Birthday cake 4 (tort diplomat)
Tort diplomat Music: Noa - Blue touches blue Se fac 2 foi. Pentru fiecare foaie in parte e nevoie de 4 oua, 150 g zahar, praf de copt, zahar vanilat, 130 g faina. Se bat albusurile cu zahar. Galbenusurile se amesteca cu praful de copt si zaharul vanilat. GALBENUSURİLE SE ADAUGA LA ALBUSURİLE SPUMA, dupa care se adauga faina. Crema: 4 galbenusuri si 180 g zahar pudra se amesteca pe baie de aburi 20 minute, apoi se adauga 3 plicuri gelatina inmuiata in 50 ml lapte si apoi se mai amesteca 2 minute. Dupa racire se adauga 1,5 l frisca batuta cu intaritor de frisca (7 plicuri) apoi se incorporeaza cu mare grija 4 albusuri batute spuma cu 8 linguri zahar pudra. Noi pe langa crema am adaugat si fructe: un compot de ananas si 2 portocale. Se aseaza pe o tava in felul urmator: 1 foaie-un rand de crema-un rand de fructe taiate si stoarse de suc-crema-ıar deasupra cealalta foaie. Se poate aseza si in tava de cuptor, si se pune folie transparenta, se imbraca in folie. Mare atentie: se lasa la frigider pana a doua zi. Daca l-ai imbracat in folie, il intorci cu fata-n sus, ca sa-l poti scoate din tava. De ornat se orneaza dupa placul fiecaruia.
