has been historical. Nearly the entire state -- Save the boroughs of NYC and parts of Long Island -- has passed resolutions calling for its repeal. Cuomo, undaunted by the absolute panning of his crowning achievement as Governor, insists that the majority of the state still supports it, and him. The fact of the matter is that there is no part of SAFE, or most gun legislation, that will preve...

Mass Media student Jada Ferrell interviewed Masonry teacher, Mr. Ralph Brooks.
Ralph Cox, the last man cut from the 1980 team, remembers the emotional meeting where Herb Brooks gave him the news. "I said I really have a funny feeling about this team, that you're going to have a real shot at a medal. I think you can really win the gold medal," Cox told Brooks. Cox and Brooks would share a strange connection: Brooks had, himself, been the last man cut from the 1960 Olympic team that won a gold medal. The two men later worked together with the Pittsburgh Penguins. The 'Miracle on Ice' refers to the 1980 US Olympic hockey team's defeat of the Soviet Union on February 22nd and their winning Gold medal game against Finland two days later led by Coach Herb Brooks.

The former speaker of the Breath of Life television ministry, Brooks is well known among Seventh-day Adventists as an evangelist. His sermons are legendary and widely distributed. He held his first campaign in the early 1950s, while a pastor in Columbus, Ohio. After going on to be senior pastor of the Glenville Church in Cleveland, where he also held campaigns, Brooks became a full-time evangelist for the Columbia Union Conference. In the summer of 1964 he led a major campaign in a large tent in Philadelphia during the "long, hot summer" of urban rioting, defied a plea from the mayor to shut down and still baptized nearly 300 people. He was elected an associate secretary of the General Conference Ministerial Association and from that platform has fearlessly preached the Adventist message ...

Man with a Camera is an American 1950s television crime drama starring Charles Bronson. Throughout the 1950s, Bronson spent most of his early acting career performing in TV shows as well as small parts in films, until he landed the lead in this ABC series. This is the only series in which he played the lead role. He would go on to have supporting roles either as a guest star or a recurring character in dozens of TV shows after this series was cancelled. Bronson portrayed Mike Kovac, a former World War II combat photographer freelancing in New York City who specialized in getting the photographs that other lensmen could not.
