36 (thirty-six) is the natural number following 35 and preceding 37.

36 is both the square of 6 and a triangular number, making it a square triangular number. It is the smallest square triangular number other than 1, and it is also the only triangular number other than 1 whose square root is also a triangular number.

It is also a 13-gonal number.

It is the smallest number n with exactly 8 solutions to the equation φ(x) = n. Being the smallest number with exactly 9 divisors, 36 is a highly composite number. Adding up some subsets of its divisors (e.g., 6, 12 and 18) gives 36, hence 36 is a semiperfect number.

This number is the sum of a twin prime (17 + 19), the sum of the cubes of the first three integers, and the product of the squares of the first three integers.

Sharman Joshi (born 24 April 1979) is an Indian film and theatre actor. He has worked on various stage productions in English, Hindi, Marathi and Gujarati languages. However, he is mostly known for his work in Hindi films.

Joshi belongs to a Gujarati family of actors and performing artists. His father, sister and cousins acted in Gujarati theatre. His sister, Mansi Joshi has appeared in many televisual series. Joshi is married to Prerna Chopra, daughter of actor Prem Chopra. The couple has a daughter, Khyana, born in October 2005, and twin boys, Rehan and Varryan, born in July 2009.

He made his film debut in the 1999 art film, Godmother.

Joshi also played the male lead in the film Sorry Bhai! in 2008 and one of the three characters in the 2009 film, 3 Idiots, which was based on Chetan Bhagat's novel Five Point Someone.

Sahil Khan is an Indian actor, who appears in Bollywood films. He made his debut in N. Chandra's comedy film, Style (2001), and later went on to appear in its sequel, Xcuse Me (2003), and also in Aladin (2009).

Born in Kolkata, Sahil Khan was brought up in Delhi.

Khan started his career with musical video of Stereo Nation "Nachange Saari Raat". Later, through the music video Oh Laila by Sanjay F. Gupta, he was spotted by director N. Chandra who cast him in his next feature film. He made his film debut as a lead along with Sharman Joshi in N. Chandra's 2001 comedy film Style, which was a hit. He followed it up with Shortcut, and later sequel to Style, Xcuse Me (2003). 2005 saw his film with bold theme, Double Cross, opposite Negar Khan.

In 2009, he appeared alongside Amitabh Bachchan, in Aladin, despite having Sanjay Dutt as well in the cast, the film flopped. In 2010, he starred in Ramaa: The Saviour, alongside Tanushree Dutta and wrestler The Great Khali.

He was married to actress-model Negar Khan, and divorced in 2005. Presently he stays in Lokhandwala suburb of Mumbai.
