Todd Harry Rundgren (born June 22, 1948) is an American multi-instrumentalist, songwriter and record producer. Hailed in the early stage of his career as a new pop-wunderkind, supported by the certified gold solo double LP Something/Anything? in 1972, Todd Rundgren's career has produced a diverse range of recordings as solo artist, and during the seventies and eighties with the band Utopia. He has also been prolific as a producer and engineer on the recorded work of other musicians.
During the 1970s and 1980s, Rundgren engineered and/or produced many notable albums for other acts, including Straight Up by Badfinger, Stage Fright by The Band, We're an American Band by Grand Funk Railroad, Bat Out of Hell by Meat Loaf, and Skylarking by XTC. In the 1980s and 1990s his interest in video and computers led to Rundgren's "Time Heals" being the eighth video played on MTV, and "Change Myself" was animated by Rundgren on commercially available Amiga Computers.
His best-known songs include "Hello It's Me" and "I Saw the Light" which have heavy rotation on classic rock radio stations, and "Bang the Drum All Day" featured in many sports arenas, commercials, and movie trailers. Although lesser known, "Couldn't I Just Tell You" has had a major influence on artists in the power pop musical genre.
Emmanuel Todd (born 16 May 1951) is a French historian, anthropologist, demographer, sociologist and political scientist at the National Institute of Demographic Studies (INED), in Paris. Born in Saint-Germain-en-Laye, Yvelines, Emmanuel Todd is the grandson of the writer, Paul Nizan, the son of the journalist Olivier Todd, and the father of the historian David Todd. The historian Emmanuel Le Roy Ladurie, who pioneered microhistory, was a friend of the family and gave him his first history book. Aged 10, Todd wanted to become an archeologist. He studied at the Lycée international de Saint-Germain-en-Laye, where he was a member of the Communist Youth. He then studied political science at the Paris Institute of Political Studies and went on to prepare a Ph.D. in history at the University of Cambridge. He defended his doctoral thesis on Seven peasant communities in pre-industrial Europe. A comparative study of French, Italian and Swedish rural parishes (18th and early 19th century) in 1976.

His mother, Nicole Frédérique Marguerite Tribert (1927–2009), was a social worker, and his father, Georges Gustave Hollande, an ear, nose, and throat doctor who "had once run for the extreme right in local politics." a big red stache you love your cars you love your girls you love the bars
Dirk and Reid hooked them on coke along with Scotty the butt of jokes
I saw you the other night you busted glass screamed fucking rights
and you caused bodily harm it's lucky you weren't armed
engineered your fatal scam a lot of blow half kilogram
even though you're quickly capped you reasoned Dirk so he'd go back
I saw you the other night you busted glass screamed fucking rights
and you caused bodily harm it's lucky you weren't armed
every time you see this guy it's enough to make you wanna cry
and you look deep inside his face just before he gives you a taste
Todd!
Todd!
Todd!
Todd!
That was Todd. Thank you very much.
Well you know that I'm a player, I always shoot to score
When I go home with a girl, she doesn't know what she's in for
I act like such a nice guy, but deep down I'm just a prick
I know that it's deception, but it always seems to do the trick
Well Todd's a different sort, he's nice straight to the bone
What I don't understand, he spends his Friday nights alone
It's not that girls don't like him, they all want to be his friend
Somehow they don't catch on,
to the message that he's trying to send
People always talk about Todd, and they wonder why he's blue
What they don't understand is Todd just needs a little love too
Never see him with a girlfriend, and they always wonder why
But all they can ever say is, Todd's a nice guy!
Todd really likes the ladies, but he's just to shy
When they talk to him all he can do is nod a say hi
He's actually quite popular, he's on the football team
Yet his situation makes me want to scream (aahhhhhh!)
People always talk about Todd, and they wonder why he's blue
What they don't understand is Todd just needs a little love too
Never see him with a girlfriend, and they always wonder why
But all they can ever say is, Todd's a nice guy!
Todd was in the band, he played the trombone
What I don't understand, he spends his nights alone
Driving in his car, hanging with the guys
He never gets to far, I wonder wonder wonder why!
People always talk about Todd, and they wonder why he's blue
What they don't understand is Todd just needs a little love too
Never see him with a girlfriend, and they always wonder why
But all they can ever say is, Todd's a nice guy!
(Todd's nice guy, Todd's a nice guy)
If you know a Todd, ask him on a date
