Dr. Dale Herspring participated in the first panel of the Hauenstein Center's conference, "George W. Bush: Legacy & Lessons." The panel explored "Presidential Power and the Bush Presidency," and Fisher talked about "Bush as Commander-in-Chief." Dr. Dale Herspring is a University Distinguished Professor in the Political Science Department at Kansas State University. He is also a Visiting Professor to the University of Kansas.
