Higher Education

The Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency (TEQSA) regulates and assures the quality of Australia's higher education sector.

TEQSA registers all higher education providers in Australia including self-accrediting universities.

Following the University's application for renewal of registration in late 2012, TEQSA has determined, under Section 36(1) of the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency Act 2011, that registration of Victoria University as a higher education provider be renewed for a period of seven years to 29 August 2020 in the provider category of 'Australian University'.

VU's registration details are listed on the TEQSA National Register.
