Plot
In the countryside of France, two groups of boys from the rural villages of Longeverne and Velran are in constant war against each other. Their war is a tradition that passes from father to son and without a motive but the rivalry between the peasants. During the Algerian War, the Longeverne boys are led by the intelligent William Lebrac, who has been the backer of his family since his father died, while the Velrans are led by the wicked Aztec. The boys are frequently fighting with their wooden swords, throwing rotten fruits or building traps in the woods expecting to remove the buttons from the enemies' clothes. But Lebrac is coming of age and he has a crush on the girl Lanterne while his teacher Merlin offers the chance for him to have a better study in another village.

Plot
Soichi Negishi moved to Tokyo to chase his dream of becoming a musician playing stylish, Swedish-style pop. Instead, he finds himself leading the death metal band Detroit Metal City, or DMC, as the costumed and grotesquely made-up "demon emperor" Johannes Krauser II. Although he hates the role and the things he has to do as a member of the band, he has a definite talent for it. Adapted from the hit Japanese comic book by Kiminori Wakasugi, the movie follows Negishi's antics as he tries to reconcile the two very different sides of his life and find out what it really means to achieve his dream.

Albert Camus (French pronunciation: [albɛʁ kamy] ( listen); 7 November 1913 – 4 January 1960) was a French author, journalist, and philosopher. His views contributed to the rise of the philosophy known as absurdism. He wrote in his essay "The Rebel" that his whole life was devoted to opposing the philosophy of nihilism while still delving deeply into individual freedom.
Although often cited as a proponent of existentialism, the philosophy with which Camus was associated during his own lifetime, he rejected this particular label. In an interview in 1945, Camus rejected any ideological associations: "No, I am not an existentialist. Sartre and I are always surprised to see our names linked..."
In 1949, Camus founded the Group for International Liaisons within the Revolutionary Union Movement, which was opposed to some tendencies of the Surrealist movement of André Breton.
Camus was awarded the 1957 Nobel Prize for Literature "for his important literary production, which with clear-sighted earnestness illuminates the problems of the human conscience in our times". He was the second-youngest recipient of the Nobel Prize in Literature, after Rudyard Kipling, and the first African-born writer to receive the award. He is the shortest-lived of any Nobel literature laureate to date, having died in an automobile accident just over two years after receiving the award.
It ain't no use here, it's just one more little lie
try to spare some feelings, save em up for when we die
it's a shame what they did, but they did it anyway they
fell to the forces, that weren't born yesterday
I was Blind - now I see, changing faces, changing me.
is it nice on the water can you get there from here
it's not that far to nowhere or so it would appear
do they call it the jugular does it all balance out
when it come in a whisper does it all seem to shout
I was blind - now I see, changing faces, changing me
I wonder bout this broke down situation
I wonder bout the color of you hair
I wonder bout the things you said
I wonder bout it every day
on and on and on an on
it ain't no use here, it's just one more little lie
try to spare some feelings, save em up for when we die
it's a shame what they did, but they did it anyway they
fell to the forces, that weren't born yesterday
I was blind - now I see, changing faces, changing me
I couldn't get to sleep at all last night
i could have just left you here but it would'nt have been right
aw can't you wake up and take another breath
don't leave me alone here cause there aint't nothing left
all is calm here all is bright
no use in worrying about what happened last night
you're gone for good, guess I went too far
didn't mean to put you down - not so far
well I guess I'm gonna join you cause there's no place to run
can you see me coming through the barrel of this gun
i can see the horizon in a big white light
now we'll allways be togther an we're never going to fight
all is calm here all is bright
no use in worrying about what happened last night
you're gone for good, guess I went too far
Some time's it's just gotta hurt some
it takes pain so you don't feel
down by the river where I lied
down by the river where you cried
I gotta world of frustration think I'll take it out on someone like you
...ouch ...ouch
maybe I could make you understand
the true lies of a twisted man
put the car in park turn the radio on
so they can't hear the screams and go on
The flowers that you chose were most unusual
for such a bright and sunny day
and all the ones who tried to reach you
all the things they want to teach you
You are the one who got away
The places you were in were so confining
you never found all that much to say
and the ones that you confided in
were the ones who tried to turn you in
You are the one who got away
The style that you chose is most indifferent
you never worried much about taboo
and the things that made it hard for you
are the things that make me wild about you
you are the one who got away
