Kyle Martin: Stage Highlights
TKA senior Kyle Martin will graduate from The King's Academy in 2019. He has been a regular performer on TKA's main stage and black box theater. Many have seen him in Les Miserables as Marius and in White Christmas as Bob Wallace, but may not have seen some of his earlier roles as Charlie in Willy Wonka and the Scarecrow in the Wizard of Oz, and appearances in And Then They Came for Me, Wicked, A Christmas Carol, Music Man, and the King and I. This school year, he will appear in many TKA Theatre Co. productions--as Jack Kelly in Newsies, George Gibbs in Our Town, Charles Clarke in Titanic, and John Thomas in Miss Saigon.

Brutally Honest Valedictorian Regrets Being Top of the Class
On May 30th, 2019, Kyle Martin (YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCakDeZNN8shAPV3RGxjWFig) addressed The King's Academy's Class of 2019 as its valedictorian. His speech was entitled "The 16th Second." Kyle has attended The King’s Academy for 14 years and is graduating with a 4.64 GPA, earning him the top ranking in the class.
He is a senior superlative in the areas of Bible, English, musical theatre, social studies, and vocal music. Kyle is the President of the English and Social Studies National Honor Societies, Vice President of the Spanish National Honor Society, Treasurer of the Mathematics National Honor Society, and is a member of the National Honor Society and the Science and Tri-M Music National Honor Societies.
