Plot
Taking place over the course of 12 years, the story starts in 1999 where two boys growing up in the same poor area of Hackney take on different paths in life. The story is told through eyes of Azad, a poor young Indian boy who dreams of becoming a Film maker one day. Azad is too fragile and too scared to get involved in any crime or violence, and also to clever to be content with his underpaid job. From a young age he discovers he can see reality with a different eye: the eye of an artist. His story narrates the violence and police corruption surrounding London Town and the rise of one of the areas most notorious criminals Felix The Cat. As Felix The Cat and his Gang wage war on the streets Azad's only way out of this violent life is to expose its brutality this world through his film. Along the way the lives of other people are put into perspective as their stories intersect with the events that take place. Through Azad's prospective of life, we understand the humanity of a world condemned to endless violence.

A wale is a broad, thick plank around the outside of a wooden ship.
The garboard is the wale next to the keel; the gunwale is the top such plank and covers the heads of the timbers between the main and fore drifts.
Gunports on armed ships were placed in the Middle Wales.

Tiara Nicole Thomas (born September 12, 1989) is an American singer-songwriter signed to The Board Administration who rose to fame after a feature on Washington, D.C. rapper Wale's song The Cloud. Thomas is known for her rapping and singing ability and sometimes does both in one song, accompanied by her melodic acoustic guitar.
Tiara Thomas, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, is a self-taught guitar player. Her musical skills were encouraged by both parents early in life and she often showcased her talent in school, church, and within her community. A fan of hip hop music, Tiara developed her sound early and set out to carve her own lane in music by fusing her love singing and rapping, citing Lauryn Hill and India Arie as influences.
Tiara met founders of The Board Administration Wale and Le'Greg O. Harrison in a club in Atlanta during a Wale concert in 2009. After exchanging information and submitting music, Tiara received a response and positive feedback after three months. Shortly thereafter, she traveled to New York City where she opened for Wale and shared the stage with Diggy Simmons J. Cole, and Fabolous at the Highline Ballroom. Tiara signed to The Board Administration in 2011.
Robert Williams (born May 6, 1987), better known by his stage name Meek Mill, is an American rapper from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He was briefly signed to T.I.'s label Grand Hustle Records and in February 2011 signed to Rick Ross' Maybach Music Group. In March 2011, Mill was included in XXL's "Freshman Class of 2011".
In 2011, he released his debut single, "Tupac Back", featuring Rick Ross, from his label's compilation album Self Made Vol. 1. That same year he released another single from the album, "Ima Boss", also featuring Ross. The song was later remixed, featuring T.I., Birdman, Lil Wayne, DJ Khaled Swizz Beatz and Ross. The remix charted on the Billboard Hot 100 and peaked at #51. "Ima Boss" is so far Meek Mill's most successful song, peaking at #20 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart.
In February 2012, MTV listed Meek Mill as the #7 hottest MC in their annual "Hottest MCs in the Game" list.
On May 7, 2012, Mill released the second fresh installment in his Dreamchasers series. The mixtape features guest appearances from Drake, Jeremih, Big Sean, Kendrick Lamar, 2 Chainz and more. Mill has stated his favorite tracks off the tape are "Amen," "A1 Everything" and "Racked Up Shawty" with French Montana and Fabolous. On May 10, it was announced Meek Mill signed to Roc Nation management.
Onika Tanya Maraj (born December 8, 1982), known by her stage name Nicki Minaj ( /mɪˈnɑːʒ/), is a Trinidadian-born American rapper and singer-songwriter. She was born in Saint James, Trinidad and Tobago and when she was 5 years of age she moved to the New York City borough of Queens, where she grew up.
After releasing three mixtapes between 2007 and 2009 and being signed to Young Money Entertainment in August 2009, Minaj released her debut album, Pink Friday, in November 2010. It quickly became a commercial success, peaking at number one on the U.S. Billboard 200 and being certified Platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) a month after its release. She became the first female solo artist to have seven singles on the Billboard Hot 100 at the same time. Her second single, "Your Love", reached number 1 on the Billboard Hot Rap Songs chart, making Minaj the first female artist to top the chart unaccompanied since 2002. She also became the first female artist to be included on MTV's Annual Hottest MC List. Minaj was named the 2011 Rising Star by Billboard. Her second studio album, Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded was released on April 3, 2012.
Jordan Houston, better known by his stage name Juicy J (born April 5, 1977) is an Academy Award-winning American rapper and record producer from Memphis, Tennessee and is the co-founder and a member of the duo Three 6 Mafia (formerly known as Triple Six Mafia). He is also the younger brother of fellow member, Project Pat. His second solo album, Hustle Till I Die, was released June 16, 2009. He won an Academy Award for Best Original Song for "It's Hard out Here for a Pimp". In December 2011 Juicy J confirmed rumors that he was the newest member of Wiz Khalifa's "Taylor Gang." He is featured with other members of Taylor Gang on the cover of Source Magazine's May 2012 issue.
Juicy J is most notable for his crunk style of rapping, highlighted by his patented "heavy-breathing" and "stomping" background sound effects. Juicy J's production style is characterized by fast-rolling high hats, sharp snares, and deep cinematic bass. He also incorporates samples from classic soul artists such as Willie Hutch, David Ruffin, and Isaac Hayes.
