Waku-Kungo (before 1975 Santa Comba, also Waco Kungo) is a town located in Cuanza Sul Province in Angola. Its population is approximately 30,000. The town is served by Waco Kungo Airport.

On August 6, 1975, the civil war between UNITA, FNLA and MPLA forced local residents to leave their homes causing a total collapse of infrastructure that lasted over 30 years while the cold war persisted. Most of the residents of Waku Kungo, then Santa Comba, were rescued by the International Red Cross and air lifted to Portugal. It was the site of a 1994 bombing of a school, resulting in the death of 89 children.

Brian Wright (born in Sydney, New South Wales) was an Australian rugby league player for the South Sydney Rabbitohs and the Eastern Suburbs Roosters in the New South Wales Rugby League premiership competition.

Wright began his New South Wales Rugby League (NSWRL) career with South Sydney in 1957 making 15 first grade appearances with that club. In 1960 the forward joined Eastern Suburbs, playing 29 matches in his two years at that club.

Wright was a member of the Easts side that went down to St George in the 1960 Grand Final. He is one of only a handful of players to be sent off in a Grand Final after Wright and St George's forward, Kevin Ryan, were dismissed for fighting midway through the second half of the match.

Sally Jaye is an American folk singer-songwriter who has recorded one major solo album, "Amarillo," but has also appeared on several other albums as a member of a group. She currently tours year round from coast to coast both as a solo artist and with the band Brian Wright And The Waco Tragedies.

Sally Jaye's band members include: Fil Krhonengold, Brian Allen, Josh Day, and Jason Cope. She also supplies supplementary vocals for Brian Wright And The Waco Tragedies. Though born in Georgia, and often going back to play local gigs, Sally currently plays most often in the Southern California area.

Sally grew up in Lawrenceville, Georgia where she studied piano, singing and acting. She studied at the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music, had a recurring role as a child actor in the TV series Christy, recorded an independent cd for the Atlanta area, and in 2000 joined the band Paper Sun. This was a rock band where Sally Jaye split the lead singing duties with artist Joel Eckels and briefly also with Krister Axel (who came on board for the Paper Sun release 'Humanity'). Sally left "Paper Sun" in 2005 and soon thereafter recorded her album Amarillo. Sally Jaye is a regular at The Hotel Café in Los Angeles, and Zoey's Cafe in Ventura and has been nominated for four 2009 Mavric awards.

Bruce Lee (born Lee Jun-fan; 27 November 1940 – 20 July 1973) was a Chinese AmericanHong Kong actor,martial arts instructor, philosopher, film director, film producer, screenwriter, and founder of the Jeet Kune Do martial arts movement. He is widely considered by many commentators, critics, media and other martial artists to be the most influential martial artist and pop culture icon of the 20th Century. He is often credited with changing the way Asians were presented in American films.

Lee was born in San Francisco to parents of Hong Kong heritage but was raised in Hong Kong until his late teens. Lee returned to the United States at the age of 18 to claim his U.S. citizenship and receive his higher education. It was during this time that he began teaching martial arts, which soon led to film and television roles.

His Hong Kong and Hollywood-produced films elevated the traditional Hong Kong martial arts film to a new level of popularity and acclaim, and sparked a major surge of interest in Chinese martial arts in the West in the 1970s. The direction and tone of his films changed and influenced martial arts and martial arts films in Hong Kong and the rest of the world, as well. He is noted for his roles in five feature-length films: Lo Wei's The Big Boss (1971) and Fist of Fury (1972); Way of the Dragon (1972), directed and written by Lee; Warner Brothers' Enter the Dragon (1973) and The Game of Death (1978), both directed by Robert Clouse.
