A hybrid offence, dual offence, Crown option offence, dual procedure offence, or wobbler are the special class offences in the common law jurisdictions where the case may be prosecuted either summarily or as indictment. In the United States, an alternative misdemeanor/felony offense (colloquially known as a wobbler) lists both county jail (misdemeanor sentence) and state prison (felony sentence) as possible punishment.
The power to choose under which class a hybrid offence will be tried rests with the crown counsel. Hybrid offences can either be summary offences (minor crimes) or indictable offences (major crimes). For most indictable offences, a person has the right to trial by jury.
In relation to England and Wales, the expression "offence triable either way" means an offence, other than an offence triable on indictment only by virtue of Part V of the Criminal Justice Act 1988, which, if committed by an adult, is triable either on indictment or summarily; and the term "triable either way", in its application to offences, is to be construed accordingly. In this definition, references to the ways in which an offence is triable are to be construed without regard to the effect, if any, of section 22 of the Magistrates' Courts Act 1980 on the mode of trial in a particular case.
Keith Cozart (born August 15, 1995)[citation needed], better known by his stage name Chief Keef is an American rapper from Chicago, Illinois. He has signed a major record deal with Interscope Records, and is the CEO of his own record label Glory Boyz Entertainment.
Keith Cozart was born in Chicago, Illinois, on August 15, 1995.[citation needed] He attended Dulles Elementary School and later Banner High School on the city's South Side. In December 2011, Cozart was arrested on a weapons charge (aggravated unlawful use of a weapon) and put under house arrest at his grandmother’s home.
While under house arrest, Cozart released videos on Youtube. The attention he received grew in the short time between the release of several mixtapes and several of music videos, including 'Bang', '3Hunna' and 'I Don’t Like'. After two locally successful mixtapes, his song 'I Don’t Like' became a local hit in Chicago. It also caught fellow Chicago rapper Kanye West's attention who organized a remix of the song along with Pusha T, Jadakiss and Big Sean. Keef will soon be releasing his third mixtape Finally Rich in which Waka Flocka, Young Jeezy, Yo Gotti and fellow GBE members are to be featured. An interview with Keef is slated to appear as part of an upcoming feature on Chicago artists in Spin Magazine. On July 7, 2012, it was announced that Chief Keef would be performing at Lollapalooza 2012, an annual music festival held in Grant Park, Chicago, IL.

Maybe the sun will shine today
The clouds will blow away
Maybe I won't feel so afraid
I will try to understand
Either way
Maybe you still love me
Maybe you don't
Either you will or you won't
Maybe you just need some time alone
I will try to understand
Everything has its plan
Either way
I'm gonna stay
Right for you
Maybe the sun will shine today
The clouds will roll away
Maybe I won't be so afraid
I will understand everything has its plan
We pass in the hall
On our way to separate rooms
The only time we ever talk
Is when the monthly bills are due
We go work, we go to church
We fake the perfect life
I'm past the point of give a damn
And all my tears are cried
Chorus:
We can just go on like this
Say the word we'll call it quits
Baby you can go or you can stay
I won't love you either way
It's been so long since I felt
Anything inside these walls
You can't hate and you can't hurt
When you don't feel at all
I used to cry and stay up nights
And wonder what went wrong
It's been hard but hearts can only
Do that for so long
You were almost kind, you were almost true
Don't let me see that other side of you
You have learned in time that you must be cruel
I'll have to wait to get the best of you
Poison in everything you say
Don't you, don't you?
Wonder what difference does it make......Either way
You were almost kind, you were almost true
Why give away that other side of you
Happens every time, so it must be true
Step on a kid, he'll grow up hating you
Poison in everything you say
Don't you, don't you
Wonder what difference does it make....Either way
Were you ever kind, were you always cruel?
Who's ever seen that other side of you?
Happened every time, so it must be true?
Where did you learn it's either him or you?
You were almost kind, you were almost true
Don't let me see that other side of you
You have learned in time that you must be cruel
I'll have to wait to get the best of you
Poison in everything you say
Don't you, don't you?
There is a mystery
It's a paradox of sorts
Well, it seems when I am weak
Then I am stronger than before
I can pray for brokenness or not
Either way
I can try to beg You off or bring it on
Let it rain, let it shine
Either way, it don't matter to me
'Cause I know that You're still God and I'm still not
Call it six, half a dozen
Either way, it don't matter to me
There's some who say to me
Life is pleasing to the touch
But I think that it could be
That they don't get out so much
They could try to come with us or not
Either way
Either way
Either way
Would do
Whether she calls me
Or answers the phone
Or leaves me here waiting
All on my own
It’s lovely
Just thinking about you
And whether she sees me
Or passes me by
I got this good feeling
I’m not quite sure why
But it’s lovely
Just thinking about you
Oh oh
Just thinking about you
Oh oh
Even if I’m without you
And whether she holds me
Or lets me fall down
Patience stand with me
I’m needing you now
And its lovely
Just thinking about you
And whether she answers
Or closes the door
I got this feeling
I don’t need much more
And it’s lovely
Just thinking about you
Oh oh
Just thinking about you
Oh oh
Even if I’m without you
Either way
Either way
Either way
There's a gun to your head will you pull or bleed
And keep your view of your identity
Tied with the need for a perpetual enemy
Will you prove your manhood to me we'll see
I wish you knew you didn't have to
But either way I'll still love you
A hostile world is easy to sell
An open world is easy to tell
Of prosperity and dignity for those who fell
Making it reality seems to be hell well
I wish you knew you didn't have to
But either way I'll still love you
I wish you knew you didn't have to
But either way I'll still love you
Looking down that highway
Far as I can see
Where I lived
So much of me
It's gone, gone, gone
It's how it has to be
Went in the ditch
Going 9 to 5
I can't believe that I
I walked away alive
I was going too fast
In the break-down lane
I may be walking
I may be walking
I get there just the same**
The woman I love
She never let me down
Never said that my dream
Could not be found
I had to burn
Before I could learn
She let me go
She let me go
She let me return
This is the place where
I was meant to be
Movin' on with you
Next to me
And when that highway
Comes to a tame me
Either way
It's a mystery
Walking down that highway
Far as I can see
Where I lived
So much of me
It's gone, gone, gone
Yeah I feel better today, I think that shit was just a phase,
My whole outlook's changed, I've even stopped feelin' strange.
I can understand why you was mad now,
Why should you be the one who has to loose out, just cuz I'm on one?
I said "I'm always gonna have shit going on!"
I feel so much better today, chase the bad things away.
I was glad I turned the corner man, cuz I was sick of feelin rough
I was getting paranoid about the silliest of stuff.
I was at me wits end pulling my hair out, I'd just about had enough.
And all I needed was just a hug and that little bit of love.
I feel so much better today, chase the bad things away.
And I really do feel so much better, I really do feel so much better.
And Ive gotta find my phone to tell yer,
maybe even write you a love letter.
Eitherway I've gotta tell ya, eitherway I've gotta tell ya,
I feel so much better today, I've chased the bad things away.
And yeah I really do feel better and it almost dont feel right,
So im gonna store this thought away for a bit,
And I'm not saying it aint gonna be hard at times,
Cuz it's always your favourate top you bin,
but think man it could have been your skin.
And I think we might just be OK, but what does it matter either way,
cuz she's the one that's always there.
Yeah she's the one that always cares.
Yeah she's the one that always there.
Cuz your the one that always cares.
I love ya.
I've godda find my phone to tell 'er
Ahhh, maybe even write you a love letter.
Ahh, eitherway I've gotta tell ya, eitherway I've gotta tell ya,
Ahh eitherway I've gotta tell ya, eitherway I've gotta tell ya,
Hey babe, did you wait?
Hey babe
Hey babe, did you wait?
Hey babe
Hey babe, notice me
You can love me too it's okay
And to tell the truth I think it's fine
That you don't know me
It's okay, what's to say
We can get acquainted any day
And to tell the truth, no, I won't mind
Either way
Hey babe, did you wait?
Hey babe
Hey babe, did you wait?
Hey babe, did you wait?
It's you I love, I love
It's you I love, I love
It's you I love, I love, I love
It's you I love, I love
Hey babe, did you wait?
Do you love me or not oh, babe?
But to tell the truth now I won't mind
But you should love me
It's okay, either way
You can love me or walk away
Let me prove that you'll have
A good time if you stay
Hey babe, did you wait?
Hey babe
It's you I love, I love
It's you I love, I love
It's you I love, I love
It's you I love, I love, I love
It's you I love, I love
Hey babe, what you say?
If it's all good then let it be
We'll obviously make use of a good time
But you don't know me
Anyway we'll play safe
Doesn't know, just give it away
I think you and I just spend sometime
Because we're lovely
It's you I love, I love
It's you I love, I love
It's you I love, I love, I love
If nature's cruel then
what are we?
A superpower more than a country Political power,
wealth and greed What kind of future are we trying to
breed
The TV channels are all the same
Complex arguments of who's to blame A dangerous dispute,
could go either way
I'm just a man you got me running head long into the neon lights
Na na na, not if they don't wake up
I don't want to keep it myself but I don't want to let you out of my sight
Now if they may come listen if they had enough
I can't set my mind on anything
And I'm telling everyone around
Now, I know, I don't know how
But this one is an original
Ah ah ah
If it makes you happy
Ah ah ah
Even if it kills me
Ah ah ah
And be the person that could tell me
Ah ah ah
Either way you're with me
I try to listen to my head and
Come back with nothing but badda da da boom boom
I wasn't lying when I said I was afraid that you could tell that I've been running on fumes
And now I'm gunna have to see you again
And I know I'm gunna have to do it soon
Now, I know, I don't know how
But this one is an original
Oooh oooh oooh oooh oooh
Ah ah ah
Ah ah ah
Ah ah ah
Ah ah ah
And now my stomachs tied with so many words
And now my head is spinning every way
And it's the sound of my own racing heart that keeps me up at night
And when I walk around
I hear them saying that my feet are not on the ground
And, I know, I don't know how
But this one is an original
Ah ah ah
If it makes you happy
Ah ah ah
Even if it kills me
Ah ah ah
And be the person that could tell me
Ah ah ah
Either way you're with me
Oooh oooh oooh oooh oooh
Ah ah ah
Ah ah ah
Ah ah ah
