Cevap: Tabii ki evet.Türkmenistan'da yolsuzluk, devlet eski başkanı Saparmurat Türkmenbaşı tarafından ülke yönetimi sistemine dönüştü. Günümüz Türkmenistan yetkilileri de yolsuzluğu en önemli siyasi yöntem olarak kullanıyorlar. Reply:Yes, sure.The corruption in Turkmenistan became a standart ruling system during the period of ex president Saparmurat.Also nowadays Turkmen authorities are using the corruption method as an important political way of performance. Cevap:Türkmenistan'da siyasetçiler sadece kendi adamlarını önemli işlere alıyorlar. Ülkede gelenek haline gelen rüşvet yöntemiyle siyasiler taraftarlarını zengin ediyorlar ve kendileri de onların arkasından daha da zengin oluyorlar. Böylece, yolsuzluklarla zengin olan kesimler Türkmenistan'da mevcut rejimin devamı için halka baskı uyguluyorlar. Türkmenistan'da her konuda halktan rüşvet talep ediliyor. Örneğin: eğitim-öğrenim, sağlık yardımı ve hizmetleri, iş bulmak ve işe girmek, ehliyet almak, çocukları kreşe yazdırmak, uçak ve tren biletleri satın almak gibi benzer konularda vatandaşlar rüşvet vermeye mecbur bırakılıyor. Türkmenistan'da insanlar ,devlet kurumlarında rüşvet vermeden hiçbir işini yaptıramıyor. Reply: Politicians in Turkmenistan accept and imploy the people from their own sides for the important positions.Politicians make thir own supporters richer and richer by using the bribing system which has became a tradition in Turkmenistan.Sure the politicians became also more and more rich in this system.Altough, the corrupters perform more press on the public to keep going with the current regime.They request bribe about any work to be done.For example: Education-Instruction,Health service ,Labor service,Employment,To acquare driving licence,Doing register to the Nursery School,Purchasing air ticket and train ticket and also about many other subjects, the people are forced to give bribe.The people can never solve their problems in public establishments without bribing. Cevap: Türkmenistan'daki yolsuzluk ve rüşvet sistemi problemi, ülkeyi demokratik şekilde yönetmeyi bilmeyen, mevcut rejimin ortadan kaldırılmasıyla çözülebilir. Bu doğrultuda Türkmenistan'da derhal işletilmeyen Anayasa ile birlikte diğer kanunlar uygulamaya konulmalı. Yolsuzluk ve rüşvetle mücadelede uluslararası uygulamalardan faydalanılmalı. İnsan hakları ihlalleri önlenmeli. Halka ifade ve basın özgürlüğü geri verilmeli. Reply:Corruption and bribing can easily be removed by overthrowing the current regime which can not rule the state in Turkmenistan.The constitution and the laws which are not performed at all properly should be put into practice urgently.Other methods to fight with corruption which was performed successfully in other nations should be followed up.Human rights violations should be prevented.The freedom of self expression and the freedom of media will come back again to Turkmenistan.
