Plot
The Origins of Wit and Humor begins with the abrupt end of a five-year relationship and sees professional comedy writer Les Candalero melt into a puddle of self-doubt. With nothing left to lose, he orders an outdated wonder tonic that will grant him an irresistible sense of humor. The product works - too well. Les begins to doubt the only thing he ever prided himself on, his sense of humor. Are they laughing at him or the tonic? He, with the help of his best friend Pops, sets out to flush this aphrodisiac out of his system and return stasis - or at least honest laughs - to his world.
A failed relationship, a wonder tonic, a curse, a howling man, a compulsive need for approval, a funeral...and then the punchline.
A comedy about the neediness of comedy.

Cristiano Ronaldo dos Santos Aveiro,OIH, (born 5 February 1985), commonly known as Cristiano Ronaldo, is a Portuguese footballer who plays as a winger or striker for Spanish La Liga club Real Madrid and is the captain of the Portuguese national team. Ronaldo became the most expensive footballer in history after moving from Manchester United to Real Madrid in a transfer worth £80 million (€93.9 million/$131.6 million). In addition, his contract with Real Madrid, in which he is paid €12 million per year, makes him one of the highest-paid footballers in the world, and his buyout clause is valued at €1 billion as per his contract.
Ronaldo began his career as a youth player for Andorinha, where he played for two years, before moving to C.D. Nacional. In 1997, he made a move to Portuguese giants Sporting Clube de Portugal. Ronaldo's precocious talent caught the attention of Manchester United manager Alex Ferguson, who signed him for £12.24 million (€15 million) in 2003. The following season, Ronaldo won his first club honour, the FA Cup. He also played at Euro 2004 with Portugal and scored his first international goal in the opening game of the tournament against Greece, in addition to helping Portugal reach the final. He was featured in the UEFA Euro All-Star Team of this competition.
Diego Roberto Godín Leal (Spanish pronunciation: [ˈdjeɣo ɣoˈðin]; born 16 February 1986 in Rosario) is a Uruguayan footballer who plays for Atlético Madrid in La Liga, as a central defender.
A fast and composed defender, he combines physical presence with an ability to play the ball comfortably from behind.
Godín started his professional career with C.A. Cerro at the age of 17. After his good performances, he was transferred to top division powerhouse Club Nacional de Football, where he quickly became captain due to his maturity and professionalism.
In August 2007, Godín signed a five-year deal with La Liga side Villarreal CF, scoring in just his second game, a 2–3 away loss against CA Osasuna on 7 October, and participating with 24 matches in the club's best-league placement ever (second). He consolidated his starting position in the subsequent seasons, mostly partnering Argentine Gonzalo Rodríguez in the heart of the back four.
On 4 August 2010, after experiencing his best season at Villarreal - 36 games, three goals - Godín joined fellow first-divisioner Atlético Madrid on a five-year contract, after the two clubs agreed an initial fee believed to be around €8 million (or £6.6 million). He made his official debut for the Colchoneros on the 27th, playing the entire 2–0 win against F.C. Internazionale Milano for the season's UEFA Super Cup.
Recuerdo ese viaje en busca del amor
Cantando canciones, creando ilusiones
Madrid, Madrid, Madrid
Ay, pienso mucho en ti
Madrid, Madrid
Das, quitas y dispones
Amor e ilusiones

This starry bright night when I'm doing my usual stroll
I guess all I'll get from this childish game is a cold
But your window's still lit up, I'll wait here and see
if I might catch a glimpse of that shadow that keeps haunting me
The moon's big and bright and he's quietly watching the scene
of the girl with her heart in her hands and he knows what it means:
That it's springtime again, and the foolish are thriving
this is no time for reason, and probably no time for love
Give me no answer, give me no truth
Just give that the light won't go out
And I'll be quite content, and indulge in the scent
from the lilacs, who kindly are telling me not to despair
solo
Give me no answer...
Smeken wil, nee alsjeblief, geloof me.
Nee nee nee, zelf 's nachts alleen in bed
Nooit verlicht je silhouet men dromen
