Plot
Riya lives a middle-classed lifestyle in Mumbai and works as an Assistant Director for a movie producer, Bharucha. After the passing of her mother, she is consoled by a young man, Anthony Gonsalves, in the church graveyard. He introduces himself as the son of Jeffrey, who passed away during 1986, and works as a waiter in Jimmy's Pub, Bandra and wants to be a Bollywood actor. Thereafter she meets him again in the studios when he comes to audition for the part of Mark Anthony in a re-make of Shakespeare's 'Julius Caesar'. Both are attracted to each other and continue to meet. Little does Riya know that Anthony has lied to her, as he never had a father by the name of Jeffrey, and the real person who brought him up is a gangster and killer, Sikander, who is now a suspect in the sudden disappearance of Police Inspector Gupta.

Plot
The play opens with Sikandar, a lawyer by qualification and an aspiring singer entering Sitara's life who is an acclaimed playback singer of the Pakistan film industry. Sitara, on the personal level, is emotionally insecure and having failed at building personal relationships several times back, finds in this boy her love of life and supports him in every possible way to enter the field and realize his dream of becoming a successful singer. Sikandar, an opportunist, exploits the situation and not only does he manage to make himself a niche in the industry but also seizes away Sitara's newly built house, which her family was hankering for, since very long. Still not satiated with her generosity, Sitara goes on a self-imposed exile, giving up her profession; her passion; her singing for Sikandar for he was feeling intimidated by her ever-increasing popularity. What Sikandar has to offer her in return, is to ditch her for another woman- Ashie, who happens to be Sitara's friend. Ashie- the flamboyant film actress and Sikandar's heart and soul, can't stagnate her life with one man and has to move on at all levels and at any cost for as long as she is beautiful and young. All the way through the ebbs and tides of Sitara and Sikandar's relationship, and in her days of deterioration, a film hero and Sitara's friend indeed Iftikhar is there to fall back on, to look after her and help her stand up again. The emotional and psychological complexities of the real life of these four main characters and their internal conflicts lead them to an end which none of them could ever think of.

Plot
Arjun (Fardeen Khan) and his best friend Rohit (Rohit Roy) con people for a living. During their latest of escapades, both the duo manages to con the rich accountant of a don by the name of Sikander (Gulshan Grover), resulting in them stealing millions of rupees. Soon after, Rohit (Rohit Roy) is killed by Sikander's men and Arjun escapes to another city to save himself from the murderers.But Sikander manages to track him down and orders him to pay up the stolen sum of money plus interest or face Sikander's retirement plan. Soon to get his hands on some millions, Arjun than sets up a special team who will help him execute the plan. Also involved in the team is Natasha (Koena Mitra), a female psychiatrist who ends up being conned by the group but eventually succeeds in seeking revenge.Thrown into this mix is another character by the name of Jehangir Khan (Feroz Khan) who slows down Arjun's plans to get his hands on some big money. Will Arjun get the money for the pay back? Or will he have to answer to accept Sikander's retirement plan?

Plot
As an orphan on the streets in Shimla, young Sikandar (Amitabh Batchchan) has no one to care of him. For a short while he works for Mr. Ramnath, Little Kamna Ramnath (Rakhee Gulzar) gives Sikandar the kind of consideration and friendship no one has ever before given him. After that Ramnath leave Shimla for Bombay, Sikandar follows them there. Eventually Fatima, a young widow who works for Ramnath, adopts Sikandar. At Kamna's birthday party Ramnath mistakes Sikandar for a thief and has him thrown out. Little Kamna turns against Sikandar and wants to have nothing further to do with him. At Fatima's grave, a Darvesh (Kader Khan) advice young Sikandar how to deal with the realities of life. Young Sikandar works hard and grows up to be a wealthy and respected young man. Kamna, who stills wants to have nothing to do with Sikandar, is unaware that he has been helping her all along by paying for her handicapped father's medical bills. Sikandar meets a dancing girl, Zohra Bai (Rekha) who falls in love with him at first sight, but Sikandar still loves Kamna. Dilawar (Amjad Khan), a vengeful lover of Zohra, declares Sikandar to be his enemy. When a young lawyer, Vishaul (Vinod Khanna) saves Sikandar's life, Sikandar takes him in to his home and treats him more than a brother. Vishaul who knows nothing of Sikandar's feeling for Kamna. Becomes Ramnath's assistant and falls in love with Kamna. Before Sikandar can declare his love to Kamna, his life long dream is shattered when he see her in Vishaul's arm. Sikandar feels he has been betrayed by his best friend and by his love.
