Dale Herspring participated in the second panel of the Hauenstein Center's Bush legacy conference in Washington, DC The panel explored "Presidential Powers and the Bush Administration." Dr. Dale Herspring is a University Distinguished Professor in the Political Science Department at Kansas State University. He is also a Visiting Professor to the University of Kansas.
