In general, an opinion is a subjective belief, and is the result of emotion or interpretation of facts. An opinion may be supported by an argument, although people may draw opposing opinions from the same set of facts. Opinions rarely change without new arguments being presented. However, it can be reasoned that one opinion is better supported by the facts than another by analysing the supporting arguments. In casual use, the term opinion may be the result of a person's perspective, understanding, particular feelings, beliefs, and desires. It may refer to unsubstantiated information, in contrast to knowledge and fact-based beliefs.
Collective or professional opinions are defined as meeting a higher standard to substantiate the opinion. (see below)
In economics, other social sciences and philosophy, analysis based on opinion is referred to as normative analysis (what ought to be), as opposed to positive analysis, which is based on scientific observation (what materially is or is experimentally demonstrable).
Lulzim Xhelal Basha ( listen (help·info); born Tirana, 12 June 1974) is an Albanian politician.
In 2005, Basha was appointed Minister of Public Works, Transport and Telecommunications in the government of Sali Berisha where he served for two years. Then, during the period 2007-2009, Basha served as Minister of Foreign Affairs and later in the period 2009-2011 Basha served as Minister of Interior.
Lulzim Basha was born in Tirana on June 12, 1974. After attending the Sami Frashëri High School, he studied law at Utrecht University in the Netherlands and worked for the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (1998–1999). While working there, he contributed to the file against former Yugoslav president Slobodan Milosevic. He later worked for the Department of Justice of the UN administration of Kosovo, UNMIK (2000–2005), before entering Albanian politics.
Basha joined the Democratic Party of Albania in January 2005 and became a member of the party's Presidency in May of that year. He served as party's Spokeman during the 2005 parliamentary elections at which he was elected to the Albanian Parliament as the MP of Constituency no. 33 in Tirana.
Edi Kristaq Rama (born Edvin Rama[citation needed], on 4 July 1964) is an Albanian politician, painter, publicist, professor, and former athlete. Currently he is the leader of the Socialist Party of Albania, the largest opposition party in Albania.
He has served as board member at the local Soros Open Society Foundation of Albania, president of the Association of Mayors of Albania, and as Minister of Culture, Youth, and Sports of Albania. Edi Rama was Mayor of Tirana for three terms from 2000 to 2011. He is married to Lindita Xhillari (née Basha) and has 2 children.
Edi Rama was born to Kristaq Rama, a native of Durrës and renowned Albanian sculptor, and Aneta Rama (née Koleka), a graduate in medicine and niece of Spiro Koleka, a former member of the Albanian Politburo. As a teenager Rama got involved in sports by becoming a player of Dinamo, a leading basketball team, and the Albanian national team. Following the collapse of Communism in Albania, he became involved with the first democratic movements. He entered the student movement but soon left after a quarrel over ideological matters with Sali Berisha. At the same time, he published a book with various notes together with publicist Ardian Klosi entitled Refleksione, while a professor at the Academy of Arts of Albania. During this time, he became engaged and later married actress Matilda Makoci, with whom he had a son, Gregor Rama. He separated from Makoci and in 1994 decided to emigrate abroad. Upon arriving in France, he conducted the life of an artist by taking part in many exhibitions with his close friend, Anri Sala. In January 1997, during one of his trips back to Albania he suffered severe injuries after being physically assaulted.
Enver Hoxha ( pronunciation (help·info); 16 October 1908 – 11 April 1985) was the leader of Albania from the end of World War II until his death in 1985, as the First Secretary of the Party of Labour of Albania. He also served as Prime Minister of Albania from 1944 to 1954, Minister of Defence, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Chairman of the Democratic Front from 1945 to his death, and as Commander-in-Chief of the Albanian armed forces from 1944 to his death. Hoxha's leadership was characterized by his proclaimed firm adherence to anti-revisionist Marxism–Leninism from the mid-1970s onwards. After his break with Maoism in the 1976–1978 period, numerous Maoist parties declared themselves Hoxhaist. The International Conference of Marxist–Leninist Parties and Organizations (Unity & Struggle) is the most well known collection of these parties today.
Hoxha was born in Gjirokastër, a city in southern Albania (then under the Ottoman Empire) that has been home to many prominent families. He was the son of Halil Hoxha, a BektashiTosk cloth merchant who travelled widely across Europe and the United States of America, and Gjylihan (Gjylo) Hoxha. At age 16 he helped found and became secretary of the Students Society of Gjirokastër, which protested against the monarchist government. After the Society was closed down by the government, he left his hometown and moved to Korçë, continuing his studies in a French secondary school. There he learned French history, literature and philosophy. In this city he read for the first time the Communist Manifesto.
Qemal Stafa (20 March 1920 in Elbasan - 5 May 1942 in Tirana) was a founding member of the Albanian Communist Party, and the leader of its youth section. He was very active in the National Liberation Movement of Albania during World War II. He was killed in a house at the outskirts of Tirana by the Italian fascist forces, who had occupied Albania. It is believed that he may have been betrayed by one or more of his comrades, possibly Enver Hoxha (the first secretary of the Albanian communist party & leader of Albania), who gained much from his death. The source of these allegations may derive from the deaths of many communist party members, during and after WWII, caused by the same Enver Hoxha. The 5th of May, his death anniversary, was chosen after the end of the war as the Martyrs' Day of Albania to commemorate all those who gave their life for Albania's liberation.
Many streets, squares and schools in different cities bear his name as well as a military base and the most important stadium in the country.
Congratulations you have won
It's a year’s subscription of bad puns
And it makes your story of concern
And you set it up before it burns
My opinions, mmm, mmm
My opinions, mmm, mmm
My opinions, mmm, mmm
My opinions, mmm, mmm
And there seems to be a problem here
And the state of emotion seems too clear
Now you rise and fall like Wall Street stock
And they have an affect on our peace talk
Our opinions, mmm, mmm
Our opinions, mmm, mmm
Our opinions, mmm, mmm
Our opinions, mmm, mmm
Well congratulations you have won
It's a year’s subscription of bad puns
And it makes your story of concern

Sit down... try to keep on the path with me It wonÂ't take long to stop
Sit down... try to keep on the path with me It wonÂ't take long to stop
You pass by, no supply... your obstructive reasons DonÂ't treat me like a problem
The zoo is life
All schools should be set
Upon the highest hill
In the widest zoo
Where they could see all our lives
In the their lives
And all death would have sympathy
the first thing i remember was the friction in the room
and that brown spinet piano
that never played in tune the cruel impatient tyrant,
the frustrated malcontent,
the need to find the pieces,
and the absence of cement no one ever told me about the
right way to love and no one ever showed me what we're
supposed to be made of so don't be too forthright about
what you think that i should be and i'll willingly
accept your low opinion of me the last thing i remember
was the slamming of the door and the resonance of my
imperfection broke the silence once more the selfish
angry bastard who doesn't want to hear
i tried to learn compassion you turned the other ear
the worn out broken record who doesn't fit the mold the
righteous independent,
the mood so harsh and cold momma never told me about the
right way to love and daddy never showed me what we're
supposed to be made of so don't be too forthright about
what you think that i should be and i'll willingly accept
your low
[Chorus:]
I try to see your point of view
But you twist and exaggerate,
Everything that I say
Just to prove a point
Show to me you guarantee
The blind lead the blind
Treading round in circles
Waiting to achieve
Distorted,
Contorted,
Misshapen views that you try to teach me,
But you fall short
[Chorus:]
I try to see your point of view [2x]
I can't imagine the jealousy that you must feel,
When I kiss another girl
[Chorus:]
I try to see your point of view
But you twist and exaggerate,
Everything that I say
Just to prove a point
Show to me you guarantee
The blind lead the blind
Treading round in circles
Waiting to achieve
Distorted,
Contorted,
Misshapen views that you try to teach me,

Leave this kid alone
He's seen ugly
At last he feels at home
That's a luxury
In my opinion
Your opinion
Has no value
Has no value
My heart has no sympathy
I've been around the block
Try family out of town
Then we can talk
Aah aah aah aah
We don't see eye to eye
Aah aah aah aah
We just need to try
In my opinion
Your opinion
Has no value
Has no value
My heart has no sympathy
I've been around the block
Try family out of town
Then we can talk
