Hi I'm a general handyman. it is not easy to find someone who can do the job whatever is by him self if you renovate your bathroom you need rubbish removal, plumber, and a tiler so you need to orgnise with different four people to minimise the time between them and it is take so long And I'm here offer my service to do all of this my self i can do full renovation for one bathroom in 7 days and fair price with alot of customers refrences references since jobs i did 5 years ago and still like i did it yesterday best regards Megaly 0430560411

I have got alot of experience oversease and local bulding skills i used to do this work more than 10 years oversease and 5 years here with all hoest and the best materials whatever for carpentery, tilling, plumbing or even accessories install Best regards Megaly

Of cours in bathroom renovation I'm doiung full bathroom renvation including demolition , plumbing, render, plaster board ceiling, tilling and accessories and fitting installation like shower screen, bath tub etc

How do you normally charge for your service?

By calculating the quote and %10 on top if the job take more than one week but if it is small job i accept dialy charge or hourly rate

What makes your pricing competitive?

The job quality, and the fair price I'm using the standard australian recomendation materials some of them has 6 years garantee and the other has 10 years plus the jobs i did before since 5 years with customer refrences and ther prices make you compare the market price and the quality with my work quality and my price

Sure my hourly rates is $38.5 including GST I'm offer $220 for 1 day work 8 hours for the customers near me thats mean only on bondi junction

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Saving money is not the best to do some time affect the work quality but anyway I give the customer more than one option each option different price depends on the quality and the time and i give them some advices and let them choose then i'm follow

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

1- the job location 2- what quality they ask 3- how fast they need 4- is it house or flat if it is flat we need to leave notice before doing any noisy n weeks before

Always on time every time never said no whatever the job was always give help for people when need

Have you did this before? I never answer this question because if you not sure i did that before so why you asking me or if you know i did that before so you don't need to ask

How much ? plus they have to get me the full information about the job, description and prefere pictures

I like when the customer ask me again to do moer work when they are happy

One customer was not sure i can do plaster board ceiling my self so he disappeared that day to see how i'm doing it and he serprice me when he take a pictures for me when i'm install the plaster board ceiling my self
